Every single time I've gone here, I've experienced rude and disrespectful staff. I would also venture to say they're simply not dependable. One time, I had a problem with my vehicle, bought it in and they charged me just under $300 to diagnose the problem. You know what the problem was? I don't. Neither did they. They said they couldn't figure it out but charged me anyway. Nothing was fixed and I'm out $300. That was just one of the many times I went there. I simply refuse to deal with them now. I bought my Bronco from Omeara and started having electrical issues and problems with driver and passenger windows two weeks after purchase. I took it back to them to fix and all that they did was clear codes and had me pick it up. They did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I brought it back again and had the same result. The service manager was so rude and dismissive that I literally had to have my salesman break my Bronco out of the service area so I could come get it. Awful, I know. It's pretty bad when the sales team tells you that that don't even get their own vehicles serviced there because it is so bad. My sales person told me to take the vehicle to Groove Ford. My experience was so awful that it took months for me to try with another dealership. Went to Brighton Ford and the service department literally rolled out the red carpet and finally fixed what was wrong and even fixed and replaced more than what was asked because they noticed problems while working on my Bronco! The staff at O'Meara went above and beyond the call to turn a bad experience into a great one. I bought a used Infiniti from them and the AC didn't blow cold. They sent it to Rickenbaugh, who discovered the car had been in multiple wrecks that didn't show up on Carfax because the repairs were gum-shoed together -- never reported to a dealer. I let O'Meara know I didn't want the car. Under Colorado law, they could have just shrugged me off. They didn't. Another Infiniti had been brought in a few days prior. They had me take it to Rickenbaugh for a thorough inspection. It passed. O'Meara allowed me to swap cars, with a slight price adjustment because this one is a year newer than the first one. It's a great car and I love it. My deepest thanks to Mark, Josh, and Hector for their honor and integrity. It isn't easy to find these days, but I did. Thanks again. read more

I walked in to look at cars and they have seats in the middle separated by glass; however, 8/10 workers weren't wearing masks or even had any visible. I walked right back out. There is a state mandate for masks and if they're not following safety to keep their customers who pay their bills safe I don't want to waste any of my money there! read more

They were very friendly and not very pushy about buying the car and even gave us some time to think about it. Whenever customers make a big purchase like this they want to be taken care of during the purchase AND after. We all know the real experience comes after purchasing a car and seeing how to dealership treats you. Well about two weeks after purchasing my Ford Lightning I had been trying to get my home charger delivered from SunRun which can't happen until the dealership sends a confirmation to them. I called the original salesman Jackson who then told me he no longer worked for O'Meara so I called dealership and talked to the new sales manager Roger TWICE on two separate days and he assured me it would be done. The second time I called Roger, he told me Justin from finance needed some additional information from me and would be calling in the next 30mins, 4hrs later...no phone call. So here I am, spending $90k+, waiting for a phone call that never happened and unable to charge my car from my own home. I would think after spending SO MUCH MONEY on a car from this dealership I wouldn't have to chase them down for something that should have been a routine process. Wish I could give ZERO stars! Absolutely horrible!!! Do not recommend. I found a vehicle online for my daughter. We went in the next day to look at it. The inside was dirty, they told me the vehicle was just traded in earlier that week and they needed to clean it. I ended up test driving the vehicle and due to the time told Leo (salesman) I would be back in the morning because I was interested in buying the vehicle. When we showed up the next morning, they said someone just came in wanting to purchase this vehicle but they didn't. They went on to tell me this vehicle still needed to go through their 137 point inspection, but it would be best if I started filling out all of the paperwork to ensure that no one else came in to purchase the vehicle. I told Leo that we would really prefer to wait to see if it passed inspection, they insisted that we needed to do the paperwork because more than likely they were going to sell it if we did not purchase it. Unfortunately I went through the whole process of purchasing this vehicle out of fear they would sell it. I continued to ask what would happen if the car did not pass the inspection, they