We'll in installing the soft line the tech bent and broke the line next to it so when the guy that went to certify the crane fired up the truck it shot oil 12' in the air. Needless to say we couldn't get the crane certified and have a broken truck but now the business is saying their not responsible and basically if we want to fix their mistake that we would have to Pay them. Well needless to say you've lost a customer and hopefully others will heed this warning. Unfortunately, turns out the coworker is a drug addict. Long story short, he crashed the car right down the road from this towing company. You literally could have just pushed the car into the lot it was so close. The coworker lied and never transferred the title into his name. We have proof from the DOL that the car was in fact transferred out of my husband's name, however, he never entered the new owners name in. Immediately after my husband found out about the accident, my husband went to the DOL, gave them the name and got proper paperwork printed. He took the paperwork with proof that he is not the legal owner to the tow yard and the owner of whiteside towing basically said "not my problem, you still owe me $800 or the bill is going to keep going up." My husband paid it on a credit card. Money that we didn't have. Because he didn't know what else to do..

(O'Reilly didn't have the tools to open my fob and it felt like customer service over there were having a not so great day; tone and stuff were not welcoming...) Autozone has the small tools needed to open the key fob since it's a very small screw. As soon as we walked in, they were friendly! We met up with Jose who was humorous! So after looking for a bit, I went to the counter where a very nice guy helped me out after helping someone else. But before that occurred, this same employee who wasn't in uniform looked at me and walked into the break room they have behind the counter in between the storage isles. That is when I started playing the video of me waiting there. Not only did he not ask me if I needed help finding anything, he also left his coworker to handle the other customer and myself. The nice employee helped me find where it was in the store, but unfortunately they were out of stock. 3 stars goes to the gentleman who helped me.
