I was thrilled when the manager asked Mason to come out and help me. Nico's have probably done what needed to be done but I was very uncomfortable. Saturday is a busy day. This business didn't have to accommodate me by sending Mason to help me but they did. Too often we are eager to write a review when something goes wrong. He suspected it was a board inside the phone. Said it could cost up to $300. Went to Best Buy and bought another phone but they couldn't transfer any data because I didn't have the password necessary to do that. After having a blank phone and none of my data, I decided to go back to CPR and pay whatever it would take to get my old phone working again. A different gentleman by the name of Jeremy was there. I explained the whole story to him. He took my old phone to the back and came out a few minutes later and said, "It's fixed". What?! You're kidding! "It was a simple fix", he said. All for only $35. Sometimes it just depends on who you talk to. I'm so glad I decided to go back there. Kudos to Jeremy. He really knows his stuff!

Based on apple's policy for anywhere that fixes a phone it needs to be up to their standards. This means they cannot close a phone without fixing everything within it until it is at a tradable condition. Within my phone the heat sensors were broken and once the new glass was on the phone was stuck in a loop of turning off and on, directly caused by the repair. They did not follow apple's standards policy and because of that now no where can fix the phone and they refuse to own up to their mistakes. Once confronted with this the people were very rude and refused to do anything about. Which both T-Mobile and Apple individually said they are at fault and need to fix it or give a replacement device. Which they refuse to do. They refuse to follow the products company's policy hurting customers, and putting them in a limbo where no where can fix the product.
