I ordered 3 item and had the expectation that it would be ready within the hour or so. Well, that didn't happen, and it was getting close to me having other errands that I needed to get to that morning. I decided that I've put off hitting the road waiting on Autozone, to get my order ready. So I decided that I would pop into the AutoZone to see if my order was ready, even though I never received a confirmation. I entered the store, greeted aggressively, and explained that I placed an online order, prepaid for pick up. This is 2:00 PM mind you, He then get in the computer, verifies my order and then precedes to fill it, only after I just showed up. This tells me, that the online orders aren't an inclining of a priority, nor was there an acknowledgement of the 3 hrs of the order being place, and fulfilled only because I actually came into the store to get what I paid for. Of course, I received that confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup after I showed up to retrieve my purchase.

I bought a battery in 2023 for my sprinter van and I also purchased the extended warranty for…read more another 2 years the battery for a sprinter van is expensive OTD it cost me $633.96 The problem I experienced with the Everett store is I brought my battery in last Friday early afternoon I explained to the c/s rep I hv trickled charge this battery for the last couple of days and it did start up the next day no problem I even drove my van for about 1 hr then I let it sit overnight battery wouldn't barely turn my Van over so I explained this to the person and he went on the defensive right away said it could be my starter or something else, I said are you kidding me I'm almost 70 years old very mechanical and told him no it's the battery I said I'll leave it here you guys can trickle charge it and load test it and let me know what you find out . I got a call on Saturday afternoon from Pacific battery they said your battery is charged but when they load tested it it dropped so low that under there standards they would consider it a bad battery but the person said I could come and get it and see if it works because being it was a Saturday there wasn't a mgr to see what they were willing to do for me. lots of wasted time for me so I did go pick up my battery from Pacific power and battery in Everett and drove to O'Riellys the battery was 1/2 the price and I know they will take care of it of me where ever I happen to be.
