Exceptionally good service! I was pleasantly surprised. Dante was so polite and helpful and he went above and beyond with a spark plug issue I had. This review is to highlight the great customer service I received from Dorea. I had purchased tire chains from this location, and the first associate gave me the wrong cable chains for my tires when I told him what make and model my car was. I was not educated at the time of purchase that they cannot be opened or used otherwise I could not return or exchange them. Dorea let me know that the first associate should have taken the extra step to educate me about the return/exchange policy. She took care of my issue and set clear expectations about returns/exchanges moving on forward. Sales associates such as Dorea is the reason why I am leaving a 5 star review. read more

Does it make me a bastard if I don't care what company owns the sore, first it was a shucks, then some interstate now it's orielly. Zero fucks given for the name or ownership what I love is I can rent tools, the staff usually knows a 120v 12amp hour battery from a deep cycle battery. They listen to me ramble about the problems I'm experiencing and are helpful. They are open long hours and are 10 minute drive from my house. read more

Thot I needed a new fuse for the turn signal. dori took the time to help me take the old one out (which was an epic ordeal). After one purchase for a fuse 'tweezer' i purchase one. The wrong type, which I had to exchange for a different one. Luckily Dori came to help me! She tried with the new tweezer, and actually used a needle nose plier. I come to find out I needed a bulb after all! Dori was very patient and happy to take apart the light component and replace the blown bulb. So now I had to exchange the 'new tweezer' that didn't work and purchase the bulb. All this in about 20 minutes. Dori made my day and I owe her a debt of gratitude. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RACIALLY PROFILED My boyfriend and I stopped in last night and had probably the worst experience we've ever had at an auto parts store. We came in looking for an ice scraper, within less than a minute of browsing the store, an employee came up to us asking what we were looking for. Told him we needed an ice scraper and he leads us to where they are, which was nothing out of the ordinary until I realized he was standing there watching us the entire time as we picked one out. As soon as we picked one out, we headed towards the register where he followed us to. Rang us up and as we were leaving the store I hear footsteps behind me. I didn't want to turn around and make any type of awkward contact with him cause who knows, maybe he was going to help the other customer who was freely roaming the store without someone breathing down his neck. We reached the exit and proceeded to walk towards the car. When we finally got to the car I turned around and noticed he was standing at the store front holding the door open and watching us as we got into our car.. Im not sure if he felt the need to follow us because we are people of color. We get that not everyone is a chatty Kathy, but our whole encounter with him was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. We came in the store looking to purchase one item, we didn't realized we would be treated this way. What was the purpose of him following us and watching us leave the store and get into our car?! Bought a car battery two weeks ago. However, I had to keep jump starting the car. Took the car to Toyota and they confirmed it was a dead battery. Went back yo O'Reilly to exchange the battery. Before going, I called and was told I could exchange the battery with no issue bc I did not have a receipt. When I arrived, they too confirmed the battery was dead. The person helping me told me he would go in and get me a new battery. While waiting outside, the assistant manager, Mark, came out and began YELLING at me. He told me they could not exchange a battery bc I didn't have a receipt. This was the same person who told me over the phone that they could find out when I purchased the battery without the receipt and without my phone number. I asked "why are you yelling at me?" He responded by raising his voice again. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional staff. read more

Let me start by saying it's a beautiful store, and 2 of the 3 part guys there are amazing. That other guy was terrible and because of him my experience as a paying customer was terrible! There's a large parts guy there by the name tag of BRYAN, who's a rude loudmouth. He gives terrible service. I was observing him because of his whole demeanour with who he was helping (which isn't really helping at all with his attitude). Get rid of him, and this would be a 5 star location. The young man was great. You can see him helping the customers professionally. Didn't read his name tag. Same goes for the old man that used to work in the Issaquah location from what I over heard while watching. Both the old man's and young kid were happily helping IN A HELPFUL manner the people they were attending to. That Bryan guy, was rude to a coloured woman, an Asian fellow, and another two white guys he helped. The best thing I can say about BRYAN is that he is CONSISTENTLY RUDE and clearly wasn't a racist thing... otherwise he would have been nice to the white guys. I will not be coming back to this location. I'm sorry but Bryan does not belong in customer service with how rude he is to people he deals with. Can't even say he helps people they come in, cuz he doesn't. He walks away and lets someone else deals with them instead. Did it 3 times out of 4 while I was there. Customer service here seems to be lacking a little bit. There is one employee here who seems to genuinely want to help but the rest of them seemed as though they can't wait to punch out and go home and are barely alive. It seems like this at most auto part stores. At least they were able to help me figure out which kind of wiper blades I needed and even though they didn't have the wiper blades and sauce they referred me to a place nearby that did have them and put them on for me. read more

Glad I stopped in here and knew what I was looking for. The signs over the aisles are almost too high for most people, it took me a minute to realize they were there and I'm 6'4". I was not approached by a member of the staff to see if I needed any assistance locating a product and nobody welcomed me into the store either. In all fairness there appeared to only be two people working and there was a line at the register, so I understand why it was a disengaged environment. All-in-all I was able to locate my items and head back out in about six minutes to carry on with my day. read more

Went in Sept 17, 2021 at 8:20pm and had "Mark" help me get a headlight replacement bulb. He was on a personal call as he was helping me and sold me the wrong bulb which I found out after taking out the old bulb which was annoying as hell. Totally not present to help customers. Next day went to the one in Renton on 4th where "Wayne" took care of the problem and got me the right bulb. Yup, totally present and professional. read more

