The first place only told me where the two sites that had my needed battery in stock. So, I showed up to the second place, this one. They were unaware I was on my way and what was needed. My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.

Technology was exceeding the ability for my older iPhone processor and battery to keep up and what I really needed to do was upgrade my phone. I called them and was told this was normal with a new battery as it "learned" a new vehicle. I was told to drive it about 20 miles and all would be OK. My wife got stranded in the middle of a 4 lane highway. The truck required towing to a mechanic. Found the voltage regulator failing. They insisted that any reputable battery dealer would have checked that when installing a new battery. I called Interstate back and was told, "You didn't ask us to check the system". Not good.

They are independent Former honda acura dealership mechanics and have been in business 12+ years. They ran a test on my battery using INTERSTATE'S OWN EQUIPMENT. the results came back that the battery was failing but the charging system works perfectly fine. I dont know what interstates business prides itself on but it sure isnt selling a good quality product or good customer service, their business practices are far too close to being fraudulent.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Service…read more In August 2024, I brought my iPad in for a battery replacement. Unfortunately, the new battery failed to perform as expected, depleting within an hour. I contacted the company in December and returned to them in January--well within the warranty period. At that time, Juan assured me the issue was resolved and advised that if the problem recurred, I should bring the device back. Regrettably, the iPad continued to behave as if it still had its original battery, draining quickly even with notifications turned off and no apps running. When I called today to inform Juan of my decision to return the device, he refused to take responsibility for the defective battery and declined to honor the warranty. Instead, he insisted that I pay for another battery replacement. Given that this is the second time I have received a defective battery, I find it unacceptable that the company expects me to pay again for a product they provided despite knowing it was faulty. I am extremely disappointed with their service and cannot, in good conscience, recommend their business. If it were possible, I would rate this experience a -10.
