    Ford Expedition Max (Platinum)

    Me and my business partner were not sure if we would ever afford to buy Ford Expedition Max (Platinum), thanks to AJ of Future Ford Concord who went extra-mile in ensuring we both walk out of the dealership with our dream cars. I will definitely recommend my friends to consider this dealership for their future car purchase especially under AJ sales support.

    I guess the "sales rooms"

    Per my husband's suggestion I write this here review. Firstly, now that I'm here to write this review I should have checked yelp... Anyhow... take a seat, this is a lengthy one I was in the market for a new vehicle which began via web search I was contacted immediately... initial communication informed me that the actual vehicle I saw had already been sold months ago and they had no idea how I found it.... (Probably should have been my 1st red flag). Well the salesman proceeded to tell me they were expecting a delivery of a similar vehicle (it wasn't... it was an overpriced based model with a suspension pack). When the vehicle was delivered I was informed and I made my way over. After seeing a ridiculous monthly payment I obviously began to lose interest... after many text exchanges and call with my husband I had our "bottom dollar" amount..... so YAY! (Sike) everything seems to be going well until the ultimate challenge the FINANCE REP.... Geez this is where it gets exciting! So despite the salesman telling me Thursday 10/23 that I had TEN (10) days to obtain my own financing... booooyyyyyyy let me tell you by WEDNESDAY 10/29 (very much pre 10 days) I arrive to the dealer with a check in hand to pay for this vehicle. I was told that they would not accept my cashiers check... that they had already been paid by whatever financial institution they sent my application to.... but the kicker here is that a lot of information came up when I was moving my loan to my bank. Being all these optional features that were added to my loan that I was told beforehand was included with a purchase of a vehicle and a standard practice. However, this couldn't be further than true. In fact, window etching and the ceramic coating, and all these alleged things were not a part of the new vehicle purchase at no cost. It was in fact something I was paying for according to this loan. I requested those amounts to be returned to me as well as the Gap insurance and I was told that I wouldn't get anything back until I took that check got it made out to the financial institution that now held my loan. With the information I was provided I called that financial institution and was informed that this matter of fact was a fairly new loan that was still in process, and that the dealer needed to "unwind" it. So with the new information of the financial institution provided me, I contacted the dealer by phone and inform them of the options. I had been told this surely made hell freeze over because the response from the financial representative who help with the loan paperwork this sent him off! He made it very clear to me that he was not going to help me in any which way and that it was my duty to go and do it the way he told me too that I would have to wait for my first statement and pay off that balance and that's the only way it would be done. He explained to me the process and the steps would take to unwind the loan and told me he would not do it because it was not simple or easy for him and he didn't want to so clearly he had the capacity and chose not to because of convenience for himself this shows great lack of customer service and also just makes me more worried about whatever slimy scam or loan fraud they're actually doing. So now the financial institution has already received my check. The vehicle has been paid off and now I'm waiting for this dealer to contact me back to reimburse me for all optional cost that were added to this loan and cancel all extra things that were added warranty, maintenance plans, gap insurance, etching of the windows and all the bells and whistles of unnecessary loan bundling packages. They like to assemble to bring whatever false revenue and promises to their dealership. This could've been handled in a very different way however, I will never let anybody on my phone ever yell at me or speak to me in a demeaning, rude and hostile way! Take this as a warning to stay very far away from this dealer unless you come with cash or a check from another financial institution because this financing department and person in particularly that goes by the name of "Alex" who I allegedly was transferred to. Dealing with him will be your biggest nightmare and you will need to do more than any Sega Genesis combo for Mortal Kombat to defeat him. As of now they're very fortunate that the government shut down is still in place otherwise this would've gone directly to the FTC.... Unfortunately, I foresee this being a very long and daunting process given the nature of the conversations I've had and the demeanor and tone they've established with me.

    Service department seems okay but stay clear of the sales department. They promise you everything until you ask them to put it in writing.

Since ordering it online, I thought it would be quicker. When I went to go pick it up, there was a mishap and it took the poor employee forever to find it. He went back in to the warehouse and looked for it, talked to other employees, and come to find out. It was on the shelf of the store..... I could have pulled it. Anyways, don't expect much. Come here for your car parts and leave. They definitely do not have any special parts you may need. They did advise me to head over to the dealership as it may be the only way to get this piece. Thanked him for the advice! There are a bunch of teenagers that work there so I'm not sure how knowledgeable they are about cars. But I can always be wrong.

Fedy showed me a 2025 with 12K miles that was about 10% cheaper than buying it new. It had everything on it I was looking for including the color. Since it was a certified pre-owned vehicle it came with a 5 year warrantee and 2 year free service. It was exactly the car and deal I was looking for. I highly recommend Lexus of Concord.
