I got a call on Saturday afternoon from Pacific battery they said your battery is charged but when they load tested it it dropped so low that under there standards they would consider it a bad battery but the person said I could come and get it and see if it works because being it was a Saturday there wasn't a mgr to see what they were willing to do for me. lots of wasted time for me so I did go pick up my battery from Pacific power and battery in Everett and drove to O'Riellys the battery was 1/2 the price and I know they will take care of it of me where ever I happen to be. Then another co-worker who was off duty stopped by the store and was kind enough to offer to give me a jump start and he gave me his time and assistance. All of this took some time and it was a bit chilly outside in the cold but all three of them were still very polite and professional. At the end of the day I was very thankful for all of their help and and support and they made what could have been a very terrible experience a little easier and I felt very much at ease with the how things turned out. My big screen TV died exactly two months after the warranty ended. Other than buying a new one, we want to responsibly recycle the broken TV. Online searches led us to here. I always have some hesitation coming to a private business such as this instead of, say, a King County transfer station. Will they have hidden fees, will they try to sell you something, will they point to a bin and tell us (not strong people) to fit it in somehow??? Well, let me tell you how EASY it was. We arrived and parked. We walked in and said we like to recycle a flat screen TV. He said, "No problem. I'll even help you unload." My jaw dropped a bit. We filled out a single line on a form. We opened the trunk. This taller and stronger than us guy singlehandedly took the TV out of our car, brought it inside, and gently placed it standing vertically on its edge in an open-top box lending against another big screen TV. That was it. Free! No cost! I was so shocked at how easy it was that I forgot to take any pictures. He was brilliant. Thank you!
