So I stopped payment on my check. Less than 2 months later the EV died on the freeway. You said it was just a loose wire that can be repaired in days. Nothing was done for over a year. That's why the judge ordered you to return my EV, all money paid to you, and damages for loss of use. To claim that you stored my car for my benefit is laughable. When you closed your shop in Santa Clara you moved all the cars, including mine, without informing the owners. The judge had to order you to reveal the "safe" location. It was parked in your driveway. Anyone who wants to know the true story, just check the Small Claims Court records under your name. You deserved zero star.

Apparently, it was just the screen although Best Buy did leave it open once they diagnose it, it may cost more than the 200. original estimate. AT and T where I bought the iPhone didn't even have techs to fix it. Best Buy was booked for the next two days and had to wait for the Apple tech and not the Geek Squad. So I remembered a place I went to last time in Brentwood's little shopping mall. This place fixed it in 20 minutes! Did it for almost 1/3 of the other estimate. I fixed two phones and looked brand new. They were so great that I bought the covers too to give a small business some business during Covid times where most businesses are struggling I am sure. It saved me a couple of thousand dollars from buying a new iPhone which I was dreading or at least 600.( total estimate from Best Buy for 2 cells)! So I am happy, I paid 1/3 of the Best Buy estimate. It made me a bit nervous going to a small place as opposed to a big box store, but they did a great job! Plus I could observe them fixing it whereas the big box store takes it away to fix and you don't know if info can be compromised! So I liked this much better! Very nice place and friendly staff! Afterwards, I went to check other reviews and was surprised. They did say it was different ownership than before because I mentioned I went there before and they were different people from what I remember. So maybe go by the newer reviews.
