We had our AC serviced today 04/22/2025 for 6 Carrier ductless units and 2 compressors by Reggie and his helper (sorry didn't catch his name). My husband scheduled the appointment about a week and a half out and confirmed the night before via text. The day if our appointment Reggie arrived on time and quickly started cleaning our units. He was really efficient and it took him less than 2 hours to complete everything. He was really respectful and had a tarp laid out under the AC as he worked on each unit. Prior to this service call, we haven't had our AC cleaned in 5 years (lol). It's getting closer to summer and our AC felt like it wasn't blowing cold air like it used to. Now all units are l working great and are super clean!! My husband is really picky with contractors coming to the house but he really appreciated Reggie's hard work and honesty. Fresh AC was very transparent and straightforward with all the pricing and just got the job done. The other AC company was the top rated on Yelp and wasn't even CLOSE to the service I got with Fresh AC. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Waipahu, Aiea, and Waikiki areas. They did a thorough cleaning of my air conditioning unit and will be using them for AC maintenance as well. I have terrible mold allergies and didn't realize how bad my unit had gotten over the last few months. After they cleaned my AC unit, I haven't had any more allergy issues. He also gave me a bunch of tips on how to maintain and manage the unit to prevent the growth of mold. I've called several AC companies with quotes around Honolulu and Fresh AC had the best prices by far. The other AC company I used was ranked the highest on Yelp and can confidently say that Fresh AC is WAAAAAAAY better then them. I got the contact info for Reggie at Fresh Air Conditioning through word-of-mouth from our amazing realtor when we were having issues with our malfunctioning central AC unit and looking for quotes for a repair/replacement. Reggie responded to our inquiry very quickly and scheduled an appointment to come by to take a look within a few days! During his initial inspection of our AC unit, I appreciated how thorough he was (especially compared to the previous technician from a different company who had come by). Reggie took his time to explain the issues and offered us a few options for possible repair. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to come by within a week to complete the repair. He also referred us to his partner Craig in case we wanted to pursue a complete replacement of our very old unit in the future.
