I can't express the gratitude I have for Andy Weber, Service Advisor. He is the true definition of exceptional customer service. My family was first introduced to Andy when we brought my son's Ford Fusion in for a blown head gasket. Our original service advisor was out on leave, and Andy stepped in to take over our file. From that moment on, he treated us like we were his top priority. Not long after that, Andy also helped coordinate repairs on my own vehicle. What impressed me the most was his dedication. Even while he was preparing to marry the love of his life, he never stopped communicating with me about my car. I never had to call for updates because Andy always stayed one step ahead, keeping me informed every step of the way. Recently, my car began having serious mechanical issues. Naturally, Andy was the first person I called. He immediately told me to bring it in, and he would take care of everything. The next day, I had AAA tow my vehicle to the dealership for a diagnostic inspection. That afternoon, Andy called with the results. A few hours later, he delivered the difficult news that the repairs were not covered under my warranty. As a single parent working two jobs, hearing that my only means of transportation needed expensive repairs was devastating. It felt like the weight of the world had been placed on my shoulders. Even though the situation was completely out of his control, Andy showed genuine empathy and compassion. He understood what I was going through and made me feel heard, supported, and cared for during one of the most stressful moments of my life. Instead of simply delivering bad news, Andy immediately began working with the sales team to help find another solution. My vehicle was towed to the dealership on Wednesday, and by Friday, thanks to Andy's dedication and teamwork, I was driving home in a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport. That experience changed my life. Andy handled everything with professionalism, honesty, compassion, and sincerity. He apologized for circumstances that weren't even his fault because he truly cared about how they affected me. He was helpful, communicative, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. The service manager, Kevin, also contacted me regarding my bronco and made things right. I won't go into details, but I truly appreciate that he took responsibility and handled the situation. I had a very frustrating experience with Future Ford of Concord. My vehicle was towed there on a Wednesday afternoon. Shortly after it arrived, a service rep named Ruby contacted me and said he had the tire I needed but wouldn't be able to complete the repair until Thursday. That was completely understandable--but Thursday came and went with no update. On Friday morning, I called for a status update and spoke with a very kind staff member who said she would check with Ruby and call me back. I never received a call. Since I don't work weekends, I followed up again Monday morning, only to be told once again that no one knew the status of my vehicle and that I'd receive a callback--which never happened. I called again later that day and was sent to another employee's voicemail. After waiting a few hours, I tried again and was told Ruby was busy and would call me back. Again, no follow-up. By Tuesday, I finally reached Ruby, who immediately placed me on hold. After waiting 15 minutes with no response, I hung up and drove to the dealership in person. When I arrived, I spoke with Linda, who was very kind and helpful. She went to notify Ruby that I was there, and without even acknowledging me, he simply said, "It's ready," with no additional information or communication. At that point, I had to ask for my keys myself, and Linda stepped in to assist and have the vehicle brought around. While waiting, I noticed other service advisors interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, which made my experience stand out even more. Unfortunately, the situation didn't end there--after leaving the dealership and driving only a few miles, my tire pressure light came back on. Overall, the lack of communication, follow-through, and basic customer service from my assigned representative made this a very disappointing experience. While some staff members were helpful and kind, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location--or at the very least, avoiding working with this particular service advisor. read more

In 2014 we bought a truck here. A new truck, we went all out with the extra maintenance plans and warranty. We loved that truck. Though, we did note the maintenance plan and extra warranty were not worth it. Fast forward to now. We were looking for a newer truck. We saw a preowned one we thought we wanted and stopped in. Maurice was our sales guy. 26 years old and ridiculously arrogant. We worked it out they ran our credit, everything was set and then someone dropped the ball. Only offering us a low amount for our old ford. Maurice told us he needed to eat and the finance guy would be right there. An hour later, Maurice came walking back wiping his mouth. Repulsive. He was blaming the finance guy and the finance guy blaming him. A hot mess. Sitting in there for so long just observing made me feel gross. I witnessed many interactions and none of them were up to par in my opinion. Right before we left I did enter finance guy office to photograph their paperwork. This guy was nasty and his office dirty. Spilled coffee cup in the corner. Yuck. Thinking about it now, I lucked out. I am actually really glad they messed up. He of course then tried to make things right as did his manager knocking off more $$$. Welp, we had changed our minds about the truck and about who we would be doing business with. In the end, we sold old ford to carmax for top dollar and we bought a brand new truck and got a way better deal at Hilltop Dodge. It was my experience that Future Ford is not where you want to be if you expect to be treated with respect while you spend your hard earned money. I own a small business, we have a fleet of cargo vans. We operate as a LLC to shield personal liability. I was looking for a Transit, taking advantage of year end rebates. My sales guy Christian worked super hard to locate the truck we needed, and get a fair price on it. They didn't quite match what another dealer had done, but they found the truck. 