The car repair place at Wal-Mart just down the street refused to look at it, so I stopped by here and they were more than happy to look at my car. Just wasted 3 hours of my life waiting for an oil change that was promised to not take more than an hour. They said they had to "order some filter" cause home boy didn't order the right one? If you don't have the right parts explain that to your customers because time is money hunnyyyy!!!!! I could have gone to jiffy lube right across the street and got my oil changed 3x by the time GoodYear got around to it. Oh and as I'm writing this it's still not complete. Horrible customer service the owner name Bob scam us I payed $1250.12 out of pocket And the next day had the problem show up again and I called back to see if they can do something and he was really rude about it I will never recommend this place . Someone should report the guy name Bob he should not be working with people and should learn some manners for crying out loud I was just in need of help and end up getting disrespected in the end . Had a Groupon for this place for an oil change... and since I happened to be in the area (and in need of an oil change), I stopped by. Verdict? Not bad at all. It's your typical Goodyear outfit; little waiting area and adorned with tires to tempt your ride. The bonus here is that it's within walking distance of several other places to lounge -- ranging from the Cheesecake Factory across the street to the Starbucks about a block away in the strip mall. So, at least there's no dilemma about what to do during the repair. As for the service itself... midday on a Saturday, and I was expecting the worst -- a huge line of people getting their car serviced, and a 2-3 hour wait. Not here -- they were getting people in and out as quick as possible, with a friendly wave along the way. They said my oil change would take an hour, and it was done an hour (and a couple of extra pad minutes) later. No hassle about the Groupon, no trying to upsell me to something I didn't need. I wanted an oil change, they gave me an oil change and friendly service along the way. They had plenty of folks on board to take care of their customers, and they did just that. So, the big question is -- would I take my car there again? For me, personally, it's a little ways out of the way -- but -- the service was good enough that I just might consider it. read more

Great customer service. Enthusiastic staff. Quick turn around. Below cost expectations. I gotta say, I had a great buying experience at Blue Valley Goodyear. So, a few days before heading home for the holidays, it snowed. Nothing major, but just enough to be a headache. Typically, this wouldn't be a big deal, but I knew I was in fierce need of new tires. After a lengthy and treacherous trip into the office, I quizzed my team about tire shops. A reliable co-worker suggest BV Goodyear. A few minutes later, I was in contact w/the shop, and I was thrilled to make an appt for new tires the same day! (I mean, let's face it, same day service was already ahead of my last tire buying experience). Anyway, later that evening, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I didn't have to explain to him any particulars - it was like I was expected. I just figured that meant the staff communicates well to one another. It took less than an hour to get my new tires (w/a full waiting room ahead of me). I bought a dependable brand at a competitive price and was even informed my ball joints were in good shape. Nobody tried to sell me anything extra. Nobody tried to talk me into a more expensive tire than what I needed. It really was a pain free experience. I had a tune up and oil change here. They got me in quick. The price seemed fair and I didn't feel pressured to buy other services. There were a couple of minor issues that I will address with them but I would recommend this place any day. They didn't even charge me for fixing my car seat heaters as it was only some trash stuck under there. The employees were very nice and professional. Our brand new tires, less than 3 weeks old, exploded on the highway last night. Goodyear refused to help us because we dont have road hazard insurance. We were met with rude attitudes. I wouldn't be so mad if someone would have actually been courteous. BTW we were driving safely and didnt hit a pothole, there's no nail or metal in our tire, so not sure what "road hazard" they're talking about, but I can assure you I'll never go back to Goodyear again. However good year, They looked at my car and told me exactly what's wrong with it and even though they closed in less than 40 minutes. They also didn't charge me considering the issue with my car. I have used Blue Valley Tire and Auto for many years now. Fair pricing, good service, and six out of seven times been accurate on how long the service would take. I usually wait on the service, and I enjoy a hidden gem in a bakery in the same center. Early in the morning they have breakfast sandwiches, and for this last service, I had the turkey club for lunch which was quite tasty. I believe the name is Best Regards Bakery. A tasty snack while waiting on an oil change and tire rotation, that gets five stars from me. read more
