This place was extremely disappointing. We walked in and the only donuts they had were some cake donuts and donut holes. I had asked if they happen to have any sugar donuts. I asked because the O'Henrys in Gilroy always have extra donuts, make them all day and they will make them how you want them, fill them if you want etc. The girl said yes. I don't think that she understood any English at all. I asked her if they were in the back because I didn't see any. She just looked at me clueless. I asked my daughter if she wanted anything that they had, so we got 2 donut holes. So I had to point to the donut holes and hold up 2 fingers. The girl went to the register and I gave her a dollar thinking that it would be around 50 cents or so. She didn't seem to know how to use the register, she was just staring at it. The register said it was 96cents. I said, wow that's crazy for two donut holes. The price was not on the board. I said I wouldn't be back because that is ridiculous that two donut holes are $1. She was completely clueless about the register so I said Forget it, then I grabbed my daughters hand and left. On top of that they were dry and kind of hard. We went to the Gilroy O'Henry's later in the day because I still wanted a donut and I mentioned to the lady that the girl charged me a dollar for 2 donut holes. She was shocked saying that donut holes are supposed to be 15 cents each, so it should have only been around 30cents. I would definitely recommend the Gilroy O'Henrys on 10th street because they stay open late at night, they make donuts all throughout the day, and they make them how you want them. read more

I know this place is a donut shop but they may have the best burgers in Morgan Hill! They are made to order and topped with the classic produce and a "1000 Island" type of sandwich spread. The buns get a slight toast on the grill, too. It's a simple, great tasting burger at a reasonable price. Don't pass up their donuts either. These could also be the best in town. Not a huge variety but they are fresh and they have the standards covered. I've been there at various times in the day and the service is always pleasant. There seems to be a lot of regulars that hang out in the morning but it's not too crowded. I like to have lunch outside on the picnic table when the weather is nice. read more

I work in the same shopping center and come here in the mornings for coffee and a apple turnover. The coffee is always delicious, personally I think it's way better than Starbucks (and literally half the price) they have half and half which I appreciate because there's a doughnut shop closer to my house that only has powdered creamer. Yuck! My turnover is always crispy and soft on the inside with the perfect amount of apples to crust ratio. I love donuts and this place is my go to shop in Morgan Hill. Not a huge variety, but they have all my favorites and enough sprinkle options for the kids. Quality has always been great! Not greasy, not too dense, just right. One time they actually wouldn't sell me a donut that was in the case because they meant to throw the batch of old fashioned's away, apparently it wasn't up to standards that day. My boyfriend and I stopped by here on our way home on Christmas. They only accepted cash, so I had to run to the bank, but luckily there was one right next door. We were there for breakfast and got two of their breakfast bagels, two large donuts, and two dozen donut holes (both regular and cream filled) for the drive home. Everything was absolutely delicious and we would not hesitate to return here if we are ever in the area again. The service was very good and the woman making our bagels and getting our donuts was very friendly and enjoyable. We only paid 20 bucks for all of this, which included the tip. I love this place. Great variety of donuts. The croissants and bagels are pretty good as well. The lines can get pretty long on some weekday mornings before people head to work but the employees/owners do a great job of getting people in and out. Family operated for as many years as I can remember. O'Henry's donuts are THE best donuts in Morgan Hill. And one of their best kept secrets is they also have one of the best cheeseburgers in town too! As mentioned in other reviews, a favorite is the apple fritter. But all of their donuts are excellent. If you need a fritter fix, get to O'Henry's. Or even better, stop in at lunch and get the cheeseburger and fries, and grab a fritter for desert! read more

I picked up a dozen of these for my husband, and the people were super nice. I didn't eat any of the donuts, but my husband said they were surprisingly good. They seemed to have a good selection, but just old-fashioned at the time I came (late on a Saturday morning). My husband doesn't like the old-fashioned ones, so for him to say they were surprisingly good is a big compliment. We will come back with the kids to try ice cream some evening. read more

Pretty little donut shop with very friendly owners and pretty little cafe tables. While traveling, my husband and I constantly search for a great donut, and this place is one of the tops. We both had buttermilk--his with chocolate and nuts and mine plain--and they were crunchy and fresh. At 11:00 a.m. on a Sunday the place still had a great selection and was very popular. Great pricing. I love the large variety of donuts. However, I will say that I wasn't as impressed with the sugar glaze on the donut twist. It wasn't solid enough and got really sticky everywhere. You're bound to get sticky while eating sweet sugary pastries but I just prefer donuts with a more crispy glaze (i.e. Lombardo's Donuts in the same city or Krispy kreme). I have been going to O'Henry for, well, my entire life. Even now that I live far, far away from good 'ole Morgan Hill, I make sure to come back here everytime I'm in town.