4 stars for our sales guy's efforts to find us a truck. Where it went sideways was on the finance side. Dealing with our salesguy, I was clear that I didn't want this on my personal credit. We should try first to run just with business credit, and if that didn't work or the rate was too high - I would do a personal guarantee. We've bought other trucks in the past, and as we are a newer company I had to personally guarantee it. I was hoping that with this one, we could do it without a guarantee as we have excellent credit, albeit we have only been operating for 3 years. It was end of the month, and I was in a hurry. When I went in to deal with the financing, I was told that I would have to guarantee it. They also came back and said the best rate they could get - because we were a business, was almost 9%. Fine, I figured I would pay it off over the next year. The truck was hard to locate so I rolled with it. Signed the paperwork, and was off. I didn't have time to shop the loan, and took their word. (previous loan we did 6 months before was a 0% rate through Ford, they said Ford credit wouldn't take this loan, even at a higher rate or with a guarantor. The first surprise was 2 weeks later, I received a letter from the finance company stating that the interest rate was reduced by 2.5%. This was a surprise. I had to only assume that they had marked up the loan way too high. But I took the surprise. What happened next made me realize what went down. One moth after I bought the truck, I started getting credit alerts that I had a new loan on my personal credit. Then I took a 2nd look at the paperwork, only to find they had listed me as a cobuyer with my LLC. Not sure why on earth anyone would run paperwork like this. I called my salesguy to fix it. He was alarmed, and said he would get back to me. Then radio silence. I had to call back several times, and Christian's previous excellent service went downhill. No response, then said someone would contact me back. And I got a call back from the finance manager, saying there was nothing they could do. That they "routinely have customers that title in both their corporation and personal names to get it financed." And it was too late, they couldn't fix anything. Now, who the hell would ever think that being a co-buyer with a LLC or corporation is a good thing, I don't know. Let alone a finance guy. We never had this happen at other dealers, I didn't even consider it. My bad, I should have looked at the paperwork closer. There is a lesson to everyone, read whatever you sign and fully comprehend it. Certainly if you buy a truck here, read every line. This put is in a legal pickle, and a personal credit pickle too. We are house shopping, and now I had a 50K vehicle loan on my personal credit. I had to react quickly. The only way to deal with it was to pay off the loan, and transfer the paperwork. Coming up with 50K overnight caused a huge cash crunch. Then a trip to the DMV to get my personal loan off the paperwork. Forward the clock about 2 months, we need another Transit. Obviously not going here. Came to an agreement with a sales guy at another dealer. It went to finance. They went to Ford Credit, and got me financed through my LLC WITHOUT any guarantee. Delivered the truck to my doorstep. Night and day difference. I never leave bad reviews. And I really didn't have the time to write this. But 2 months later, I'm still upset. I'm still dealing with the consequences of this, as my bank account was drained by having to pay off this loan a month after we got it. Just may this be a lesson to everyone. These finance guys are either crooks - marking up interest rates super high, or are incompetent. Hopefully this goes to management and they can deal with their finance team. And hopefully it helps someone to triple check their paperwork. read more

Negotiated a fair price with no games, no dealer add-ons, and a clean $85 doc fee. Maurice did a thorough walkthrough of the entire vehicle at delivery and even got on the phone the next day (during his day off) to walk my wife thru all functions and setting up her profile. They did the return and took my info - which I guess they promptly lost because they called Lincoln corporate to try to get ahold of me. Then upon speaking to them again they were Asking me to return to the dealership for a signature - which I said I would not and had stated prior I would not. I said send it via docusign... I was then told they were doing me a favor... I come to find out from Lincoln Corporate that NO, I was doing them a favor, they wanted my signature ONLY so that they could buy my car - very low miles and worth their while - the lease end was taken care of already - so instead of making this easy on me they wanted me to do back flips to help them and then put it on me AND the Finance Director was INCREDIBLY rude and overbearing on the phone - talking over me, telling me He's "the finance director" like it's some amazing feat. There is a reason this dealership has more one-star reviews than five-star reviews. I am a disabled veteran who recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mustang from another Ford dealership. Within the first 20 days, I noticed an issue with the window not dropping properly when opening the door. Since the vehicle is CPO and still under Ford warranty coverage, I brought it to the nearest Ford service center, Future Ford in Concord, expecting support and guidance. Instead, I was given the runaround and repeatedly told what they could not do, with no effort to offer