said oh don't worry it won't hurt your credit, and we will completely wipe out the whole sale. A few days later, I had to reach out several times to see if the car passed inspection, finally, I got a call from Leo that the vehicle did not pass inspection. I asked him what the next step was and he said he would get with their finance guy Hector, and have him refund the down payment and cancel the loan. A few days later, I had to call back and speak to Hector because they still had not processed my refund for the down payment. Hector said he would take care of everything else. 3 weeks later, I called the bank and they told me I still had an open auto loan on the vehicle, I spoke to the customer service and told her what happened. She said 2 days ago the dealership received full disbursement of for the loan (weeks after they were supposed to cancel the loan). They never unwound the loan and it's still appearing that I have an auto loan out for the vehicle!! So the real question is, what are they doing with this loan money for a vehicle they ended up not being able to sell?! read more

I bought the car I wanted from Sil Terhar after my visit to your hell hole. I've told 3 different employees this same thing. LEAVE. ME. THE. HELL. ALONE!!!!! I bought my car here in 2014 and had a very smooth and nice experience. Went back yesterday to see what some options would be to trade in the car I bought from them to get something bigger. I was always 110% honest about my intentions: I DON'T need another car, but want to see what I can do if they would take in my trade. Needed to keep my payment between a certain dollar amount and had to get enough from my trade to pay off my loan. I was totally fine walking away with no deal as I know my credit is hurting right now and I don't have a ton of money to put down on a car. I had an appointment at 4:45pm and left at 9pm! They dicked around with me the whole time, going back and forth with the finance department, management, etc. My salesperson was very kind and patient, but you can tell he was just the middleman and had no pull at all. Just like another recent reviewer I was NEVER told any numbers until the very end. I've never had that happen when buying a vehicle. I kept asking, and their response was "5 minutes", or "we're waiting on the bank". After all of this happened I also thought it was strange that you can't even get a price of a car online... you HAVE to speak to someone to even get a price! Luis was the manager who ultimately "swooped in" and made everything happen like it should've 3 hours prior (If I wanted to refinance the car in 10 months to bring the monthly payment down). He wanted me to think he was doing this great favor for me and in exchange "give them a good review". It's common knowledge that these vehicles are overpriced from the beginning for a reason... so they can be haggled down in price and still the dealership makes a pretty penny off of you! I've only visited this dealership once and it was for a repair service on an Escape. The service was to replace an automatic window motor (a part they had in stock). This is typically a 2-3 hour job. I made an appointment on a Tuesday to bring the car in on Thursday. Once arriving, they said they were going to keep the car there and work on it Friday. Keep in mind the window is stuck down and won't go up. I wanted ensure the car would be in a secure lot with the window protected from rain. They assured me that it would be. Meanwhile, I'm also puzzled as to why I made an appointment if they're not going to look at it until the next day. I live alone and this is my only vehicle, so not having it for (wait for it...5 days) is a little inconvenient. So as Friday turns to 4PM, I inquire about it and was told it would now be Monday (they are open Saturday BTW). I picked it up Monday and was able to talk them down to about $600 for the $80 part plus 2 hours of labor for the inconvenience (10%). When I got home, I noticed the seat and floor mat were damp from the rain we had Saturday night. They obviously did a poor job of covering the window. The sad thing is that I had to go to this dealership because the service center at the one closer to me (Brighton Ford) wouldn't answer their phone for 2 days and 6 attempts. The service performed on my vehicle was horrendous unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. 1 month ago I went to O' Meara Ford for an oil change and I just noticed my truck was leaking oil and my check engine light came on. I immediately called O'Meara Ford because they were the last to touch my truck. They gave me the run around & said there was nothing they could do for me. After inspecting my vehicle I noticed the leak was coming from the oil filter. I then took my vehicle to Grease Monkey where they discovered my oil filter wasn't changed and my oil filter was a bit less than a hand tighten. My drain plug same thing. I trusted O'Meara Ford with my $60,000 vehicle & their staff had no regard for their customer nor themselves for being ok to perform less than acceptable service. I have a family who depends on me to be able to get them to & fro and my truck was on the verge of running on little to no oil which could have cause my engine to blow due to basic fundamentals that O'Meara Ford doesn't seem to value. I can guarantee that myself, friends, family and co-workers will never ever go to O'Meara Ford under any circumstance. I sincerely suggest you do the same thing. