    This place completely sucks. Just like all other O'Reilly stores I've visited. I went in on 01/01/2021. The clerks literally didn't speak with me at all, weird but it didn't break me. The clerk rang me up and didn't speak with me, at all either. He didn't ask me for my rewards card, and acted put out when I asked him to scan it. He was a rude jerk. I had to come back inside with my empty windshield wash, and deal with a second dose of IDGAF. Fun... not! I called the store three different times trying to get the customer service number, at first to try to update my rewards card information. Twice, they gave me the wrong number, the third time, they picked up the line, and hung up in my face. I found the number online, and called them. This is over WINDOW WASH. I was going to let it go, but everything that has happened has been just gross on their end. A guy from Texas called me the next morning at 8 A.M. He tells me he will forward this to the district manager. Crickets... until TWO WEEKS LATER, a guy named "Mario" calls me with more attitude sauce and wasn't letting me speak. When I was ALLOWED to speak, he kept telling me, NO! He was arguing about my ACTUAL EXPERIENCE that he didn't participate in or witness. What a complete joke. These guys are really terrible and hostile and the management is completely incompetent. This isn't my first bad experience with an o'Reilly store, but it will be my last. I'm sure they are suuuuupppppeeeerrr concerned, wink! Since they have deleted my tip on multiple occasions, I will write it in this review: They do not have an accessible trash can in their lot, outside their door, or inside their door. So, since Yelp is forcing my TIP to be a REVIEW, here it is! Thank you, next!

    Dalton was very helpful selecting wipers for my 4runner and help installed them which literally took 10 seconds. Thank you Dalton!

I was servicing my 2019 challenger GT with 95k miles and I have to say Iam one of those OCD people. Well they made me so comfortable , assured me everything was on a ticket, and a time frame that was very reasonable. The technicians are very careful with your car and I was very impressed how it came back to me. Without a doubt or question, I highly recommend going there and experience a nice place to do business. They are con artist at this location and I'm surprised they are still running or have customers. They have the worse service, don't answer calls or return voicemails. Something told me not to take my car here but I bought my car from this location so I thought I could get an accurate diagnosis from them. After 2 days I still hadn't receive any word for them. Mind you, most other places would have had it out in a couple of hours. Any ways after telling me what's wrong with me car, Moise kept insisting his advice was for me to trade it in and sat there trying to scare me. I asked how much it would to be to fix these problems and all he could do is give me a rough estimate off the top of his head. Like you can't go sit down and figure the price out, you just insisting that I trade my car in. No I want to fix my car. Anywho when I dropped my car off they specifically said that if I get any work done the diagnostic price would go towards that. So I'm trying to tell him, I want to work on one of the lessor things that's messed up, he insisted I get the most costly piece fixed and that the diagnostic would only go towards that. How is that? If I'm getting work done on something you found wrong in my diagnostic test, honor your word. It's not like I'm trying to fix something else that wasn't related. Im calling corporate. On top of all this my car is acting worse from when I took it in there and I really think they messed my car up thinking I was going to leave it there and then they could hit me over the head. But I hope that little $260 helps you in hello!! I'll take my car somewhere else and still save money and have my car in a timely matter. This place is horrible. Save your time and money

    Brett is very disrespectful puts his hands up at customers when they are actually nice letting them…read moreknow they dropped the ball Now how they dropped the ball , we call to ask at 2:33 if the car is ready , we dropped it off at 9 am... the guy Brett states that he's the only one there managing everything and that he FORGOT to send the text , we get there and there's 2 other techs and then him in the office... I let him know someone said they are the only one here then he says that was him and I told him not gonna yell at you or nothing I'm calm just stating the shop was responsible to letting the customer know the car is ready he raises his hand , shakes his head and doesn't wanna hear a calm customer let him know he dropped the ball when the car was dropped off more 6 hours prior for an OIL Change !!!! That's insane and he doesn't wanna hear it. There was a white Mercedes that came after and their car is gone as you can see in the parking lot video down below!!

    Huge improvement over the Pep Boys that used to occupy this building…read more Brand new store. It's clean, well-stocked, and nicely organized. Stopped by this past weekend to get a new license plate bracket for my car. My old one had some issues with the bolt holes. Memo helped me locate a new bracket and then figured out what screw combinations would work best. He really took a good amount of time and effort to get me set up correctly. Upon getting home and putting it all together, it looked and (most importantly) fit securely and neatly. Thanks Memo for your help and great customer service!
