They told me with my year car, there is a high chance the dash could crack. So I said ok I still wanted to go ahead and do it. They could take me in to diagnose kinda fast few days. No charge for the diagnosis. My issue was the ac knob which was previously replaced with a faulty part from another mechanic. They told me estimated time would be an hour. My car was ready within 45mins. The dash did have a crack which James showed me and offered to replace it at no charge. James, Justin, and Erin seem to work well together and treat each other with respect and this business seems to run pretty smooth. I just get a good feeling of trust when I go see them. They are in the business to help people not rip you off. But parking and dropping off your car can be a slight challenge. Just be patient the team is great about helping you to drop your car.