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle... Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO OMERA FORD! When I've had repairs scheduled, my vehicle sits for a week or more before they get to it. (Granted they may have to order parts but, still) Weeks without my truck!? Come on! I got the best warranty they offer but between the finance dept., the warranty dept. and the service dept. No one knows what's going on. They don't communicate and just point fingers at each other. When warranty work was done (aside from under the hood) they hire inexperienced contractors to come and do the work without checking their quality of work or even looking at how they left it for me. Just one example...my leather seat bottom got a small 3/4" tear repaired but is now ruined because they used to much adhesive, got white stains on the red leather as well as on the seat back, door speaker and dashboard. They sprayed some kind of red stain on the seat that transfers to wet paper towel when lightly wiped. They also got this stain oversprayed onto my center console and didn't clean it. I would NEVER recommend ANY service or sale OMERA offers. read more

I went for an oil change plus rotation with my sister and ended up needing the whole wheel disk/ wheel hub assembly replaced costing 500$. When the person who rotated them broke one of the struts from the passenger back tire, causing the whole part to break. Eugene was the person that charged us didn't take responsibility for what they did wrong. When I asked why that happened he said "it could've happened to anyone, the metal is old" ( the car is a 2019). We just wanted to go home. Don't recommend coming to this place. read more

Well--- if they hadn't lied, cheated and completely disrespected me...I wouldn't be here. I bought a '15 limited explorer certified pre-owned. My husband got a '17 limited Taurus. I'm not exactly 100% on what they certify- but my car has had nonstop problems...no heat on right side, open recalls when they sold me my car...and the dealership doesn't care. My car is making bizarre noises from rear suspension that they promised they would fix before we bought it. Nope. It had ripped leather they promised they would fix before we bought it. Nope. No sense of urgency, no feeling of remorse or care. They lied to us about the financing, we signed for a specific term and payment...that's not what we received. Hundreds more and now we are trapped. I've dealt with Kamry, Jessica, jaime, colin and pierre. All tell you what you want to hear and dont do what they say. Get it in writing? Even then- they snake their way out. Never again. "it's the structure of the entire manufacturer-dealer-buyer relationship and economics that either a) attract the lizard people or b) turn nice people into lizards To have a job at a dealer and to "succeed" aka make money, you have to fuck over the customer, you have to do it knowingly, and you have to do it with a smile on your face The only people who succeed at dealer were already sycophants, or are deliberately okay with lying and scamming to make more money Anyone who goes into a dealer job with ethics, and decides to keep those ethics, gets chewed up and spit out, or gets relegated and kept to the lowest rungs of the organization, and never makes much money So just keep that in mind any time you go to the dealer for anything. Whether it's a new purchase, to sell, for repairs, etc. It's all structured and designed to fleece you. The interactions are garbage because the humans you're interacting with are incentivized to fleece you. It's how the business is set up. They don't have a choice. They fleece you or they fail. They are pawns. I don't say this to engender sympathy for the employees, but rather to explain why they are facsimiles of real people. They are financially motivated to be that way, and they have no motivation to do a good job at any step of the process that does not directly make them money. They ran my credit with 5 different companies. I had asked about multiple different vehicles but the payments were all too high. I finally found an older car but it had a few issues. They said their main concern about Vehicles was the safety so we finally got a payment I was okay with, I asked them how much the car really was and they were reluctant to even give me the price, telling me I didn't have to keep the car forever. After signing the paperwork I realized I agreed to pay 2.5 times what the car was really worth. First, buying a vehicle is a serious investment, and signing a contract binds you to what it contains. READ THE CONTRACT + Get everything in writing