Friendly, competent and talkative bartender. Strong poors. Good selection of drinks. Dive bar but they won't be perplexed if you order a weird cocktail.

We stopped in really quickly for a drink so I don't have a lot to say, but I dig the vibe and I really like how they decorated the ceiling and the whole bar. I had a lemon drop shot here, our friends had the same and tequila. I don't drink a lot so I got what I knew wouldn't make me get sick lol. I did get tipsy from one shot though. Our bartender was really nice and gave us our drinks really quickly. Would definitely come back here. Thank you for the great service and drinks they were delicious! Have a really beautiful day! :) Be kind to everyone you meet - Aloha

This is my favorite bar in orange. Maybe my favorite in SoCal. Moved away a few years back. Came back for a visit and my first time there 2 years I wasn't remembered! That's the quality of service you can expect. Plus it's just a badass bar, atmosphere is friendly and so much sports memorabilia. Good prices and great location. Definitely a must see. Plus 3 pool tables, just do t forget your quarters!

The place was jumping the whole night. There are pool tables that were busy all night. It was louder over by the tables. The prices are fine. It's a tight fit between the booths and the bar, finally got a seat at booth that helped get through the evening. I wish for a place called O'Hara's there would be more Irish beverages on tap. It's a step above a dive bar, but it's a staple location in Old Town Orange.

We really like this place, it had a lot of cool sports stuff inside and at the end of the bar was the game that we wanted to actually see up close. The bartender made us some drinks there pocket cranberry was better than their vodka tonic. They havethree pool tables. The men's restroom was pretty clean, but I'm not totally crazy about it not having a lock on it. Other than that, I look forward to coming back. It was what I would call a cheaper version of Barney's Beanery

    Yummy and cheap beers

O'haras can get pretty crowded which speaks to the popularity of this place. Bartenders are great. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Had reservations for a party of four (made via online) and was seated right away. Ambiance is dark and intimate but seating was enough to feel like you had room. Drinks were delicious and strong and service was great and quick. You are limited to eating and drinking within a certain time frame but it's not bad as the servers are on it. Drinks 10/10 and food 10/10. I'm still craving their burger, one of the best ones I have had, I can't even compare it to anywhere else. Bathrooms are located outside of the speakeasy.

Not sure if reservations are required, but this speakeasy is pretty tiny so I can't imagine it can accommodate walk ins. We had a reservation for 8pm on a Friday night. The door is very well hidden, I thought it'd be in a basement around the corner or something. The space is really small, so big groups are not advised. I had the niña fresa, a strawberries and creme type drink. Delicious! If you like sweet drinks, otherwise do not get it. I had the Saturn afterwards. Still a little sweet, but mostly sour. The server came by to say that we only had 25 min left, so we hurriedly ordered a last drink. But when he delivered it, it magically became 5 min! I chugged my drink and was ushered out the door. Overall it was pretty nice but I didn't enjoy having to rush at the very end.

Almost everything we ordered was a massive letdown. The European Seabass: This was the biggest issue. The fish had a very strong, unpleasant odor and tasted just as bad. Even adding fresh lemon couldn't mask it. Worst of all, it actually made me sick afterward. Pappardelle Pasta with Pesto: We couldn't even finish this dish. It was so heavily seasoned with pepper that it became completely inedible. The Coffee: It was incredibly weak--essentially hot water with a faint hint of coffee flavor. The Only Highlight: The skillet cornbread was actually quite good, but it certainly wasn't enough to save the meal. Between the poor food quality and the physical aftermath, I cannot recommend this spot. We were very disappointed and won't be returning.

The only downside is parking can be a little difficult during lunch time. One of the things I like about this place is when you walk through the door you already have a warm and fuzzy feeling. If you are going there for lunch, I highly recommend you get the burger off the menu. I am not kidding. It is one of the best tasting hamburgers I've had in a very long time. They cook it perfectly and their french fries are seasoned to perfection. Wait staff is top-notch, they definitely take care of your table while not hovering over you. The restaurant was dark and stylish, and I immediately liked the vibe. Even though it was crowded for a Thursday night, we were seated within 15 minutes. We each picked a shareable dish to split. Predictably, my daughter chose the mac and cheese. I rolled my eyes -- it's so her -- but it turned out to be the best of the four. Maybe it was the velvety cheese sauce or the golden cracker crust that made it so irresistible, but that mac and cheese was, as she'd say, absolutely bussin'. The next standout was the maple-buttered Brussels sprouts, my man's pick. If all vegetables tasted this good, I'd eat them every day. Candied pecans, maple butter, blue cheese -- how could that not be amazing? Was it healthy? Sus, but definitely worth it. I picked the pig candy for the group, which was outrageously sweet and candy-like. Clearly, this wasn't healthy -- bacon, sugar, and rye whiskey caramel make a trifecta of indulgence. But it was so delicious, I couldn't complain. The sliders were the last shareable we tried. They were fine but didn't stand out -- the meat was a bit dry. I also ordered a cocktail (something pretty and fruity, though I can't remember the name). The bartender nailed it, delivering a delicious drink. My man enjoyed his Negroni. The service was great, and I loved the grassy area with fire pits for hanging out. Excellent place for our first night out in Irvine!
