Staff, especially Jesse went out of his way to assist me ( I'm handicapped) . Came down from his ladder by the entrance to open door and continued in to get what I needed. Didn't have to move at all. Also helped me to my car. Car battery died later in day. Got a jump and made to store. He again came out, tested battery and found loose ground. Tightened and was on my way. Exceptional help. I came here to make return on parts I ordered online. The cashier I interacted with didn't know how to look up an online order so I was reading him various numbers off of the plethora of email confirmations sent to me. He finally asked for my phone number, saying he could look up the order that way. I asked them to check with the ODM due to a service message on the dash and was told they aren't doing that right now because of "things" and handed me the machine to do it myself. read more

Absolutely horrible people run this branch of Autozone. I had to deal with an employee named Trevor R, who for some reason was disrespectful and belligerent from the moment I started interacting with him. I was looking for some cables and I was hoping to go to the aisle and look it up myself. But he asked me what I needed, when I told him I needed 2 units of that cable, he literally asked me to wait there (basically not get in to the aisles), he himself got to the aisle and picked up not only a wrong item but also was not willing to check if they have 2 of the ones I actually wanted. All through out this time his tone of conversation was extremely rude, curt and condescending. I ended up not buying the one he brought out from the aisle, because I needed a pair of it. But I was wondering what did I do to deserve such bad treatment. Turns out I am not the only one Trevor is disrespectful to. When I went through their Google reviews there are other customers - non-whites, people of color, who have shared similar experiences dealing with Trevor. You have a racist employee running your store AutoZone. Despite other people reporting him before you have continued to employ him. You will never get my business. read more

Auto Zone Alternators are JUNK! I purchased a NEW, not refurbished alternator for my Acura from Autozone back in April of 2022. Six months later on October 21, 2022, it started acting up. The alternator I replaced back in April appeared to be the same brand. It failed just after year after I bought this car which was only driven less than 4k miles. Duralast alternators are garbage! Auto Zone's return policy is basically non-existent. They will trade you for replacement piece of junk, but then you'll be stuck in an endless cycle of paying for labor to replace this part every 6 months to a year. It's a money pit and a trap. Years ago, I replaced my alternator using the same brand for my Toyota. Afterwards, I would receive a high pitch feedback through my car speakers. It was very annoying. I should have learned my lesson then. I do not recommend any alternator from Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, etc. Save yourself the headaches and time wasted by staying away from these places! Have your stock alternator rebuilt or buy genuine parts. Believe me and you will thank me for it. read more

I have come into this auto zone many times. They screwed up my 2 battery tests and said the good one was bad and the bad one was good. So I replaced it (didn't realize it was the good one at the time) and took bad one back home and reinstalled. Turns out they mixed them up and didn't know which one was my good battery so now I'm down a battery. On top of that, every time I buy a part, they give me the wrong one. I'm not one to leave reviews but man this place deserves one, and a horrible one. I'm not upset with autozone, I actually think they're a good company but the black female upfront has no respect for anyone. I called asking for a simple bulb and I'm not sure what she does with the phone but it sounds like she stands 20 feet away from it. I couldn't hear her so I said "sorry, what?" Autozone must be in desperate mode to have Daryl as a manager. Went in yesterday it was about 5:30, mind you it want even dark out et but it has been raining hard on and off. We wanted to have my cars check engine like checked and read. Daryl was the one who asked what he can help with and so we said if we can have our car scanned. Autozone "manager" Daryl looked outside and said and stated they can't go out when it's dark. We get that, find, but it wasn't dark by any means. We have a hunch that it wasn't because it was dark but rather because it was sprinkling out. The phone rang, he took it to the back and another worker helped us. He asked how he can help and we told him how. And what do you know, he didn't appear to have an issue scanning the car. It's a shame that autozone trusted their reputation with someone like Daryl. They are either desperate or they had no one better OR bc he has been their loyal employee and they are force but to promote him ; even if that means he isn't worthy of it. I've ordered three different times for online pickup due to COVID-19. Every time an employee has worn a mask for all three of my pickups. They always have my order ready, and I'm in and out in under "sign here to confirm your order" which is usually 2-3 minutes. Also noticed they're always cheaper than O'Reilly. NAPA beat them once with a "bucket sale" for spark plugs, not sure what that means but I'll always look to Autozone first. As I pull into the parking lot, they are helping people... Had no idea they'll scan your car's computer for free (my engine light was on)...highly worthwhile and will save you $$ from going to a mechanic. On top of that, the workers are always friendly and knowledgable. Great experience! read more

The people here are awesome. Customer service is great. They replaced my battery in my car for me and recycled the core for $100 less than the dealership was going to charge, all with a smile on their face and pleasant conversation.
