But on the evening of March 22, 2025 I was the recipient of exceptional, very exceptional service. Lazy Saturday it was until my teenager made the distress call- car not starting. Drove to her location and jump started her car then drove straight to Advanced Auto - short pump. Exceptional patient understanding service is what I received as I explained the situation. Team member was responsive enough to provide me with a much better battery than the.one.in.the vehicle. And the AA team was just beginning. I was in for a real treat when Mr Carroll wheeled out his tool cart and got to the new battery installation. I have been on several ends of auto personnel treatment- mostly different when i am with a 2024 year vehicle than with an older vehicle. As a matter of fact, in another automobile workshop I was told, boldfaced and all, that nothing could be done for my older vehicle. A statement I would file away as I, carefully, stayed clear of that shop - with the newer vehicles and same older vehicle they'd written off. 7years after that remark, the vehicle is still running okay. So Mr Carroll installed this battery meticulously. Not just dumping it in but carefully tightening the terminals, ensuring snug fitting, applying anti-corrosives and yes wait for it...ensuring that there was no red battery light on the dashboard after installation. Thank you team AA short pump. Thank you for being consumate professionals. This evening, by your unplanned actions, I have passed the AA baton to my teenage daughter. You have a new customer.

And the way this car's made, it's almost impossible for a layman to top off the fluid. Greg listened to my plight. His encyclopedic knowledge of cars was impressive, as well as his enthusiasm for problem solving. He quickly figured out the best way to address the issue without getting transmission fluid all over the place. Because I'm a Realtor, I was very grateful to have my car back up to speed so quickly. I have been meaning to come back and review this location for a while now. About a month or so…read moreago, I stopped in here on my way home to get new wiper blades. Of course, it was due to start snowing, and when I pulled up it was sleeting. I spoke with one of the guys at the front to figure out what size blades I needed for my car. Shawn then went and picked out the blades for me, which was great. He didn't automatically go for the most expensive brand like some car shops do , but picked something the middle range (that work GREAT btw). Then comes the problem - my rear wiper blade hadn't been replaced probably ever, and the rubber piece had completely come off. He then went outside in the freezing sleet, to try and fit not one, not two, but THREE different types/sizes of wiper blades on my car for me. I am so, so pleased with the customer service I received. I had no expectations of him putting the blades on for me, let alone trying multiple times to find something that worked for my rear windshield.
