I came down to get a new headlight for the passenger side of my car. Usually you would buy both sides but in this instance I had just had the drivers side repaired because, again, one of my coworkers hit the front of my car. The employee who helped me was great. Yes, he asked if I wanted two bulbs since that's the usual thing to do. I explained the situation and he was right on it and got me the exact right bulb I needed for my car. He was great. RUINED WHEELS ON CADILLAC! I visited asking for chains for a specific vehicle the sales rep came out to the car looked at the tires and together we walked back inside. I purchased chains he suggested and when needed they were professionally installed while in the snow. MY RIMS ARE RUINED WITH DEEP SCRATCHES! My experience with your manager was simply ridiculous. I purchased replacement wipers for my VW from Auto Zone. The Manager asked if I needed assistance installing them, I declined and went home. 2 hours later, I was back..yep, I could use assistance! The Manager promptly struggled as best he could to install them to no avail. I told him I'd try again at home. No luck, they were simply the wrong part. I went into AZ to pickup some oil for my car and I was immediately greeted by Colby (Pretty sure thats what he said) and asked if I needed any help finding anything. I said I needed some 5w30 for my car and he pointed me in the direction of said oil. As Colby was ringing me up he asked if I had a # on file which I did and he informed me that I was not 100% completed in enrolling in whatever the thing is and I must say I only went through w/ it because of Colby taking pride in work as a sales/customer service rep. Went to get replacement windshield blades for my Chrysler. Picked the wrong kind, went up to the register and Cheyenne (? I think that was her name?) asked me if I was sure this was correct. I said no, and asked if she could help check. She found out I was going to buy the wrong kind. She got me the correct blades AND she put them on for me. The second blade was real difficult to install and she discovered it was a damaged part so she went in and got another one. Had I taken them home, I would have never been able to put that blade on. I came over here on 4/17/2021 at 4pm after my check engine light suddenly came on and after a very unsuccessful, and eye rolling experience at Meineke. As soon as I came in, this fantastic woman, who was amazing at muti-tasking, asked what I needed and promptly handed me the code scanning device. She explained to me how to use it and said she would print out a code definition report for me. Sounded easy and it certainly was. I went back inside, the amazing woman, once again juggling three customers (and a business on the phone), printed out my code scan report. She told me how to fix the issue and I was on my way. Customer service at its finest and honestly, I only wish I lived in the area so I could give my business to this particular store. I wish I had gotten your name, but you know who you are. I have a 2002 Ford Ranger that we had just got running and needed brakes and rotors badly along with a few other things. I had called around to different places to price the parts and when I called this store I chatted with Katie. She was awesome!! I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to brakes and rotors and she walked me through everything I needed!! She put the stuff on hold and when I walked in the store she had it all ready for me. Employees are very lax about covid masks. Lady behind the counter says she has asthma. I complained to the district manager and they say it's okay for them to not wear masks. I came into the store looking for coolant and the lady that helped me was knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. They didn't have any in stock so she offered to call other stores, offered to order it for me and then even went above and beyond that to You can call the store back when she found the specific coolant that was needed.