solutions. My service advisor, Andy, showed poor customer service, did not listen to my concerns, and made no attempt to help resolve the issue. The service manager also offered what felt like insincere support while emphasizing that they "care about veterans," yet their actions did not reflect that. They presented me with a $600 estimate for what appears to be a minor issue. Considering I had owned the vehicle for less than three weeks and purchased it as a Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I reasonably expected Ford to inspect and address the concern under warranty before charging out-of-pocket costs. I decided to get a second opinion from another Ford dealership. The difference was night and day. The second dealership treated me with professionalism, compassion, and respect, and they were willing to actually help find a solution. Incredibly disappointed with the service department at Future Ford of Concord. I called ahead to schedule an urgent oil change for my 2023 Bronco Raptor and was given a confirmed appointment. It took me over 30 minutes to drive to the dealership, only to be made to wait another 30 minutes in the service drive before I was even addressed. When someone finally did speak to me, they bluntly stated they couldn't see me today--despite my scheduled appointment. They offered absolutely zero apologies, provided no alternative solutions, and essentially told me to 'figure it out' myself. It is completely unacceptable to confirm a service appointment, waste an hour of a customer's time, and then dismiss them with that level of unprofessionalism. People please be sure to check all the paperwork before signing. I purchased a vehicle that was considered used with just 3,000 miles on it and the registration was about to expire. I asked them if they would be the one to pay for it. They said they would and now I received the DMV registration with in only having the vehicle for 3 months and now I will be the one paying for it. Per my husband's suggestion I write this here review. Firstly, now that I'm here to write this review I should have checked yelp... Anyhow... take a seat, this is a lengthy one I was in the market for a new vehicle which began via web search I was contacted immediately... initial communication informed me that the actual vehicle I saw had already been sold months ago and they had no idea how I found it.... (Probably should have been my 1st red flag). Well the salesman proceeded to tell me they were expecting a delivery of a similar vehicle (it wasn't... it was an overpriced based model with a suspension pack). When the vehicle was delivered I was informed and I made my way over. After seeing a ridiculous monthly payment I obviously began to lose interest... after many text exchanges and call with my husband I had our "bottom dollar" amount..... so YAY! (Sike) everything seems to be going well until the ultimate challenge the FINANCE REP.... Geez this is where it gets exciting! So despite the salesman telling me Thursday 10/23 that I had TEN (10) days to obtain my own financing... booooyyyyyyy let me tell you by WEDNESDAY 10/29 (very much pre 10 days) I arrive to the dealer with a check in hand to pay for this vehicle. I was told that they would not accept my cashiers check... that they had already been paid by whatever financial institution they sent my application to.... but the kicker here is that a lot of information came up when I was moving my loan to my bank. Being all these optional features that were added to my loan that I was told beforehand was included with a purchase of a vehicle and a standard practice. However, this couldn't be further than true. In fact, window etching and the ceramic coating, and all these alleged things were not a part of the new vehicle purchase at no cost. It was in fact something I was paying for according to this loan. I requested those amounts to be returned to me as well as the Gap insurance and I was told that I wouldn't get anything back until I took that check got it made out to the financial institution that now held my loan. With the information I was provided I called that financial institution and was informed that this matter of fact was a fairly new loan that was still in process, and that the dealer needed to "unwind" it. So with the new information of the financial institution provided me, I contacted the dealer by phone and inform them of the options. I had been told this surely made hell freeze over because the response from the financial representative who help with the loan paperwork this sent him off! He made it very clear to me that he was not going to help me in any which way and that it was my duty to go and do it the way he told me too that I would have to wait for my first statement and pay off that balance and that's the only way it would be done. He explained to me the process and the steps would take to unwind the loan and told me he would not do it because it was not simple or easy for him and he didn't want to so clearly he had the capacity and chose not to because of convenience for himself this shows great lack of customer service and also just makes me more worried about whatever slimy scam or loan fraud they're actually doing. So now the financial institution has already received my check. The vehicle has been paid off and now I'm waiting for this dealer to contact me back to reimburse me for all optional cost that were added to this loan and cancel all extra things that were added warranty, maintenance plans, gap insurance, etching of the windows and all the bells and whistles of unnecessary loan bundling packages. They like to assemble to bring whatever false revenue and promises to their dealership. This could've been handled in a very different way however, I will never let anybody on my phone ever yell at me or speak to me in a demeaning, rude and hostile way! Take this as a warning to stay very far away from this dealer unless you come with cash or a check from another financial institution because this financing department and person in particularly that goes by the name of "Alex" who I allegedly was transferred to. Dealing with him will be your biggest nightmare and you will need to do more than any Sega Genesis combo for Mortal Kombat to defeat him. As of now they're very fortunate that the government shut down is still in place otherwise this would've gone directly to the FTC.... Unfortunately, I foresee this being a very long and daunting process given the nature of the conversations I've had and the demeanor and tone they've established with me. read more

