Dani, Try this next time…read more "Thank you for calling o'reilly's auto can you hold please?" Busy day at o'Reilly in clearview. Stood in line forever to simply buy a couple of things. ( second visit to the store today ) It was my turn, I was asked to the registrar, placed my 2 identical products on the counter, Phone rings as Dani scanned my product, then sez hang on a second while I answer this. Then I wait and wait with my source of payment in hand ready to conclude this simple transaction. She then get on the computer looks up the part for the caller, then exchanges questions trying to find the part this caller is looking for as me, a customer in the flesh waits just to pay. I wait longer, clearly this is going to take awhile as the questions to the caller continue. Not sure why the guy stocking shelves could not field incoming call when their are customers waiting? I was not the only one in line waiting disappointed by the lack of customer service this store often has. I buy a lot of auto parts, maintain 6 autos. This store is the closest to me, but really they could use a corporate visit, unannounced. Most sunny days one of the employees parks his motorcycle just outside the door on the sidewalk blocked 1/2 of it, don't understand that at all. Parent with strollers, maybe those in wheelchairs need to negotiate the restricted space. Might be worth it for me to drive a little more to a competitor, or a better managed store.

Honest review. When…read moreI dropped my truck off, my first impression was, "I'm not sure about this place." The shop isn't fancy, and my brain immediately started running worst-case scenarios. Turns out I was wrong. The team was professional, took the time to explain the JB4 install on my 2025 RAM 1500 Hurricane HO, answered my questions, and clearly cared about doing the job right. No drama, no upselling--just good work. As someone who grew up turning wrenches, I appreciate shops that invest in their craft more than their waiting room. That's the impression I left with. I'll be back for my brake upgrade. Thanks, Eastside Speed Shop.

Unmatched Technical Thoroughness, Artistry, and absolute Trust!…read more I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles besides Eastside Speedshop. They handle my 2013 Audi A5 convertible and my classic 1979 Ford F-150 extra-long bed with an extraordinary level of technical thoroughness and artistry. They have successfully managed everything from routine oil changes to almost a complete overhaul of the '79 truck engine. They don't just swap out parts; they treat automotive repair as a true craft, combining diagnostic precision with master-level mechanical skill. What truly sets them apart is the profound trust and transparency they build. Bryan and team educate you along the way, explaining the "why" behind every fix. They are just all-around swell people who genuinely care about their customers. Their brilliant expertise was fully proven when my Audi's convertible top kept leaking. A family member followed the technical specs, but the leak remained. When I called the dealership, they wanted $200 just to look at it--with no promise of a fix. After weeks of donkeying around with other fix-it options, I brought it to Eastside Speedshop. Bryan and team popped the front of the roof open and knew instantly what was wrong. They had the solution on hand, fixed it immediately, and the top hasn't leaked since. Having reliable, properly repaired vehicles is more than a convenience--it makes everyday responsibilities possible. A safe, dependable vehicle allows me to get to medical appointments for myself, family, and neighbors; volunteer and arrive on time; and avoid being stranded on a hot day with a 130-pound dog on the way to the vet. Bryan and the team help make costly repairs manageable by prioritizing them safely and wisely. Older vehicles can be challenging, so finding the right part the first time is both impressive and efficient. And when I take my mom out to lunch, not having rain leak in is exactly how it should be. Eastside Speedshop delivers the flawless expertise and honest transparency needed to keep both a modern luxury car and a classic workhorse safe and dependable. I will counsel Eastside Speedshop first, always!

After visiting O'Reilly down the street, and getting the last battery for my 2008 honda key fob, we…read morewent to Autozone to see if they can input the battery into the fob. (O'Reilly didn't have the tools to open my fob and it felt like customer service over there were having a not so great day; tone and stuff were not welcoming...) Autozone has the small tools needed to open the key fob since it's a very small screw. As soon as we walked in, they were friendly! We met up with Jose who was humorous! He inputted the battery for FREE!! Unfortunately they didn't have anymore batteries here but we will be back and owe him some tacos! Hahaha Jose is so nice and helpful! Please keep him! Thank you Jose!!!

When I walked in I wasn't greeted. That's fine though, i'm not sensitive. But as I walked around…read morethe store, this one employee(who failed to greet me) walked right past me as I was looking for an item. I couldn't find the performance tool fluid pump. So after looking for a bit, I went to the counter where a very nice guy helped me out after helping someone else. But before that occurred, this same employee who wasn't in uniform looked at me and walked into the break room they have behind the counter in between the storage isles. That is when I started playing the video of me waiting there. Not only did he not ask me if I needed help finding anything, he also left his coworker to handle the other customer and myself. The nice employee helped me find where it was in the store, but unfortunately they were out of stock. 3 stars goes to the gentleman who helped me. Minus 2 stars for the employee with the pony tail and lack of inventory. There is a picture of the problem employee attached to this review.
