This place is very close to my house ,I have been a regular customer at this Poke Bowl place and have always enjoyed my previous visits. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The salmon in my bowl was clearly not fresh -- the flesh was dark and looked spoiled, which made it unsafe and unpleasant to eat. I am genuinely concerned about the food safety standards here. It's very frustrating to see such a drop in quality, especially from a place I used to trust. Fresh ingredients are the most important part of any sushi or poke bowl, and serving fish in this condition is completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, addresses their quality control, and ensures that all seafood served is fresh. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to stop coming here and share my negative experience with others. read more

Trying this place right next to my house and it immediately REEKS of fish (never a good sign!) The customer service was terrible the girl attending us looked mad and had her AirPods in. I ordered pickup on the way to work and First of all I've never smelt a more fishy poki place. No one was in the front completely empty at 2 ish o clock. I get to work and the food isn't as good as it seems to be on the reviews and also smells fishy. When I was eating I noticed some of the ahi tuna was brown and old/ chewy and the rest of it left a bad taste in my mouth. I am not a picky eater but when it comes to poki it has to be fresh and it was the opposite. If you want to be the toilet for an hour with stomach ache be my guest. Came by this place on our way to Palm Springs, they have boba and poke bowls. The placer itself is cute, and super cozy, and the person helping us was pretty nice, she provided pretty good service. They did have a good selection on the fish for the poke bowls. But as far as the boba, it wasn't good at all. I got a mango tea with mixed boba, and we also got a peach tea with boba. For starters they don't have vegan options for the boba teas. The tea itself was super bitter and the boba wasn't fresh, It taste old. The poke bowl was okay, I've had better. But I guess for the price I can't really complain. Definitely don't recommend coming here, I feel it was a bit of a waste of money considering we won't drink the boba teas. read more

It's been a while since I've been here. They've totally revamped it. Now selling boba and other things such as Asian candy, i.e green tea kit kat and blueberry kit kat amongst other things. For a bag of mini green tea kit kits it was only like 1.50, which is a steal in my books!! I ordered a large poke bowl. Base was their green salad. They have an ok selection of proteins (tuna, salmon, shrimp, ocotpus, tofu, and spicy tuna, spicy salmon and some sauced tuna). Great sauces and toppings. Flavors were really good. Everything lended well to each other. Fish is nice and fresh. Great texture and flavors. Having the greens as a base, I thought would make it not as good. But it was just as good as having rice in it, just more "healthy." It's been a while since I've had any kind of poke. What they use to scoop the fish with seems to constantly get smaller. But I did leave feeling full though. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area and I'm craving some poke!! read more

Weirdest experience ever, I called to order a plain milk tea to go since they always take at least 15-20 mins when I go in to order a drink, she asks me when I would get there, I replied 2 mins; of course not expecting her to make it in 2 mins.