that is verbally negotiated. Example: 3 days to return the vehicle, if they say this but still have you sign the contract, they will simply deny they said it and deliver the vehicle to your home when you attempt to return the next day. The FORD salesman lied to us-made agreements and broke them because they knew their way around their own contracts. We then spent days trying to fix the contract that they added hidden fees and services to. In retrospect we should have written letters to the owners and been persistent in demanding the mishandling be dealt with and the vehicle returned. These people are scam artists who believe that if they can con you it's your own fault for not catching it. Brian O'meara should be held accountable for this shoddy business as the owner, but every time over the past 6 months I've called he's traveling or out, he obviously doesn't oversee what is going on at this place. Nope. Never ever again. I purchased a brand new Transit 150 3.2 diesel and all service prior to today was completed by Omeara Ford. What put me off of them was my last visit was over 4 hours for a simple oil change, they up-sold me on fuel filter changes at half the interval Ford specifies in the maintenance schedule, and since the van is under warranty I asked them to change the light bulb for the license plate bracket which was out. They broke the housing for the bulb and rather than replace it opted to leave it hanging loose and broken figuring I wouldn't notice. Plus it takes 3-4 hours to get a "quick lane" oil change. Strikes 1,2,3 all in one visit! Update today, as I am now due for service again I opted to take it to a long trusted independent shop. Turns out while they were performing the unnecessary fuel filter service, Omeara also managed to damage the fuel filter housing. read more

June 2023. still no plates. tirns out they held the paperwork at the showroom for a MONTH before they even filed it. after 60 days I reached out as my temp tags were expering and they said "oh it's the DMV they're running behind" and emailed me another temp tag good for another 60 days. a few weeks later I got a call from the title guy at O'Meara "oh sorry ha ha I accidentally submitted your car last summer as a gas vehicle and the DMV kicked it back. I need you to resign the paperwork so I can resubmit." which I did and I wait. almost 3 weeks later (and four months) I have to call YET AGAIN because my SECOND set of temp tags is expiring only to be told "we can't issue that. you will habe to take time out of your work day and go there to the Denver County DMV TO GET A THIRD SET OF TEMP TAGS. Then when they do come in, I guess I will have to go to the DMV AGAIN to get the plates. How incompetent can you be, really? oh and my favorite, they're still saying "it's the DMV." I understand there is a car shortage, so I knew I would pay more for the car. When I was signing paperwork is when the told me I was only getting one key for the price of a car with two keys. They made no effort to get me a second key or even sell it to me at cost to make up for not having two keys. I basically just got told too bad. Then they tried to slide in an insurance policy I didn't ask for. They did that AFTER we negotiated the price. If they had done that before we settled on a price, I would have not thought of it as deceptive. If I ran my business in the same fashion, I wouldn't have many clients. Was told this was fixed however after another windy Colorado day, it FLEW OFF while my wife was driving!! Now I can see the faulty clip exposed covered in GLUE instead of being fixed. I called Omeara and was ignored. Called back and was on hold for 30 minutes. Called back a third time and spoke with Anthony Piazza. He said I could bring the car in to have it fixed. I told him I was not driving it . After back and forth he decided to come it coolant in the car and drive it to the dealership . I was promised to have my money retuned and two free oil changes . Don't know how they can get more than a 1 star. If I could I'd do less !! Needed a 250 Diesel for the summer and started early ( February) to start shopping. Made contact with Alfredo on an email to start. Set up an appointment the next day and when I got there he was out on a test drive. Long story short I went back and bought a 2021 F-250 super Duty that has nothing but electronic problems. Covered under warranty I've been back 6 times with 2 rentals for a total of going on a month. In a rental. They don't call me and when I call they say it's ready to go. Bull crap ! It's MAY13th today. Said it's ready so I went there and never saw my truck before leaving in disbelief that I would rely on the word of any one of these service guys. The last two times I dropped off my car for repairs, I've been screwed around. They tell me to schedule an appointment, and then it still takes days before they even look at it. The story is they only have a few technicians that can address my overheating issue. Why do you schedule an appointment if you don't have anyone available to look at it?
