I came in last night to get a headlight replacement bulb, and after I had left one of the workers (a young girl) walked out of the store behind us and stood talking to her friend right next to my car. I wasn't able to leave without potentially hitting them so my boyfriend rolled down the window and asked them to move. The worker then gave us an attitude for simply asking them to move and then proceeded to put her hands inside of my car and hit my boyfriend's face. She also threatened to take away the item I had PURCHASED. Seriously such a horrible experience. I'd go somewhere else. read more

I normally don't write bad reviews, but today I must. My fiancé car battery died, so I took the battery to this autozone to see if it was good or bad. They said the battery was bad and that I would need to purchase another one. Which was totally okay with me. The reason for the one star, is because the person helping me decided to charge me for a battery installation kit with out asking me. Now the kit is very cheap, But employees shouldn't be adding stuff with out asking. So if you buy a battery from this auto zone, make sure to check your receipt. read more

Came in location. Was greeted promptly by at least 2, maybe 3 team members. I informed "Cleaver" whom I later observed to most likely be the manager, that I needed to have the battery I was bringing in, tested. He determined that the battery needed to be charged for at least an hour before it could be tested. After the hour of charging, it was determined to be defective. "Cleaver" promptly proceeded to verify warranty and replace the battery. Overall experience was wonderful and efficient. Team members seemed to be happy in their environment and entire place seemed to be a pleasant place to shop & work. read more

I've gone to this AutoZone a few times for different things and it's always a struggle. The representatives are lost. They lack a lot of training. I can understand learning about auto parts but the customer service is always horrible. When I've called in the representatives say one thing and then I show up in person and they all act lost like they don't know what I'm talking about. Another time I placed a large order over the phone and paid for it and when I showed to pick it up NO ONE COULD FIND MY ORDED. My order was under someone else's name. The rep on the phone didn't give me an order# even though I asked for one. I had to show them my bank statement and then they had to refund me and charge me all over again so I would have the warranty on my account. Horrible. If this would have been the only incident at this location I would have wrote it off as a one time mistake. But today I go to exchange something under warranty and everyone was extremely rude. One girl even laughed when I said I wanted to talk to a manager - her exact words "haha the manager is going to be even worse" (this girl didn't have her name tag on but she was overweight with black curly hair. Another guy there with a name tag that said "sales manager" didn't bother looking into my account and just said "no exchanges when it's been years" IT HASNT BEEN YEARS ITS BEEN MONTHS AND YOU ADVERTISE LIFETIME WARRANTY. How these representatives don't get fired is beyond me. The incompetence definitely starts at the top at this location. The customer service is garbage. read more

I went in last week for batteries for my car keys and had a gentleman named Frank help. I'm glad I got him to assist because nobody at this autozone has been this helpful. He had great customer service and was very knowledgeable with Infinity's I actually had an existing problem with my car lights would come on on my dashboard then disappear, I've mentioned the issue to my mechanic and he had no clue what may be wrong with my car. I mentioned the issue to Frank and he automatically suggested I put break oil. He assisted me with putting the oil and it actually fixed the problem I was worried about! What I thought may cost me a lot of money to fix was fixed for 4 dollars thanks to Frank! read more

Don't come here! Either the worker was lazy and didn't want to install my wipers or it was true what he said about management requiring I buy a $3.00 bug wash to get their normal wiper blade installation. I refused to buy the wash and re-iterated the policy of how they normally help free of charge to him and asked to speak to the manager. He said there was no manager there. Use your dollars where the company cares about you and go to O'Reilly's. read more

Most of the Autozone I have been going to have been right on point, I called them up told them what I need or was looking for they tell you if they have it or not, when they can get it, how much it cost and have it waiting for you, they also have a Autozone card which you can sign up and get...I think its worthless you have to spent a lot of money to even get a discount (just to get your Info.for the co. data base) I was greeted with a welcome to Autozone even when the staff was waiting on another customer, the staff was friendly and helpful and getting my parts, this store was so clean and neat even the floor was shining, I have tried O'Reilly and Pep Boys, more then once and for me I going to stay in the Zone. read more

Crappie service wrong inventory and after calling to check if they had the part available and they said theu did but once i got there they couldn't find it, its expected i mean its autozone. They have the essential's for your vehicle; oil, fluids and such. They helped me out once to get some snow chains for my tires. The service is hit and miss though. read more

The place was okay. It looks big from outside but inside wasn't as big as i thought it would be. I think receptionists could be better. They had me waiting in front of the counter like an idiot while they talked themselves for 10 minutes about how to print a receipt.
