Brittany was our server and very attentive to us! Excellent job taking care of us and showing us around. Food came out quickly. Wings had a nice crisp to them. We got all 3 dips: Ranch, Blue Cheese & Ginger Honey Mustard. The tap wall guy was super friendly and talked me through my selections and asked my wife what she liked and when she said she wasn't drinking went straight into mocktails and non alcoholic options to make her feel comfortable and included. Can't wait to return and try the pretzel!

I'm disappointed. Not in Oak & Stone -- in the Yelp community. 3.5 stars? Seriously? I almost skipped this place because of the rating, and that's exactly why I still take the time to write reviews. People deserve an honest opinion of the food, not a misleading score that keeps them away from a great restaurant. Oak & Stone is Taverniffic. This is some of the best tavern/bar-style food in the Metroplex. The wings were so good that we ordered them three separate times during dinner. If you're coming here, the wings and the giant pretzel are non-negotiable. Order them. The biggest surprise of the night was the turkey BALT sandwich. The staff recommended it, and they absolutely delivered. It was outstanding and easily one of the best turkey sandwiches I've had. The bread was buttery and crunchy. Add in green apple, candied bacon, and Gouda, now we got a party. That may be my dream blunt rotation. Great food, great service, and a much better experience than the Yelp rating suggests. Be better Yelp community.

First time at O&S with a mobile take out order. Place looks great from what I've seen online, good reviews are average and service seems to be great. I ordered the lemon pepper wings, crispy with ranch dressing. Unfortunately they were not crispy, a bit overwhelming in flavor alone, but with the ranch it kicked it up a bit. Looking forward to dining in and trying something different.

This review is for the happy hour. I went there this week with friends. Oak & Stone has pretty good happy hour deals. The Tito's and tonic is $6. That is a reasonable price but it was a weak drink. I got the wings and they were cooked well but none of the sauces were good. I'd pass on the wings. The pepperoni pizza is very tasty. It has a lot of pepperoni and was a great deal. Overall this is a nice new spot. I'd come back for the pizza and try another drink on the happy hour menu. The service is good and ambiance is casual.

This is a fun concept but we will give them a little longer to work the kinks out. I do not recommend them for gluten free pizza. Ours was served doughy and when we asked if they could cook it a little longer they acted like we were crazy. The pizza would have tasted great otherwise. The terry black wings were very good. The meatball pizza was good but I'd order it with less or no ricotta. The Philly cheesesteak eggrolls were pretty good.

I really enjoyed my meal, the pretzel crusted ahi tuna bowl. The tuna was so unique with the pretzel and it had a wonderful crunch. The quinoa was served cold, which surprised me, was expecting it to be warm when I took the first bite. The salad had a great sauce. The green dip in the middle was tasty. All the flavors mixed together was perfect. My hub didn't have a great experience. He wanted a beer, but didn't want the hassle of having to pour his own beer, I guess this is their model. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and they come with beer cheese...delicious. There come with a total of 8 peices to an order.

We loved this place! The service was attentive and helpful. The wall taps with beer, wine and liquor were neat! It was easy to use and the staff was very helpful in explaining how it works. The food was great! The pretzel is HUGE!! We loved having both beer cheese and spicy mustard to choose from. We also ordered a pizza to share and really enjoyed it!

Server and vibe was nice. Very bar food with high prices. Maybe came in with very high expectations, so a little disappointed when everything came out was just ok. We didn't order appetizers right, 3 appetizers came in like the same flavor, cheese dip, then same cheese in eggroll, then same cheese in popper. So not very various flavors. Fish sandwich was good, burger was ok. Food in general is not bad, but nothing impressive to make us come back for more any soon.

We came here excited to try the food and beer selection, but unfortunately it was a pretty disappointing experience. We ordered the buffalo wings, fried pickles, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, Brussels sprouts, and a beer flight from the beer wall. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were easily the best thing we had and were the only item I would order again. The buffalo wings were okay, but nothing special. The fried pickles, Brussels sprouts, and most of the other food were underwhelming, especially for the price. Everything felt overpriced for the quality we received. The beer wall seemed like a cool idea at first with all the different beers available, but most of the beers we tried tasted watered down, weren't very cold, and honestly just weren't enjoyable. Another issue was the food temperature. Everything came out warm at best instead of hot and fresh, which made the experience even more disappointing. The one bright spot was the service. Our server was friendly, attentive, and did a good job throughout the meal. Overall, between the high prices, mediocre food, warm dishes, and disappointing beer selection, this isn't a place I'd be in a hurry to visit again.

