I go and pick up my part which should be no problem whatsoever and the two that were working on November 5, 2021 at 11:20 told me that I needed to get a job which I work in the union. Disrespectful seems like they don't want to do their job and they feel the need to make disrespectful comments to their customers I will never come back to this O'Reilly auto parts store ever again or have online orders ever again if that's the case I'll go back to AutoZone I don't care I won't ever come here again. read more

I arrived at 4:20p and the 4:30 truck had not arrived the parts guy claimed. I told him I would wait. The parts guy said he would call to find out when the 4:30 would arrive but he never told me if or when the 4:30 Would arrive he just went back to stocking shelves. At 5p the 4:30 had not arrived and because the parts guy didn't confirm the 4:30 was even coming , I left. Terrible customer service there. I won't go back.
