Great work and great prices. Had them weld on a resonator and exhaust tips on my Audi and it came out great.

Upon arriving at West Coast Muffler, you'll notice a lot of cool old cars and new ones as well. There's always a good selection of classic hot rods, muscle cars, work trucks and new vehicles. This tells you that most anyone and everyone trust these people to work on their cars. And rightly so! I have taken a classic 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass convertible, a 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Super Sport, and my brand new Chevrolet Silverado to the good people at West Coast muffler. They have met and exceeded my expectations every single time. This business has been here for many years. I myself have been a customer for over 10 years. The owner/ operator Steve, is an honest, no nonsense person with a great work ethic and excellent manners. A rare combination! He is both good at his job and quite pleasant to deal with. When he tells you he'll have your car back to you same day, that's what he delivers. This is a busy shop with multiple lift racks, almost always full up. But don't be discouraged, they are cranking them out. And they are doing it correctly. You can bet on that! They offer multiple services and have earned a great reputation for doing so. I appreciate these guys, their work, and their prices. I'm confident you will too. I have recommended them to multiple friends and neighbors, who were equally pleased as I was. Honest and fairly priced mechanic shops are quite hard to come by. Count yourself lucky to have found one in West Coast Muffler. I'm looking forward to bringing my next muscle car in for some exhaust work. Thanks Steve and the rest of the gang there. Keep up the great work !

Got my MINI Cooper S a Borla performance cat back muffler and needed help with install. Linda and Steve at west coast was very helpful and customer friendly. The install was clean quick and professional, and they let me video and take pics for my mini club. I would Come back here again for any muffler job and definitely recommend them. Thx guys ! I love the way it sounds!

So impressed by the professionalism and the quality of service provided at this establishment. Steve, thank you for being quality oriented and so attentive to detail. The car looks impeccable. He installed tips to our car and it looks amazingly symmetrical. He demonstrated a special care for making sure the service was perfect. I really admire people who run their business with pride and integrity and with no doubt, Steve has been doing that. Admittedly, my husband and I are picky and very particular in our taste. We were not satisfied with our initial request and he was completely eager and willing to change the design. He was friendly and at no point appeared to be annoyed that he needed to work an extra hour on the Saturday before Fourth of July. As I said, impressive. Steve has most definitely earned our business from this point forward. Recommend his services with no reservations!

New exhaust tip installed by Steve. Looks amazing.

I had my newest car taken to Steve because it needed some exhaust work. There had been a cat back exhaust system put on it that didn't fit properly. He put in new piping and fixed the issue where the piping was no longer hanging low. He also installed a brand new exhaust tip on it. It looks awesome. This guy is a real artist. I will never go anyplace else for exhaust work.

Couldn't be happier with my experience at West Coast Muffler. I wanted to upgrade the exhaust on my new Tahoe (make it louder, install black exhaust tips, etc.) and I know ZERO when it comes to working on cars. The owner Steve was super informative and incredibly patient with all my (countless) questions. He also ended up being the one to work on my install and took meticulous care to ensure it was perfect...it was like watching a surgeon operate! If you want good honest work done well, this is your place.

Steve and his team were phenomenal. He was able to find us a catalytic converter last minute- and the last one in California for my Motorhome which they no longer make. He even welded chains on it in the hopes of making it a little harder to steal next time. For all your exhaust system needs he is the guy to see. Mufflers, headers, exhaust leaks etc. He does great work and has a lot of very high end vehicles in his shop so you know the quality is top notch. Thanks boys!

I was told that I did not need an appointment. I spoke with a person less than 5 mins walking in. He checked out my vehicle and told me that it would be taken care of within 45 mins. I had 3 ppl on front of me. I would suggest you go very early when they open at 8 am if you do not have an appt. They took care of my tire.

I'm updating my previous 5-star review based on my most recent experience…read more I purchased four new tires for my truck, and what should have been a simple installation turned into eight trips back to the Concord store. During the original installation, two of my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors were damaged. On my second visit, they replaced the sensors, but they still didn't report tire pressure. On my third visit, I was told everything was working and that I just needed to drive the truck until the sensors synchronized with the vehicle. After driving all weekend with no change, I returned for a fourth visit, where the sensors were reset, but I was told there was nothing more they could do. On my fifth visit, I explained that I was ready to take my truck to Toyota to have the issue fixed and wanted to know if they would cover the cost. Instead, they asked me to give them one more chance. I came back the next day for my sixth visit, and after calling their technical support line, the technician finally discovered the real problem--they had installed the wrong TPMS sensors. Because they were too busy to fix it that day, I had to return yet again. On my seventh visit, after waiting over an hour before my truck was even taken into the shop, the correct sensors were finally installed and everything worked as it should have from the beginning. When I got home, I realized one of my hubcaps was missing. Fortunately, they had it, but that meant an eighth trip back to the store. The biggest disappointment wasn't that mistakes were made--mistakes happen. It was that no one in management took ownership of the problem. By the third visit, the store manager should have stepped in to ensure the issue was resolved instead of having me make repeated trips. To make matters worse, I overheard the manager referring to me as "the guy who keeps complaining about his tire sensors." After eight trips to correct problems that began during their installation, I don't think my frustration was unreasonable. The one employee who deserves recognition is Rene. He took the time to investigate the issue instead of making another guess, and he ultimately discovered that the wrong sensors had been installed. Thank you, Rene, for doing what should have been done much earlier. Unfortunately, this experience erased the confidence I had from my previous visit. I can no longer recommend the Concord store and will be taking my business elsewhere. I am giving 2 stars because of Rene without his help this was a zero start experience.

Jim took the time to listen to my concerns, making me feel at ease as I joked about being clueless about car troubles post-divorce. Seriously, I felt like I was in the *fast lane* to disaster!
