We filled out the all-you-can-eat menu and turned it in, but service continued to be extremely slow throughout the meal. The biggest issue came when the bill arrived. We specifically ordered from the all-you-can-eat menu, yet our total somehow came to around $130 for two people. When we questioned the numerous extra charges, we were told that some items carried additional fees. However, we only ordered from the all-you-can-eat menu and were never clearly informed that the items we selected would incur extra charges. At that point, we'd already spent so much time waiting that we didn't want to prolong the experience by arguing. We paid the bill, left a tip, and left. Between the seating confusion, missing drink, long waits, poor communication, and unexpected charges, we left feeling ripped off and extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
