I've been into ASAP plenty of times and I've had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL treatment here by the staff and the owner. He and I have had heart to heart discussions about family and business and I go spend my money here because ASAP has treated myself and my family with respect and honesty. After calling the main guys (O'Reillys, Autozone, Clark's etc) trying to find a replacement OEM part for my Ford E350 Van, I came across this shop on google. You hear it all the time: "I know about every car built since 1950 because I've worked on 'em" kinda look with oil-filled nails and deep creased foreheads. It's a cross between Clint Eastwood and Jerry Garcia. Auto part stores are intriguing, but I won't get into that here. I will just say this strikes me as a legit auto store. I had to buy some parts for my Ford Fusion and I checked with the local Autozone and they didn't have the parts I needed. After searching online for other Auto parts stores I came across this place. I called to speak to a rep, they didn't have the part in store but they could have in store within an hour. After an hour I got a call that the parts were in. I went in a few minutes after and parts were waiting for me at the counter. I was greeting by a woman, she was super helpful and Informative. As a woman, I appreciate that they had a woman working there, it made me feel comfortable and like I could trust her and didn't feel like I was being ripped off (if you know what I mean). And the most important thing, the price. They save me lots of money, they save me a trip to the dealership. I like to buy original parts for my cars and these guys were able to get original parts for half the price. You can't beat that! Overall, I give them five stars because they were support fast and reliable. They beat out the other auto parts stores and even the dealership. Their staff were super friendly and welcoming. Im very picky about what i put into my car and i always make sure its OEM. Try going the cheap route with brands youve never heard of and youll quickly understand why while waiting for a tow.. OEM parts (AC Delco) for my GMC Sierra are worth the extra coin for piece of mind knowing they are made specifically for my vehicle. Ive gotten everything AC Delco from batteries to water pumps from this place at great prices. Yes! they really do work ASAP! Reina was very helpful & honest. She referred me to a brake/rotor specialist, Marc, instead of pushing me to purchase a kit that I may not need! (I dont know anything about brakes/rotors, yes i know :-p ) Marc is a Mobile Brake/Rotor mechanic and the good thing is, he is Mobile! He will come to you, inspect the issue and supposedly give you an honest diagnosis. I called him a few minutes ago and he is on his way! Now, that is awesome! So we shall see how good/honest their (ASAP Auto Parts) Mobile Brake Mechanic is! He just replied to my text, confirming he is on his way! Way to go! :-) read more

I saw that Asap auto parts had great Yelp reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Bad Idea! I came in the afternoon with my daughter to purchase an air filter and a can of refrigerant for my wife's vehicle. As soon as I walked into their store the whole place smelled of marijuana, and I didn't see any employees. As I waited behind the counter for someone to help me, I saw a tattooed girl and a couple guys smoking and laughing in the back part of their store. I didn't stay one second longer. I grabbed my daughters hand and walked right out. They never realized I was standing there looking at them smoking! What made me more upset was that I had my daughter with me. MANAGEMENT: Please be aware of what is going on in your place of business in front of your customers! I will be staying far away from this place. read more

the name really says it all... asap i have an audi s4 and my power steering hose ripped and was leaking soo bad the car was completely out of commision... i called Audi to see if they had the hose in stock.... it was 190.00 and a few days out...i needed my car asap.... i called asap auto parts and talked to Andy, he told me he could get my hose fixed the same day for 85! ....i said lets do it! The hose was re-built even better than before! i was impressed! ....two days later my battery died, lol ... so i called asap auto back first thing, talked to Andy again and he had a battery for me a few hours later for a great price... i didn't even feel the need to call around for pricing.. i felt my time was well repected and asap was working had to get me what i neede just like the buisness name says, asap! I was shopping around for spark plugs online and I decided to see if yelp have something to offer for auto parts and I came across with ASAP Auto Parts. Called them to check their price for NGK BKR6EXI for my VW. I spoke with Andy, he is very courteous and very professional with all the question i have, finally i asked for the price and it was half the price for what other popular auto parts shop has to offer! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!! we drove to LA from Sacramento on a Friday and at about 6pm on Friday night our electric fan broke. all Ford dealerships couldn't get us the part until Tuesday so we thought we were stranded. With no way to drive far to pick up parts I started calling anyone and everyone near my hotel, including Kragen. We could only find aftermarket parts which id rather not put in my '03 Cobra. Then a friend from the Ford dealership in parts told me to call ASAP Auto Parts because he had the part in stock. He understood I had no way to get to him so he had his employee drive the part about 45mins out to me! He did this Saturday morning for me. I had my fan in and running perfectly all before noon Saturday so that I could still enjoy my vacation!! Andy at ASAP Auto came to the rescue. And to my surprise, the part was VERY reasonably priced for a Ford Motor craft part. He completely rescued me when I was stranded 8hours away from home!!! Thank you Andy for saving me!!!
