Very dissatisfied with the service, first and last time I go to NTB. I purchased tires online from…read moreGoodyear and NTB was the only local shop that was on their website to install them so I booked an appointment with them. I got to my appointment on time and there was no one in the front desk and it took a long time for them to get to my car, overall about two hours. When I got got my car back I looked at the new tires on the driver side and noticed the rims were scratched. After inspecting the other side I noticed all four had been scratched around the edges. I reported it right away but all they did was take pictures and said it would be reported to management. Once I got inside I noticed the employees carelessly threw everything out of the glove compartment and didn't put it back, I pressume to find wheel lock which they never even asked me for. Also the stearing wheel was greasy and tire pressure light was on. I went to Discount Tire the next day and they filled up the tires to the right pressure, all four were off. I will definetly go back to Discount Tire in the future.

Rodney said that it might be that they did not update the cover on the manual to include my vehicle but it was the right part number. The cover said 2005-2009 not 05-18 like I ordered and it was stated on the shipping slip. My truck is a 2016. So if I had opened the manual and it did not cover my truck I would have not gotten any refund. However, Rodney agreed but would not refund my shipping cost.
