The woman manager who wears her hair down seemingly intentionally over her name tag has the most ridiculous attitude and has no idea how to treat or speak to customers. Not to mention she knows nothing about vehicles or the products at this store. How she got her position I have not a single clue. Their service is really bad. Cashiers are not helpful at all and disrespectful. Tried to make a return/exchange because the oil I bought was used and I even showed them. I had purchased about an hour before and they did not want to exchange it and also the one who had charged me claimed he did not help me. I had placed an over the phone order for some trunk lift supports with Nick. He had told me that he would order them and that I could go and pick them up the following day at 10am. I called to verify if they had arrived and it wasn't until then that he had then told me that I would have to pay for them in order for them to be ordered. He should have told me this sooner so I could have came in. He insisted that he did when he in fact did not. Not great service to waste a customer's time. these employees are extremely unprofessional. i placed an order for 3 parts with the store manager named gabriel a week ago and he still had not received them even after he guaranteed me it would only take 2 days. on top of that he cussed me out and called me and idiot because i refused to accept his refund. i paid for my parts in advance and i expected to receive my parts in a timely manner but this store is something else. i finally got my refund and went to o'reilly's who had the parts in stock with no problem. this autozone store manager by the name of gabriel needs to be fired asap. read more

There is not much that can be said about your local Autozone except for myself that I have always had good help at this location. The staff here have always been good at helping whenever the customer needs help. I have been to quite a few and this one always leaves me with a good experience. The staff here know their stuff on point. By the way, I say this mostly because one of the guys a while back helped with a burnt lightbulb. I didn't have the tools to do it at the time. He didn't even charge me extra for the job! Keep it up! read more

I went to auto zone today to return a carburetor rebuilt kit that I bought last Saturday it was not the right one for My carburetor, when I got there the guy on the counter was on the phone so I waited for him to get off the phone and two other guys walked in to the store and he started helping them instead of me, I was there before this 2 dudes, anyways when he started helping me I told him I wanted to return the carburetor kit and he said it had already been open, I told him yes I opened the box but I never open the small bags inside it, all the gaskets were there nothing missing so I told him to check it even had a parts list inside the box, he didn't want to check the parts list, i was upset so I told him man I'm always here buying parts and you won't give me my money back? He looked at me and said well that's nice thank you in a sarcastic way he was very rude, I just wanted to punch that guy, very bad customer service, he ended up giving me store credit after he was rude. I've been shopping with AutoZone for many years I used to come here a lot but AutoZone change their people at this store and the new manager lady Patty she's so rude no customer service and the employees are just like her they're not helpful... if anybody knows where the previous store manager D went to please let me know she was very knowledgeable friendly and welcoming.. My bumper was missing a bolt so it was loose from one corner. Went to autozone to find another bolt similar but I couldn't take it off to compare. Gabriel ended up helping me take the bolt off and find something similar. He also helped put the bolts on my bumper and as he was doing that noticed that the clips on the bumper were not holding it so he moved the clips so that the bumper would clip on as well. I deliver food and took drove to this Autozone location for delivery. I stepped out of my car with the delivery in hand, then I walked to the entrance. Before I asked for the customers name to confirm the delivery a man walked outside with his back against the glass door holding it open and he said "you hit my car". I looked around to see if he was talking to somebody around me. He repeated "you hit my car with your door". I did no such thing. Then he told told me "somebody" told me you hit my car with your door. I assume it was an employee. Maybe a customer. Or maybe he's making this up pull an insurance scam. He quickly backed off and said "If you say you didn't do it...then okay. Im just letting you know somebody told me you hit my car with your door. In said "Im being honest, I did hit your car, maybe you heard me slam my door closed, but I did not hit any car." After he went back inside I went to my car to confirm delivery. But I opened my car door as far as I could. No contact with the black car next to mine. I even pushed my car door against its max tension and the edge was still 1 1/2 to 2 inches away from his car. No scratch, no dent, no paint on the edge of my car door either. I even looked in the direction of the store to visually show any camera the cars are parked too far for my car door to even hit. I know times are tough but trying to scam people like this is not only low, its illegal. Customers beware or this location. read more

The service at this store is excellent, I'm a ASE certified master technician and it's been my go to parts store for years. George the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful, he makes sure you get the correct parts the first time. The other associates are great as well and are very attentive, and if they are busy they still make sure to let you know that either they or someone else will be there to help as soon as possible.
