It's pretty old, so the stitching on a few of the bags has come undone. One tore away and the fabric had a 1/2" rip. I don't have a working sewing machine, and even if I did - my skills are super limited. I needed a tailor. I ended up at Julia Cleaners by mistake, actually, when I was headed to another cleaners/tailor and got turned around. Julia Cleaners is newly owned by a Korean woman. She speaks English, so there's no language barrier. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that she wouldn't keep the little pole that goes into the bags. I wanted to make sure that, after sewn, the poles could still be slid in/out. #notaeuphamism Results: The owner not only re-sewed the bags, but she did an excellent job! I can't even identify which one of the fabric tabs had the rip, which is insane to me! I also really liked that they're an eco-friendly/organic dry cleaner. That alone is causing me to bookmark them for the future, since I'm pregnant and don't want myself nor Baby around unnecessary chemicals. Total win for Julia Cleaners - I'm so glad I stumbled upon them!

She went to a board and said "you write bad review on yelp". I said yes, I wrote about my experience, your husband apologized in writing through someone I presume to be a friend of his, and I am here to try again. Out of nowhere, the husband came out and said, "a bad review hurts my business." And I agreed and said that it was truthful, you were aware of my dissatisfaction and you apologized after seeing the review right? I shared my experience and that good and bad experiences should be shared with others. After having this discussion and feeling the tension in the air, I left without service. While I also found this hilarious, I left feeling heard despite having expressed those same sentiments in the store before the review was first written. No one cared until it was shared with others. But in any event, they took it as a lesson learned.

These guys are THE best!…read more Signed up at 10:45am and scheduled for my clothes to be picked up between 12pm-1pm. It was a busy Saturday and they came right before 1pm :) I was given an email notification, and a text notification! When you sign up, you have the option to give specific instructs/directions, I gave them my location and room number and the gentlemen came right to the door! :) I told him my husband was leaving in the afternoon the very next day and he said, "Not a problem, I'll put a rush on it!" The next day, I sent out an email with a confirmation that our clothes would be here before 3pm (check out time here) and I got a super fast response verifying that my clothes would arrive no later than 2:45pm. Went to take my dogs out, and left my phone in the hotel room, and at 1:50pm I received a text message my DRYver was arriving and a voice message saying he's on his way and to ask for my room number to deliver our clothes. Because I left my phone in my room, he went to the concierge and she called me asking if I wanted him to come, but I said I could run down real quick. He was waiting with all of our folded clothes in an awesome bag and boom! Super convenient! Super easy! Amazing price (21lbs for $34, AND it was rushed) Great customer service! I'm not sure why they say I never responded once customer service finally reached out to me because I have phone records documenting the repeated communication that we had (keep in mind this all happened five months ago, so we are going back in time a bit). Apparently what happened is that even though I submitted my comforter for a *cleaning*, the dry cleaners were confused about what service was needed so decided to try to stitch up a few of the tufts (unnecessary and this is what ruined my comforter). I gave DryV a chance to reclean the comforter (which is why the comment posted to my review doesn't make any sense), and the stitching wasn't fixed. They put a credit on my account, but I have chosen not to use it because I'm so bummed about my comforter being ruined by them. I think it's funny how they offer to reclean my item when I've stated repeatedly that the issue isn't the cleaning, but rather how the stitching came back awry. Customer service reached out to me again a few weeks ago to follow up on how my issue was resolved and I stated exactly what I represent here - that I am not going to use the service given my lack of confidence in receiving items back in their original condition. They put another credit on my account and assured me that they would specify that future orders wouldn't be directed to the cleaner who did the original damage. I wasn't planning on using it, and now I definitely won't now that a company representative falsely claims on my review that I was unresponsive to their outreach. Happy to provide email and phone records to anyone at DryV if you'd like to use this as a learning experience for your team. Good luck with everything. I'm still just bummed over here that I'm left with a comforter that won't lay correctly due to the damage done by the DryV team. ------------------------------------------------- DryV ruined my comforter and their customer service has refused my repeated attempts to get ahold of them after my order was delivered. I had a gilt city voucher for this service, so I thought I may as well get send my comforter in since it's too large to fit in my dryer. As you can see based on the photo, it looks like some seams came loose during the wash and the cleaner tried stitching it up themselves. However, they pulled the seams too tight so now my comforter won't lay flat. It's all bunched up in every spot where the cleaner added seams. This is incredibly frustrating, but what's more frustrating is how DryV has repeatedly failed to respond to my concerns (I've sent two emails two nights in a row after the guaranteed 24-hour response window passed).

Their customer service is so poor once there is a mistake. They lost my belt that is a part of my coat, which could not be worn without it. I knew for a fact that the belt was attached via buttons when I dropped it off. The lady at the cleaners denied there was a belt because she didn't write it down on the receipt! Just bc she didn't note it doesn't mean there was no belt! I continued to call to check but they either didn't answer my call or put me on hold indefinitely. Finally, they found the belt and said it was in the external shop that actually does the dry-cleaning. She offered me to have the next item drycleaned for free but I definitely did not go back after this very poor experience.
