I have 250+ reviews - not an easy feat! Been going since they opened - everyone in the morning is very very chill. Just do yourself a favor and dont go in the afternoon/evening. The owner and most of his favored staff is more interested in getting high outside than helping new employees dealing with pick up orders from 6 hours earlier. Dont think I have ever ordered a pickup that was ready when I arrived - even after I was sent a text that it was ready. Prices are good but the owner seems more interested in being a "friendly business" owner and uninterested in taking responsibility for his employees, rather than someone that is a professional role model to the community and for his rude employees. To those employees I tip and enjoy chatting with - this is truly a one bad apple deal. bummer. *Tip#1: They will offer that their 'website is not updated, and some items been out of stock for weeks' if you order something for pick up later in the day and arrive only to wait for your order to be collected. **DO NOT** expect your order to actually be ready if you receive a text that it is. For me, I was always pretty chill and decided it was still worth the online order process, they can just read what I want and I don't have to remember my order once at the register. Tip#2: Owner will offer to watch the 'video of your experience and then get someone in trouble for you'. In case you're into that, instead of a more investigative approach of asking questions from his 10+ staff that witnessed it all. ***Honestly wish we could watch that shit together, where his budtender, helping his own customer on one far side of the bar, screaming rudeness to me on the complete other side. Hey Josh: I'll pick up popcorn at TJs, lets do this! Tip#3: Everyone goes by the sacred rule of 'I wasn't here, I don't know, I just got my shift, that was the morning shifts deal - not sure what happened, sorry' deal. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Okhanna Marijuana Dispensary in Oakland, CA. I purchased what I thought would be quality cannabis, but instead, I received what can only be described as bottom-of-the-barrel weed. The product is harsh and nearly unsmokable--honestly, it feels like I'm puffing on twigs and dirt. What's even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. When I reached out to discuss the possibility of returning the product, I was met with dismissive attitudes and ultimately hung up on by someone claiming to be the manager, Josh. It's outrageous that they would refuse to stand by their product, especially after I was told at the time of purchase that returns would be accepted if I wasn't satisfied. This was particularly disappointing as I had previously enjoyed shopping here. However, after this experience, I will be taking my business to NUG in Alameda, where I know I'll receive better quality products and customer service. Bought an Ounce there about a week ago. My first clue that things would be different should have been the guy at the counter. Cursing and using the N word the entire time Im there. Talking about the fake diamond necklace he's about to buy. He then proceeds to sell me an ounce of the most underdeveloped immature tiny bud weed I have ever had the displeasure of smoking. Even with an ice bong it was like putting hot lava through my lungs. I could get better $60 brick ounces from Mexico in the 1990s than this stuff. Apparently this guy is the manager. When I called to ask if they stand by their product? his response and I quote: "Its not my product I just sell it. " I tell him I could bring it in prove I smoked hardly any, maybe a refund ? exchange ? store credit ? No , no and no. " If I were to do that I would loose money. " I guess management needs to pay for those fake diamonds. In the future I will be taking my business somewhere they don't sell dirt weed and then tell me it's my fault for buying it. read more

Haven't shopped here in a few years but I stopped because one of the budtenders was very nasty, and when I spoke to the manager he said that I should be lucky I wasn't banned. Every time I came I tipped and was polite to the staff, even though they would constantly stop to talk to other people during the transaction, be banned for what? Thank god there are 20 million other dispensaries in the Bay Area you can go to. read more
