It's a Big place for sure. I got a gift certificate and i finally got to use it. I don't know why they have 20+ rooms but no appointments available. Overall the massage was good but I have to say, the guy I got, the massage was super deep. 15/10 deep. I told him to back down to 10/10 but he was still 15/10 deep. Again, he cannot do anything to my neck, he rubbed like 2 mins and I specific I just wanted the back/arms/neck. The lobby starts the massage experience by attempting to be a quiet environment. The is a most important point for me. Who wants to arrive to the noise of a shopping center to start their session that is supposed to relax them. I left my previous massage business because the lobby was a meeting point for people to talk. It got entirely too noisy. My therapist at Oak Haven is and has always been phenomenal. The Price is Right. If ever there was a service that is worth the price, this is it. I'm getting older and having aches and pains that weren't there a year ago. My favorite massage therapist, Beth, knows how to "read" my body and work to fix it. The massages she provides are truly therapeutic, and in the past I've paid as much as three times this price for a massage not half as good. I have been using Oak Haven for over a month now, utilizing their Try 3 program. My first therapist, Tina was great, she listened to my needs and respected my wishes for certain parts of my massage. My 2nd therapist was even better, Jahne was very professional as well but its as if she was born to massage me. I have had great therapists in the past but have lost them due to moves, etc. Jahnes technique was great and I havent felt better in months! I woke up a few days ago with some terrible neck pain. My usual therapist that I go see at my chiropractor's office was out of town so I decided to check out Oak Haven Massage since I had seen such good reviews. Well to start off, one good thing I can say is that they were able to get me in for a last minute appointment. Unfortunately, I found out later, that the therapist obviously had an empty spot for a reason! I don't know if you know what real frustration feels like until you've asked someone you're paying for to help relieve the NECK pain you go in for--just to have them throw everything you've said out the window and give you a full-body massage that you did not ask for and quite frankly, you're not enjoying. Maybe if the therapist was actually focused on me (THE CLIENT) instead of their phone or the wall (or whatever), than they would have gotten away with the full body work, but since it felt like my 4 year old daughter was showing me "Look what I learned today" techniques, it was an absolute fail all around. Maybe I should have said something to the therapist (say's my good friend), but I'm not confrontational and I really just wanted to get the hell out of there so I could count the hours until my coherent and educated therapist came back. When I took my walk of shame down the long hall of "Could the front door be any further.." , I finally reached the front where I had to wait in a mini-line for one of the gossipy high school girls to check me out. If they too, didn't look like chickens running around with their heads cut off, maybe I could have explained to them how the last hour of my experience was completely wasted. Do yourself a favor, use that precious money, and go somewhere else. ! read more

I planned on a wedding anniversary gift for my wife and I that went south quickly!!! We booked an 1 hour massage for the couples room, but when we arrived the staff had told us the room was booked. They split my wife and I apart. The massages that day were good, and they offered us a free one hour massage for the confusion. I ordered the same therapist, but my wife was forced to use a different therapist. After the 2nd visit my wife told me it was like she had simply laid on the table for an hour. The person she had did nothing else except light effleurage techniques the entire time! That means basically a woman rubbed her hands over my wife with no pressure, and the irony is both times we ordered a Sports Massage! We are trying to go back today hoping the third time is the charm. Overall, it is a hit or miss at this studio. My opinion is that the spa is more concerned with getting in volume and has little to do with personalizing themselves with the clients. Maybe today will be different? read more

This place is amazing - the only place I can justify a 90-minute massage, too. I started going because my right arm was going numb (I work in software...nuff said) and it was a Friday - no chiropractor until Monday. I was able to snag a 30-minute appointment the next day with Jason to work on my back and when that appointment was done, I immediately scheeduled an hour with him for the next day. I've gone back several times and I'm now 100% a loyal customer. The front desk staff ae exceptional, which is a detail often overlooked by most spa owners but not clients. A polite, professional tone on the phone when you schedule an appointment and an equally wonderful experience upon entering and exiting a session are integral to the overall experience. As for Jason, I'm almost afraid to sing his praises (it might create a lengthier wait!), but he is fantastic, consistant, and effective. He was able to provide an excellent deep tissue back massage, providing plenty of medical information about what exactly was wrong with my back, what he was doing to alleviate the pain, and what I could do to lessen the symptoms each day. The next session, though, was a relaxing full-body that allowed me to drift off into a pleasant haze and I was toooootally relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The price is really the icing on the cake. I had been going across the street from work to a posh spa where 50 minutes cost me $109 ... which is ridiculous now that I've been here. I don't need cucumber water and cushy robes...I want an incredible massage that doesn't break the bank so I can go twice as often! I won't go anywhere else now! read more