They also locked me in the store and foxes canceled my payment before letting me go. Horrible, I am going to seek legal actions against this store! I've had two different experiences with this place. First time was really great: when my boyfriend and I needed to get a starter for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the service was excellent - that was because I was helped by the woman with the short curly brown hair who happily greeted us as we walked in the door. She was really conversational and friendly with us, got us the starter we needed, and we were on our way. I would like to say she did a great job and hope to meet more people like her whenever I go to any store to get an auto part. This last time (to return the core so I could get part of my money back for the starter): sadly, extremely sub-par. There was a blank-faced teenage girl wearing a tight black track jacket who didn't appear to actually work there (was she a friend of someone who worked there? I have no idea) standing behind the register. As I tried to work out whether she was going to, hope against hope, smile or ring our returned starter up, she did her best to ignore us, which frustrated me. We finally were rang up by a skinny teenage boy whom the track-jacket girl appeared to know. He took a call in the middle of helping us, and the girl then gossiped about whomever was on the phone to our cashier. ("Was that so-and-so's boyfriend?" -"yeah" -" *snort* yeah, I'm still friends with him on facebook") We did get the core charge back after all was said and done - the teenage boy was obviously on auto pilot, and the girl there to distract him - but it really pissed me off that this store apparently thinks its okay to let friends of workers behind the counter. And then gossip in front of customers after pointedly ignoring them. Real classy way to run your business there, folks. read more

Assisted a friend in replacing a battery, and come to find they provided her with the wrong size. It was obvious upon lifting the hood and looking at the old battery. terminals were also reversed. I end up getting her the correct size battery elsewhere and installing it. When she tried to return the other battery, they simply accused her of having already installed it, thus voiding the return policy, and remarked that she should've gotten THEM to install it. The battery was unused and still had the terminal covers on them. My mistake was not going with her in the first place. If you're not familiar with cars, stay clear of this place. It's disgusting how a business like this prey on the ignorance of others. I'm going to take my business to NAPA in the future. read more

She let me use her Wi-Fi when I had no access to any but needed some to confirm what I was purchasing was correct, and she got me the exact items. Not everybody would do that. I think her name was something along the lines of "Kelsi" and a tall guy with nice gray eyes helped as well. After being stranded literally across the street from them in abnormal heat for this area, KNOWING they have the tools to come quickly jump start my car, instead of saying "sure, happy to help with that simple problem we will be right there" and who knows....... I would have bought a battery from them. The rude guy that answered said "our portable jumping kit is new and can't leave the parking lot, stay in your hot car" verbatim that's what he said when basically since I'm in the parking lot directly across the street. I thought about it was unsettled so tried again and spoke with a lady named Cindy I told her the problem and asked if there was anyone kind enough to just come give me a jump start very quickly, she placed me on hold FOREVER so I hung up. I had a stressful night when my car died and would not start even when jumped. Chris was really helpful and friendly when I explained what my car was doing and setting up a time when he would be able to take a look at my car the next morning. I wanted a battery test first to see if the battery was the problem and replace the battery if it was. I arrived the next morning, Chris remembered what I wanted and helped me right away. Turns out it was my battery and Chris was able to get my car running in about 10 minutes. Great service from Chris! read more

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS...I had a mobile mechanic who I was paying by the hour with me and asked them for an alternator for my Lexus IS250...I asked them very clearly to PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK AND MAKE SURE THIS IS THE CORRECT PART, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. They GAURANTEED me they gave me the correct part. However just like always (this is the third time I've had this same experience with O'Reillys, these guys are all dumber than a freeking stump) they gave me the WRONG freeking part. So I'm paying my mechanic by the hour while I have to go back to the store and fight with them and their stupid computer system till they FINALLY figured out that, I was correct, they were WRONG, and in fact DID GIVE ME THE WRONG PART. Now it gets even more fun...when I tried to swap out the old part they tried to tell me the alternator had been installed and used already and therefor could not be taken back (LOL). So these dumbasses literally gave me the wrong part, cost me who knows how much $$ in wasted time, now they're trying to stick me with a brand new incorrect alternator that they sold me, so I'm out $300. The old, fat, bald guy with the glasses was the absolute worst. That guy needs to lay off the donuts and start learning about [correct] car parts and what goes to what. I literally tried to explain to him like how could it have been used when it literally won't even fit in my Lexus? And why do I even have this part in the first place? Oh that's right cause you incompetent dumbasses can't do your minimum wage job and look up the correct part for a vehicle. I just became a lifelong Autozone customer after this whole experience. These guys are so crooked I don't even know how they're still in business. I'll be contacting the BBB without a doubt. I've dealt with incompetence before but this is so far past incompetence I would categorize this as fraud...purposefully selling someone the wrong part and then refusing to take it back? SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went in yesterday to buy a pair of chains (for two tires) for my car before the snow storm we received in Bellevue. I asked Jeremy if there were two chains - he said yes. I should have checked the bag, but I assumed the staff does this. I got home, the snow had started, and we went to put our chains on the car and there was only one chain for one tire in there! We called the store today and we received abysmal customer service from the store manager and Mike (who LITERALLY hung up on us twice); yes, we understand that the bag should have had two in there and that all sales are final - but we paid for two chains and received one. We bought two tension adjusters and only used one of them - we can prove that we only received one. The manager put us on hold and never returned to the phone call. I know that you guys are understaffed, and I understand it's probably been hectic in the store with the snow storm, but this is NO reason to treat your customers like trash. Do not go to this location! I will not ever be returning to O'Reilly's in the future. read more

I was in a couple weeks ago, not exactly knowing the name of the part I needed for my 84 Midas Freeport RV, the manager, Ty, came out to my RV, popped the hood and helped me right away. He also let me know that I needed a few extra things to make the engine run more efficiently that were easy fixes. I bought the new parts and he installed them right in the parking lot. Best customer service I've ever received at any auto store! I can't thank him enough for being honest and helpful. O'Reillys at Factoria will now be the only auto shop I will go to.
