My experience at this franchise location was all T, no B for me this visit fam. I was kept waiting an interminably long time at the beginning when I was trying to drop The Dragon off. But the rest of the service was not too bad after that rookie mistake. A few hours later I had the T and I was on my way. There will probably be less road trips to Florida on these Ts so they better last longer *shakes fist at the sky* I had to drive out to this store since the other locations in town close by me did not have the correct tires for The Dragon. Well after getting the run around from everyone here I finally got them to order me a new one . I HAD to call they never called me to inform me that they were here. I wish I could leave no stars this place is horrible. Went in for a simple oil change and they tell me my oil pan and gasket have been damaged and that it is leaking oil. 277$ and they didn't put a new oil pan just cleaned my old one and now my car is running rough and stalling while driving. Never had a problem with my car leaking or otherwise prior to this visit with ntb. I not only don't recommend them I plan on calling corporate and telling everyone how bad their company is. read more

What I experienced was a store that is absolutely horribly managed and has poor customer service. They seemed completely scatterbrained and slow. I'm never going back to that place or any NTB. It's no wonder their rating is so low. I should have checked the rating before I came to this dump. They need to make some changes there. Today I was completely duped by NTB! They said my Daughters struts were blown and the sway bars were bad on the rear! I got their estimate which was outrageous. Called a few places and ended up at DEER PARK AutoMotive! They just called and said there is nothing wrong whatsoever with the struts!!! NTB is just trying to rip people off! Never again. Classic bait and switch with poor customer service to boot. Came in on Tuesday afternoon to get two new tires and a rotation. Was told they were backed up so they gave me an appointment at 9:00 the next morning. I showed up at 9:00 and was told there was one oil change in front of me. At 9:50 they started working on my new tires. At 11:30!!! They tell me they can only find ONE of the tires I need, and they tell me they are discontinued. Of course the next tire they have is $80 more expensive than what I asked for. They told me they'll knock $50 off the price but three hours later I'm still waiting for the tires to be installed. This is a TIRE store! They had advance warning that I was coming and they still screwed up. Why didn't they look for the tires last night? The mechanics are great people BUT They tried to charge me $850 in parts when I bought them myself they came out to $250 FOR EVERYTHING what they would've charged me $1500 to do I did in a quarter of that price. Didn't even give a parts breakdown to explain that ridiculous amount. They changed my tires and told me I couldn't do an alignment without extra services I declined and when I picked up the car all of my valve stem caps weren't put on and my tires lug nuts weren't tightened. Actually two of the nuts WEREN'T EVEN ON THE RIM!!!! Literally could've wrecked the car thank God I checked. Fuck this place. I'll never go back here: Called and spoke with the Manager Richard, who told me an oil change & alignment would be about an hour so I made my appointment for 2PM. Once there, the person at the front has ZERO customer service skills. No acknowledgement of me being there and waiting in line until after he returned from the back. He seemed like one of those people that hate their job. Just genuinely unhappy. After at 3:20, I asked for an update since it's been well over an hour. The mechanic was at the front and told me just bc I made an appointment doesn't mean I don't have to wait. LoL okay, but what happened to this 1 hour window? He went and checked on my SUV the returned to clean up his snappy attitude and told me he was going to to get the oil change done for me. About 15 minutes later, he told me I didn't need an alignment though I'll be taking it somewhere else to double-check because I believe they just wanted me out of there as much as I wanted to go. Finally, at 4PM, my truck has an oil change. The people that came in after me we're already checking out and leaving! I was going to speak to the manager about the poor information on wait time, lack of communication and over all bad customer service but apparently, he hadn't been there. ---which the staff made it clear they were unhappy about. 2 hours was ridiculous but poor customer service tops it all off. I would hate to see what wait times are like when it's actually busy because there were only 2 cars in the garage when I had pulled up. There are too many options to go here. I have a few more months on my 1 year alignment but after that, back to Discount Breaks & Inspection. I believe the manager's name is Robert he was very helpful didn't try to sell me other products my car was done by 10 a.m. I got the runaround from two other auto mechanic shops. When I left Texas at the beginning of 2017 I tried to get these clowns to fix whatever was causing the "Service Engine Soon" light to come on on my car. Eventually an NTB in St. Louis diagnosed the problem as a computer problem and I had to get the software flashed by a Nissan dealership. The NTB in Houston could not diagnose this however and they changed out three different things on three different visits guessing at the puzzle and charging me each time. Just like a doctors visit, I waited till the doctor in this case the mechanic was available. I'm glad they have the online appointment to receive the 50% off my oil change on convential. I'm in Pasadena near Burke and Fairmont. I usually get my oil changed in my company car at work, but we've been too busy lately to get mine in. I went to the Jiffy Lube at Burke and Fairmont and asked what they charge for an oil change. The guy told me that "the first 5 quarts STARTS at $41.99, and any additional is 5, or 6 bucks" !!! That means that my bill would have been at least 50 bucks ! I got back in the car and headed up Fairmont until I came across NTB whose sign says they do oil changes, and their prices start at $19.99 !!! Now THATS more like it. Nicholas at the counter couldn't have been more professional; even when I shared my horror story if JL's pricing, he refused to bad mouth them . . I like that. My car has 2 diff filters listed, so he had his guys take it in, and assured me that my bill would be less than $24.50. Guess what Nick, I'll be back with my personal car over the weekend. This "business" is absolutely garbage and their staff has an attitude to match. I don't know his name but do not trust single word the fat guy with the goatee says. I brought my car in because I had a screw imbedded in the middle of the tread and just needed a patch. They called later claiming the tire couldn't be parched because the screw was imbedded in the Wall. So I went in to get more info and told the guy that couldn't be the case because I and several other people who are knowledgeable about this stuff could very clearly see the short screw was NO where near the wall. So he back tracks and then claims the reason they can't patch it is because the screw was bent. I immediately knew that was completely utter bs and said no it wasn't. Instead of trying to give me more information or a better explanation he just gets all surly and quiet. Doesn't say a subtle word but turns the computer screen to show me the prices of tires! All I could do was laugh and say "I'm not buying a new tire from YOU". I told him to put my tire back o so I can go to a better business. He pulls my car up ROLLS down the windows for no reason and just leaves it sitting in front of the store windows down for anyone to come up and grab my stuff out of. I'm sorry but if you can't do your job correctly and in a pleasant manner you shouldn't be working there.