Matt and Rob went above and beyond in helping my niece with her new *used* cars service issue. Matt was kind, respectful and diligent in getting to the bottom of the issues on her 2020 Escape. He took us in bay to view the vehicle with a technician -Rob and explained each item that was a concern clearly and concisely while answering any questions we had. Unfortunately, Towne ford was dishonest and recommended thousands in work that it seems now is not actually needed. He even showed her how to check her oil and where to look for leaks in the future. Shout out to Rob cause that was awesome and above and beyond. After handshakes and hugs we left with new knowledge of my nieces car and happy tears. Yes, seriously tears of happy. Wild right? I'm not suprised one bit by the number of one star reviews this dealership has. came here ready willing and able to buy a Bronco raptor. brought my brother for confirmation on choosing the right car. walked in and was immediately approached by someone who said he's a sales manager. told him I test drive a Bronco raptor once already but would like to have my brother take a look at one before I buy. sales person said before I can go look at a car we had to agree on a price first. um what?!? we were all shook. we ended up saying no thank you and left. either we were profiled and thought we couldn't buy the vehicle or he was extremely obvious about his dirty sales tactics and wanted to lock us into a time invested endeavor. sure I could've easily told him I'd agree in any price, saw the car and told him I changed my mind about the price but I was so shook and disrespected I didn't even want to waste my time with this scumbag. ended up buying my vehicle at a different dealership literally through text messages only. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Worst experience I've had bringing my car to a dealership for service. They have had my car since Friday at 2 o'clock. I was told I would have my car back no later than Tuesday morning. It is now 1:42 Tuesday and I don't even know if my car is done. I've left multiple voicemails for my advisor and one for the Service Manager. None of which have been returned. Big Mistake Future Ford. Updated review since my last one! This strictly goes for Andy and Linda in service. They have redeemed my confidence in Fords customer service and integrity. First off let's start with Linda at the front desk. She does it all! Handles the walk ins, the phone calls, the rental cars and reimbursements, grabs you an Uber, takes your payments and even ensures you know where the cafe latte expresso thing is. (If your into that) they got water too. And a nice little lounge area with work stations as well. Linda got me in same day for an appt when I had a concern about my truck. Turned out to be a relatively important matter and she made sure I became a priority. She has been in contact with me multiple times throughout the experience. Simply great customer service. Now let's talk about Andy the service advisor. This isn't my first truck- but this is my first brand new truck which was purchased here at future ford. I have owned a few luxury cars in the past- and the service advisors there can become your trusted advisor. This is how I felt working with Andy. Even without an appointment and at the end of the day before closing he took his time with me. Extra time. He didn't just sit behind the desk and take notes. He came out and looked at the truck, checked each item I had the slightest concern or question about and made sure it was addressed during my service. I had taken this truck to other local ford dealers before and mentioned something that was intermittent but concerning. They would flash the computer, or calibrate something. Take a look and say "oh sorry our tech didn't experience it on the test drive" Whatever the case, it made me feel like like they didn't want to deal with it, they were too busy, or maybe their technicians were only interested in an easy quick fix. Andy and the mechanic (I don't have his name yet but will update this before when I get it) actually found the problem. They drove the truck until it was discovered and to my disbelief they're actually ordering me a new part and helping me get a rental so my construction business can continue operating at full speed. I own two 5 star rated local businesses. 5 stars on both Google and Yelp with over 300 reviews. I know what it takes to stand behind your brand, your work, and your team. Even if it's not good news. Even if it may cost the company money. Andy and Linda have literally restored my faith in Future Ford. And it probably means more to me than them- all of my families cars and trucks have been purchased at this dealership since 1989. Back when it was "Sun valley" Ford. They advertise that they have Quicklane service. They do not. It's just the standard service department, so you will be waiting with every other car there for service. Quicklane is supposed to be separate for quick services, like oil changes or The Works. There is nothing quick about Future Ford service. I even called the day before for a time and cost estimate and was told someone would call me back. Guess what: no return call. So I show up for my appointment only to wait 15 minutes for a service advisor to tell me it will be 1.5-2 hours. Total BS. read more
