The dealership sent me a buyers order for 2018 Maserati Quattroporte VIN ZAM56YRL4J1260022 on Tuesday 30JAN2024 at 1:36pm EST for the amount of $44,576.66. 2 hours later I sent the dealership the bank draft paperwork. The deal was done. 2 days later 01FEB2024 I was informed that the vehicle had been sold out to a different person AFTER I had sent the paperwork.

A HUGE thanks to Antony for all of his work in making our car buying experience seamless and easy. Upon entering on Saturday afternoon, we were in and out within two hours- and that includes our lengthy test drive. (And YES- we did not feel the pressure at any point) During test drive, it was laid back- my husband got to drive on I-25, test out the power, do his thing.... And I (surprisingly) even drove some myself. I stuck to the neighborhood streets but got to test out a lot of the smart technology- like automatic parallel parking! Soooo smart and snazzy! Admittedly- my husband is the car guru and did his research well before coming; he knew exactly which make and model he wanted to see, so that saved time and headaches when we got here. From my husband (again, the car guru)- even he was impressed with the car salesman's knowledge! An extra thanks to Scott- the manager who made the experience great as well. I am SO grateful we came to O'Meara Volkswagen. Driving up to Thornton was totally worth it!

Adam Armenta was beyond phenomenal, and easily one of the top 3 sales people, concerning high dollar purchases, I've ever worked with.

He walked me through all the logistics of my car repair, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and was very communicative, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was. I actually chose to drive about 30 minutes out of my way to come here after having ongoing issues with a closer dealership, and I'm really glad I did. The difference in service was noticeable, and it was absolutely worth the extra drive to feel confident my car was being handled properly. While there were a few additional services I couldn't take care of at the time, I definitely plan to come back in the future. For now, I'm just grateful to have my car back, running well, and to have had such a smooth experience overall. They also offer a shuttle, which is a great option if you need to get somewhere nearby while your car is being serviced. Highly recommend if you're looking for reliable service and good communication.

13 Days of Excuses, Incompetence, and a Dangerous Safety Hazard…read more This dealership has been around since 1913, but they operate with the incompetence of a business that opened yesterday. We purchased a truck on April 1st and were given five different "firm" pickup dates (the 4th, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 13th). The Endless Excuses: Over the 13 days it took to get our vehicle, we were given every excuse in the book: a safety inspection, needing a spare tire, a new headlight, "the machines are broken," and not having enough staff. The lack of communication was the most insulting part. When we finally confronted our salesman about the silence, we were essentially told that because it was his "day off," he saw no reason to respond to an upset client who had already handed over a $6,000 down payment. The Staff: Scott Rockefeller (Sales): Avoid at all costs. He is unprofessional, immature, and eventually resorted to name-calling when we asked for updates. He has no answers and pushes every failure onto management. Nathan Johnston (GSM): A total ghost. We were told we needed to talk to him, yet he was never "available" and his contact info was guarded like a secret. James Houtz (Internet Sales): Told us "everyone in the dealership" heard about our situation, yet no one reached out to resolve it. He gave us a firm 11:00 AM deadline for April 13th and then went silent. The Bright Spots: Nicholas Trujillo (Quick Lane) and Eissa Hizhley were the only professionals there. Nicholas found the finance team after they disappeared on us and made sure our daughters had drinks and snacks. Eissa stepped in to help when everyone else failed, despite it not being his job. The "Safety" Failure: We were told the 13-day delay was for a "safety check." After waiting an additional 3 hours for a final detail on the 13th, we got the truck home only to find a loose razor blade on the truck bed cover where our young children were playing. To claim you are doing "safety checks" for two weeks and then leave a razor blade in a vehicle is negligent and dangerous. We had every dealership sticker stripped off the truck because I refuse to promote a business this careless. They claim to use CarMax as an example of "what not to do," but they are currently the gold standard for how to lose a customer's trust and respect

I set up an…read moreappointment but then when I showed up a lady who i was later told was the service manager told me that the oil change for my car started at $120. When I told her that I set up the appointment through a link that I followed from the ad on face book for the $20 oil change. She then proceeded to tell me that price was only for jeeps, rams or Chrysler and that it says so in the stipulations. Well i pulled forward and looked at the address again on my phone as well as the email i was sent when I set up the appointment. So I immediately asked one of the service employees if I could speak to the manager. That when I was told that she was the manager. SoI immediately asked to speak to someone above her. Thats whrn jake the service director came out and spoke to me. He also told me that it stipulated in the ad about the discount only being for jeep, dodge and Chrysler vehicles. But I showed hime the ad as well as the email that I recieved after making the appointment for my hyundai sonata. Jake said that they would honor that deal but it would take an hour and a half I said that was fine. Then he had me give my keys to the lady that had turned me a way from the beginning. She then told me that it would be two and a half hours. From then on until the end of my service, the service manager was very standoffish and treated me as more of an annoyance than a customer. Partly because I was only there for a $20 oil change and partially because I went over her head to get them to fulfill the appointment that I had made when them to get service. I personally use to manage a Pepboys auto repair center and I would have never treated a customer the way that I was treated by the lady that said that she was the service manager. If they don't want people to come in for a special on an oil change, then they shouldn run that special. Ho entry, what should have e been a very easy, very straightforward oil change, turned into a huge hassle that let to getting treated like a lesser person because I came in for a cheap oil change. If I wanted to be treated like an annoyance I can go spend time with my family. I came to the larry H miller service department as a paying customer. But the woman that said she was the service manager did not treat me like a customer. She treated me like an annoyance that was wasting her time. I would urge any one reading this to go to a different place to get your vehicle serviced.

Each time I came in with an appointment after letting them know the alignment was still off and had to wait around 3 - 4 hours. Today they finally fixed my alignment at no extra charge, since I paid for it 2 visits ago. A silver lining is that every visit, the Service members were very kind, respectful, and clear in their communication which makes a huge difference. I still would not recommend getting serviced here though, as it seems that they don't thoroughly check their work the first time to ensure you're getting what you paid for. I've unfortunately lost about 10 hours of my life to the waiting room in the span of a week for such a minor service. Big shoutout to Trenton though, he was a big help today in getting this problem fixed finally. If you do choose to service your car here, ask for him!

1-Star Review I…read morebrought my vehicle in for a flickering interior dome light, fully expecting that if a failed OEM component was found, it would be handled under warranty. I agreed to a diagnostic charge only if the issue was determined to be customer-caused. Within minutes, I was told that someone had "definitely" replaced the OEM incandescent bulb with an LED, and therefore I owed the diagnostic fee, a minimum labor charge, and parts. They replaced the bulb with an incandescent. The advisor also pointed out that my reverse lights were LED and stated that someone had "clearly swapped all the bulbs." Fast forward about nine months: one of my reverse lights failed. When ordering the replacement, I discovered that the bulb type in the vehicle matched the OEM specification. I also learned that this model year (2023 Nissan Rogue) comes from the factory with multiple LED bulbs. In other words, the bulbs they claimed were aftermarket were actually OEM. This leads me to believe the diagnosis was incorrect and used to justify charging fees for what amounted to a simple bulb replacement that should have taken 5-10 minutes at most, even if it truly had been customer-caused. I had been warned to avoid this dealership but used them because they were closest. That was a mistake. I now drive over an hour to other Nissan dealerships and will never return here. For context, I've purchased over 30 vehicles across nearly every major brand and currently own multiple Nissans. This was one of the most disappointing service experiences I've had. If you value transparency and fair pricing, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