Wanted to try this place as we had a pour your own craft beer bar in Illinois before moving to Texas. I love that format as you can try many different drinks without having to have a full pint. The main difference with the one in Illinois is that there was no food and no server seating you. I do miss Illinois having actual bars that don't have to serve food. The pretzel was fantastic and huge. Loved the cheese sauce. Pizzas were very good too. For the beers, I hope that they can keep cranking through kegs, because I would get bored coming here frequently with the same beers on tap. The atmosphere was great. Loved the sound on for the games. Can't wait to come back again.

First time here and really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rachel and Ally took great care of us. Feels odd using the Tap Wall for your beer pours but the beer selection is nice and easy to use.

We loved both the Mai Tais and the Beachy Bookkeeper! We decided to share a few appetizers. The Meatballs al Forno was my favorite...packed with flavor and perfect for enjoying with friends over drinks. The Heirloom Tomato Burrata was okay however, the tomatoes didn't seem ripe and were hard and chewy. The Lobster in a Jar was tasty - on the pricey side if you ask me though... One of my favorite things about this spot is the ambiance. The lighting is low (and by low I am flat out dark where you almost can't see your hand in front of your face), creating a dark, cozy, and intimate atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. Whether you're catching up with friends, enjoying a date night, or simply looking for a place to escape for a few hours, the vibe here is spot on. The service was fantastic as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which only added to the experience. Tiki Tuesday has officially become one of my favorite weekly traditions. Great drinks, delicious appetizers, wonderful service, and a cozy atmosphere--what more could you ask for? I'll definitely be back next Tuesday for another little island escape. Atmosphere and Service The atmosphere and service are impeccable. After more than one visit, the bartenders may recognize you--or at least remember your beverage choices. The Bar Show The best part is the show. The people-watching at the bar is unlike anything else. Happy hour starts at 3:00, but the bar seats are usually full by 2:45. Latecomers often walk in, circle the bar, and leave when they realize there are no seats available. Many guests settle in for the full three hours, which creates its own entertainment. Then come the "watchers," each with a strategy for claiming a seat: * Look for someone nearing the end of a drink. * Watch for guests paying their bill. * Hover nearby, hoping a seat opens up. * Ask someone for a heads-up when they are about to leave. It is surprisingly entertaining, and the occasional bit of staff drama only makes it even better. Bottom Line Either way, it is a great deal for dinner, drinks, and a show, all with amazing service. Show up early--or come prepared with your own strategy.

We had reservations but there was no major crowd at 5:30. The place is contemporary, white tiles, brass finishes. Fully stocked bar. Nice big windows. We split the SPREADABLE WHIPPED LEMON BASIL GOAT CHEESE. Loved this. But note to the Chef or food prep - the toast crackers had so many holes in the bread, there was NO surface for the spreadable. I say approximately because we live about a 10 minute drive and we left our home about 6:20, but I digress. Upon our arrival we were seated and provided with water and menus. The business was not that crowded at this time and several tables had already been served or had their respective drinks. At 6:40 when we had no additional contact with the wait staff that seated us or any other staff. There were two bartenders and to table wait staff. The bartenders were making drinks while the wait staff appeared to be behind the counter and occasionally seating newer customers. At 6:40 my wife was ready to leave, I told her I would give them to 7:00, at 6:59 our waitress came back to our table, the first time since she sat us. She took our drink order as well as our dinner order. At approximately 7:05 I saw the bartender making our drinks and place them at the end of the bar. During this time I believe that our wait staff was preparing one of our food items while the second wait staff was serving some customers in her are or taking orders. At 7:12 I went to the end of the bar to get our drinks but there was no glass for the wine as the bartender poured it out in a small carafe. So I left them at the bar. Mat 7:15 our waitress came staff got a wind glass and poured the carafe of wine into the glass at the bar and then brought the drinks to us. Approximately 7:25 our meals arrived. Again, the food was good.
