    Perfect condition sunglasses.

    Had an unsatisfactory experience with store manager Jeremy Bullard. Attempted returning a pair of $250 sunglasses that were bought over Father's Day weekend only to hear that my return couldn't be completed due to an apparent scratch on the lenses. Unless I was sold damaged goods there is no reason the sunglasses would have a scratch on the lenses. Only had the glasses for 3 days! The only time they were out of the package was when they were shown to me in store. It is ridiculous how I was only offered an exchange of goods as opposed to a refund. He also damaged the box containing the sunglasses when re-packaging. Very unprofessional.

    Wow, I was extremely impressed with this Oakley store! The store was nice and roomy and had many options. The mainly had sun glasses but they also had some clothes and sports gear. They had a changing room in the back that was also very spacious. The staff were quick to help me out and they were friendly. You do have to pay for the nice quality at Oakley, that would be the only downside. Everyone should go check out this Oakley at the Brea mall!

    I recently purchased a pair of Oakley Sutro's from another location and took them to this store because I was in the area. My lens has some sort of stain on them from the little diamond shaped sticker indicating they are prism lenses. Once in the store the associate tried to clean them and said he couldn't see it. I couldn't see it at the time either. I think it has something to do with the type of light in the store. They treated me like I was crazy and I left. Once outside I put the Glasses on and my wife said it's there and you can see it. Not a happy customer. Will not return to this store. Below is a picture of the "stain". See, I'm not Crazy Oakley employee guy.

    Came here needing casual sunglasses because I misplaced my pair of Oakley sunglasses. This place is located closer to the Macy side of the mall on the second floor. Walked into the store and browsed around to see which sunglasses I was going to get that day. Took about 15 min and found one I thought was pretty much what I was looking for. Except, I had to do some customization because I didn't like the current colors on them. They had some shiny grey O's on the side and I changed them to black. After I got my sunglasses customized, they got washed in the fancy washing machine for glasses. Overall, I'm content with what I got. Customization cost an additional $20.

If you value being treated with basic human Decency, do not shop here. I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. ​The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: ​The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. ​The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. ​The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. ​When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. This isn't just one "bad day"--it's a systemic failure in training and accountability. Zara corporate needs to take a hard look at the Brea location because the current staff is driving loyal customers away for good. I will never spend another dime here.

    I'm not impressed! I've attempted to shop here twice. It isn't close for me...about 35 minutes…read moreaway. The first time I showed up about 8 months ago and the store was closed - during business hours. It wasn't even lunch time. Today I was at the Brea Mall so I thought I'd try again. I called at 12:30 PM to see if they carry the style of shoe that I was looking for. There was no answer. I called twice. I don't understand since they don't even open until 12 PM. Their business hours are listed 12-5pm. Do they open at 12 and then go on a 2 hour lunch break? I really don't get it. I showed up at their store at 1:15pm today, and just as I was parking, a young man was at the front door, changing the little sign with a Clock that shows when they will be back!! What the hell? This is my second attempt. I guess they don't want my business. It's absolutely ridiculous. This place sucks already since it's never open when you show up. They won't answer the phone either so there's that. How frustrating!! don't waste your time! The store is small anyways. Looking through the window they don't have much inventory, so I guess I won't waste my time ever again in the future. Lame!! I don't know how they stay in business.

Great selective brands with prices varying depending on what from alittle under $50 ~ $1000 per item. The girl mentioned Rag & Bone, Reigning Champ and Claire Vivier? Comin this summer. I guess if you like shops like Ron Herman or Unionmade w/o the far drive up, this is the shop!

Let's be real with ourselves--most of us are not part of the 1%. That interlude matters because I was at the register with my mom when her card declined. She was trying to make a payment and then, immediately after, use her card to buy our merch. Let me just say--it was a timely transaction and very public. However, our cashier was the opposite of judgmental. She was kind. Honestly, truly kind. [Amy, are you a Christian?] My mom was shaking, embarrassed, and trying to just get out of there. I stayed calm, coaching her through it and explaining that it was fine. Amy kept apologizing, saying sorry, and going above and beyond to smooth out the chaos. This is that part of humanity you hardly get to see. Forget customer service awards--Amy, you deserve a big blessing. Nordstrom Rack should be so appreciative to have you. I hope they see your value and give you more. Thank you for being a kind human!
