I have never experienced such poor customer service until dealing with the office manager, Vanessa. Not only was she dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to help, but I also walked in and overheard her cussing and gossiping about her own employees telling other workers how she was plotting to fire one of them. This is completely inappropriate behavior for someone in management. Instead of leading by example, she set a toxic tone in the workplace. AutoZone should take this seriously, because customers notice when the management lacks respect, professionalism, and integrity. read more

I went autozone today to get wipers and the cashier Charlene was si nice and very informative about what I needed and what time do you save my wipers, and to top it off Greg put them on and he was very nice and informative as well so I give them a thumbs up so if anyone needs blades they should go to that autozone thanks again for such kindness read more

When you get good service from a store you want to share it. This Autozone location is awesome! Called the store because my grocery getter car needed a new battery. Vanessa the Manager answered phone quickly told me they had the battery. I went to store. She had battery already waiting for me =) Steven at the counter was kind enough to help me with the battery. I went in Friday after work to pick up two brake pads and two rotors. They didn't have the rotors in stock, but Oscar offered to call another store and have them transferred. I paid for them, and he said call at 11 am to confirm they came in. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with the Manager Vanessa. She was incredible. There had been a little issue with the transfer, but she completely took care of it and had my order ready for me when I got off work. When I showed up, she was super kind and very helpful.... things you just don't encounter these days. She even asked someone to help me carry the items out. I accidentally drained the battery on a borrowed car. The only person I know in Antioch is locked inside a nursing home so I had no way to get a jump. Walked in expecting to have to buy one of those jump start things that don't require another vehicle and ended up having the manager drive to my car and jump start it himself. These people refuse to honner their warranty on a battery I purchased from them. I still have 8 1/2 months left on my warranty, but these undereducated people refused to give me the 8 1/2 month prorate on a new battery because they can't add. I brought in my receipt & showed them the purchase date & the 60 month warranty. They insist the warranty is expired. PLEASE auto zone! Hire people that have basic math skills. Honestly, I can't say that I never had a bad experience here, yet if you render customer service and knowledge, this store is on top. I always like to come here to browse around or get some supplies, others stores in the Antioch area have been horrible. This store has friendly staff, organized racks, and good deals. I went in the store cause a friend of mines car had died around the corner from the store. I asked a salesmen by the name of Damont to help us jump our vehicle, with out hesitation he grabbed the jumper cables and walked to our car and jumped it for us. I can't believe how incompetent these people are. My mom went in yesterday to get help with buying motor oil. There were 6 employees and not one of the could figure out what kind her care needed, let alone tell her how to put the oil in the car. One guy walked out with my mom not to help her but because they let her borrow a funnel. When my mom asked if she was putting it in correctly he told her he had no clue. How can an auto shop not know how to do something as simple as putting oil in a car? That's ridiculous! There is no way I will ever return or recommend autozone to anyone.
