They pushed my order to say it was completed but I received a call explaining despite it saying completed they were waiting for 2 of the pieces to be delivered from another store and that they would call me again when it arrives. I appreciate them doing that. Once all the parts were there I went to pick them up, it was an easy and quick process. The next day when i went to return the old battery to be recycled we need a bolt we lost and asked for help and the guy working the counter flat out said he could not help/assist us and sat down. Because there are family owned businesses, and they were judging me. I am a mixed-race American. Who has been judged many times but to be judged by a local service provider. Who was going to be working on my vehicle is an outrage. The service center states that they will charge you half up front for any service that is to be done so that they can purchase the parts ahead of time. Allowing anything different would mean that the judgment they made against me was purely race-related and not a business decision. I recommend you try another service station
