They made everyone feel comfortable and excited before we even got in the water. Seeing dolphins in their natural habitat was absolutely unforgettable. The guides were knowledgeable and respectful of the animals, which made the experience feel even more special and responsible. We never felt rushed, and they made sure everyone had a chance to enjoy the moment. The boat was clean, well-organized, and the overall vibe was fun and relaxed. They also pointed out other marine life along the way, which was such a bonus. If you're visiting O'ahu, this is a must-do experience. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

They do their utmost best to address any needs and answer questions during the entire time. Plus, with their knowledge of the area, we spotted dolphins, a whale, a rare Hawaiian Monk Seal (who actually surfaced to watch us). During our two dives, we even swam near beautiful turtles. Our guide, Morgan, was especially fabulous! Big gratitude to him and to the rest of the crew who help make such a positively memorable experience!

We started at 6am and the morning was a tranquil visit to all the animals in the ocean. Our guides were Connor and Bethany, and they are knowledgeable naturalists and wonderful guides who took good care of us inside and outside of the water. Captain Kim knew we were birders and wanted to take photos of the shearwaters, boobys, and albatrosses and she always positioned the boat while giving us the best and most stable view for photography, while maintaining a respectful distance to the animals to avoid stressing them. We went out to Ka'ena point and had a great view of the Laysan albatross colony. There is truly nothing like having an albatross fly overhead. Along the way, we saw spotted dolphins actively feeding and playing, and also saw spinner dolphins! Seeing the monk seal lounging on the beach was a bonus. The wedge tail shearwaters had just returned so they were busy on the water. We also found masked boobys and brown booby feeding. We also saw turtles at their cleaning station! Connor and Bethany were knowledgeable about the landscape and the ecology and shared wonderful information. They are genuinely the nicest people! Highly recommended. The boat is comfortable and we were taking care of by the team (beverages, snacks, fruits, pastries). Thank you!

The crew were very knowledgeable about the different sea life (such as dolphins and whales) that tend to appear. The boat ride itself is a bit rocky and it can be very easy to get seasick. However, there are lots of places to sit and lay down, and the crew provides free food + unlimited non-alcoholic drinks for all passengers! On the day I went, I got a buttered biscuit and some fruit for breakfast, and a pesto sandwich for lunch. Near the end of the boat ride, passengers are able to jump into the water and are provided flotation devices. I thought it was pretty cool that you can jump directly off the boat! (The crew cares about your safety and will brief you on water safety before you get into the water). All in all, the view of the ocean is super pretty and I was able to see dolphins multiple times on this trip! I'd recommend local residents and tourists to take a trip out into the water like this at least once in your life.

As first-time snorkelers traveling with a child, our experience did not align with those expectations. Equipment distribution was poorly handled. Masks were handed out with little to no instruction, and basic questions were met with a rude and dismissive attitude. Overall communication and service were lacking. Once in the water, guidance was minimal and inconsistent. The experience felt rushed and disorganized, with limited support for guests who were new to snorkeling. The tone and treatment we received also made us uncomfortable as Asian guests. After sharing feedback, the company clarified in writing that they do NOT advertise or position this as a beginner-friendly snorkeling tour. Based on both that clarification and our experience, I would strongly recommend that beginners or families looking for clear instruction and attentive guidance consider other operators. Sharing this to help future guests set accurate expectations before booking.

The crew was fun, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. We were even lucky enough to see whales, which made the trip extra unforgettable! I've told everyone I know about this experience and can't wait to come back and try the dolphin tour next time. This place is absolutely a 10 out of 10--highly recommend!

But despite being called a "Dolphin and You" tour, there is only dolphin WATCHING from the boat -- no swimming with dolphins. They also only stop at one snorkel spot in shallow waters.m whereas most companies have you snorkel at 2. Maybe if I had never been on another tour, I would have thought this was good, but I'd only recommend this for people who want to mainly watch things from the boat and not snorkel. I honestly saw more marine life where I live in OC. On a previous tour with a different company, I swam in waters where dolphins were swimming all around and underneath me -- it was a core memory, and I was hoping to recreate that experience. They also don't let you swim very far from the boat, which made the experience feel overly restrictive. Because the website is not clear I will lay down the iternary: 6:00am pick-up from hotel (about 1.5 hrs to get there) Restroom stop at Fareharbor 1 hr dolphin watching--basically your just on a boat 1 hr snorkel--will see sparse fish 1 hr return--will give you sandwich and water cups no water bottles, temporary tattoo offered Return to hotel: another 1.5 hrs to drop everyone off etc Kind of waste of money $180+ and my precious vacation time. Also, be wary of the reviews. They offer incentives for leaving one. Sorry, but as a Yelp Elite, my honest opinion can't be bought.

The day arrived for the lesson and the kids were super eager. After meeting their instructors, we took a short walk to the beach. Everything was explained to us. We were all on the same page as far as making sure the kids understood what they're going to do, and my apprehension was put at ease. The two older kids (ages 9 and 8) were totally having the time of their lives. They rode tandem with the instructors and were surfing as if they'd been doing this forever by the end of their session. The little one (6 years old) had a little bit of a mishap. As he paddled out to ride a wave with his instructor, he wiped out - waves all over him, surfboard in the air, exactly what I had been anguishing over. My son and his instructor both recovered. The instructor tried getting him back on the board, but he wasn't having it anymore. The instructor brought him back to us to shore. We tried coaxing him back to surf, but fear already set in. Even my daughter's instructor tried getting him on the board with them, but he refused. Nevertheless, the experience was really cool. The instructors were relaxed and patient. They gave us great photo opportunities. The best part was the two older children were inspired to go out and surf some more.

It's a small business and would love to support them but thought that was weird to preface a customer with " yeah you can rent but we are barley open today" 2. When we got there Roger seemed accommodating, we rented for 2 hours, but he asked us to return closer to 3 because he had to bring guests back to their hotel. We didn't need or want the extra hour but again obliged to help a small business we had young children with us and knew they wouldn't hold interest, plus it was pretty windy for the little dudes. 3. When my husband went to bring the items back Roger was 40 minutes late! So we waited an extra hour to turn in the rentals and then an additional 40 minutes waiting on Roger. 4. Then i realized my card was charged an extra $54.00. Attempted to communicate with the business via their 2 phone numbers and email... took a week after countless voicemails etc. 5. When i finally got a call back they said they undercharged us and fixed their mistake. Fine, understood. However, a notification would have been nice since i signed for the amount upon rental agreement. I just found this whole thing so unprofessional and disorganized. I was pretty upset we had to intention of doing business here again and sending others.
