Six business days later still no glasses but plenty of excuses why it's not their fault. Well who else's fault could it be? Well, I suppose it's my fault for trusting you then.... Lesson learned!

Dr Yun is thorough and has the latest equipment. She does all the testing herself. There was a slight change to my Rx. Calvin was very helpful and assisted me with selecting the perfect pair of glasses. My insurance offered a great discount and I'll be stopping back for a new pair of sunglasses soon. My new glasses were ready in 8 business days. I need to have a secondary cataract removed next week and I suspect my vision will improve even more.

It was the end of December so it was packed since everyone was trying to use up their insurance before the new year rang in. So my wait was a few minutes to be seen, but I totally understand. Their office hours are flexible and met my needs. The appt. was swift and painless. It looked as if all the equipment was fairly new and up to date. I met with Dr. Allison and she was very nice and gave me all information I needed and asked about. Once I was looking at new glasses is when I had a bit of sticker shock. Seems like they only have brand name glasses and are priced $200 - $500 for JUST the frames. Well I used my insurance for my exam and left without buying contacts or glasses. I went elsewhere to purchase glasses and my contacts. Even with less help from my insurance, since I bought elsewhere, everything was cheaper. If your insurance covers this place I would highly recommend for an exam, but I would purchase somewhere cheaper. Also, parking is super minimal near the front doors. As far as I could tell, there are no public doors in the back of the building where extra parking is. So the walk to the front door is not very safe. No sidewalk so you are walking in the narrow street trying to dodge cars.

My husband and I both found glasses frames that we loved easily, and they took any ones we tried on to sanitize them before re-facing them. They followed all the COVID precautions (sanitizing equipment, masks, etc.) and we felt very safe. So glad we found them and are already looking forward to our next eye appointments! :)

Phone calls are often directed to an after-hour recorded message instructing the caller to phone back during normal hours. That is fine except the calls are being made during normal hours - weekday mornings at 11 AM for instance. The recorded message indicates their open times and my calls fall within those times. This is now happened to me on several occasions. It's become impossible to determine when they will be in the office, making it very difficult for me to plan visits. I have been a client if this office for several years - dating back to when Dr. Siegel owned the practice and never had a problem, but they are becoming increasingly difficult to work with.
