When I told him what the item was, another female employee came over and said they did not have it in stock. The gentleman and the lady went into the back for a moment and I overheard her saying that "we are not going to sell something at that price. It's supposed to be $90." They proceeded to tell me that other stores had it that were significantly out-of-the-way for me. Sounds like some potential shady leadership decisions behind the scenes. Two things I need to share first...I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and I…read moream a novice at buying custom wheels. So, I began my custom wheel purchasing journey in Richmond. I visited the wheel shops up and down Broad Street, and did some shopping online. I found RNR where Ian spent time explaining the differences in wheels and helped me determine what was the proper fit and best look for my 2012 Wrangler Unlimited. Unlike some of the other local shops he did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions and he pointed out things I had not thought of. Once I made my choice he ordered the wheels and had them in and installed the next day. Awesome customer service from the moment I walked in the door! I sat in the waiting area while my wheels were being installed and had the opportunity to observe other RNR staff members interact with customers. Each person was professional, courteous and very helpful. In fact there were a couple older ladies in getting new tires and the staff was very helpful and patient with them. My wheels look great and while I had my existing tires mounted on them I do plan to go to RNR when it is time to buy new tires.
