There's a reason I stopped going. Figured I'd give it another shot are 2 years. Bottom line: Just crappy massage therapists! I went for one of their seasonal specials--peppermint dreams as a gift. Terrible! For $150 that ONLY scrubs your feet and barely massages your head and feet. I could've went to a local nail salon and had better. Disappointing to say the least and feel ripped off for my loved one that gifted me. Not only was the therapist poor but so is their advertisement for that. Oasis is my go to for spa services so when a friend proposed a Spa Day for a mutual friends birthday I knew where to book. Oasis did not disappoint! The four of us had a very relaxing day, with hour long facials & amazing body scrubs. The staff was kind, professional & very accommodating. It was difficult to juggle 8 appts but they pulled it off without a hitch. We all had our services at roughly the same time, leaving us time to catch up in the relaxation room together. I generally have about 6-10 massages a year for the last 15 years of my life and numerous places and massage therapists, by far the worst experience. Ladies, Beware of Valter! I just had my first massage with him. It started out good and professional. Then his massage turned into a sexual massage. At first I wasn't sure & thought I was imagining it. It quickly became real, when he touched my breast and ended up ejaculated on himself. He must have saw the horror & shock expression on my face. He quickly apologized and gave me his business card. He said he would make it up to me. If I called him, he would come to me. I'm still in shock! I used to love getting a massage until Valter ruined it for me. This was unprofessional and I feel violated!! I definitely will NOT be returning to this spa ever again!! Bruce you clearly has me confused with someone else. I never used a gift card or left a tip. Nor do I want anything from you. I was shocked that this happened to me! I wanted to warn the other ladies to be careful of the sexual assault that happened with your employee Valter. I was just made aware that he doesn't work there anymore. I'm really surprised that as a business owner this would be your attitude especially knowing that 95% of your clients are ladies. SHAME ON YOU!! I will be calling you to discuss further!! read more

I love everything about this spa. The front desk is always warm and welcoming, the robes are super soft and comfortable and I have never not loved my treatment. Also, the relaxation room is large with pkenty of seating so people can spread out. They always have 2 types of fruit water, a selection of teas and some light snacks. I was here twice in July. Once for a couple's massage- where both my husband and I had great deep tissue massages. I will definitely ask for Daniel the next time I go. The second time I had the Lava stone massage and a body wrap. The Lava stone may have been the BEST. Massage I've ever gotten. Thank you to Laura for that! Just ok. Been coming to this location for years and it has steadily gone downhill. Therapists were good but facilities need some serious work. The robe I was given was torn to shreds and this is what I got as a replacement, which was not much better (see attached photos). For the amount of money spent, the amenities should be much better. The aesthetician here are great. I've been coming here for years never a bad experience. BUT I've been having difficulty getting anyone on the phone the past few months. I book online but I can't cancel online. So I call. I usually have to call back a few times to get a person. Now today I was late. I'm trying to call. I get thrown over to hold. 5 min I hang up. I call again they say nothing and click me to hold. 13 min on hold I hang up. I call again. Finally someone picked up. She also answered all of my questions and gave great advice for how to continue caring for my skin at home. I can't wait to come back and see her. My massage was booked with Dean. He was very knowledgeable and asked questions in the beginning to give him an idea of what areas I was struggling with. I came here to get a facial 2 weeks prior to my wedding. My facialist immediately gave me attitude stating "you should have had 3 facials by now". So off to a great start. Then as she began the facial, she brought up how she escaped an abusive marriage to a terrible man and how she is so much happier being alone, and how some people should not be married. While I am very sympathetic to her situation and I am very happy that she was able to escape an abusive man, perhaps bringing this story up to a bride shortly before her wedding was a poor decision. read more

The biggest challenge for us is the reception we receive when we call or come in. Some of the front staff are great, others are meh and extinguish good feelings fast. Especially when the payment system goes out and the client is accused of having bad credit cards. The last instance of mediocre customer service when we had to cancel two appointments. We did so, giving even more than the required 24 hours. And we still had a 20 minute discussion about why we should not have to pay $100. It was only after a screenshot of the call was sent to the manager on-duty We really enjoy the massages and facials here- we are speaking to you Toni and Wanda! But the rest of the spa is mixed. On several different occasions there has been no water; no steam room, old towels that no longer dry and broken lockers. This is my first time at this location and I would have given it 5 stars except the elevator wasn't working and you had to walk up 4 double flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor. I have knee and back issues so it took me a while to get there and 2 puffs from my asthma pump later but I made it. My friend and I did a package, one hour massage, honey vanilla sugar scrub with the wonderful Vichy showers and then a one hour facial. I'll start with Katie who did a wonderful job with my massage. I usually do a 90 minute massage but it wasn't part of the package. As for my body scrub & facial...both were from Barbara Palmieri. The scrub was great and the smell was delicious. Got a massage in late July and it was delightful!! After months of being stressed and cooped up from COVID, a massage was much needed and Oasis Day Spa delivered. They have enhanced protocols in place including the facilities -- state of the art air filtration system, block off lockers to force social distancing, bottles of water and individual bags of trail mix -- and massage therapists -- both therapists and clients must keep a mask on. The therapists also wear goggles and I believe they change their clothes in between each treatment as well. Highly recommend!! read more

I went to Oasis for the first time -- hoping for a relaxing experience. My friends purchased a gift card for my birthday so I was beyond excited to finally use it. However, it did not turn out well at all. I have an immune disorder and wear a bandana on my head for coverage. When I go to massages, I wrap it tightly and tuck in the ends so it is out of the way. I've gotten at least 100 massages in my life and it has never been an issue. During my massage today, I felt my massage therapist moving my bandana around, but I thought it was still on my head. Because -- no way would this person take it off without telling me? The last 10 minutes or so, I just stared at the ceiling. I couldn't keep my eyes close because something didn't feel right. Well, turns out my bandana somehow ended up on the floor! The massage therapist said "OOPS sorry! It came off during it." Immediately, my eyes filled with tears. I have never been without my bandana in front of my own family... I laid there covering my face as they left the room. I just felt soo... low. Completely humiliated. I tried to pull myself together because I could feel the tears growing. When I went to check out and told the front desk person, she spoke to a manager (in another room) who discounted the price, but as I told her, it's not about money. I didn't care about getting a discount. And there is no amount of money that could remedy this... and especially not 15% off. It's about the lack of consent. The fact that the massage therapist was not **at all** mindful of my bandana... but is mindful of asking me about pressure points and all other things massage related? Make it make sense. I was naked with the exception of panties and a bandana. Clearly, there is likely a reason. It's disappointing that the manager didn't even come out to speak to me, but instead just gave the discount and that's it. I am writing this review because I want people to be aware of this -- I don't want this sentiment to be felt by cancer patients or people with immune disorders that affect their hair, etc. The massage itself was average -- but my biggest concern is how easily this was brushed under the rug. Needless to say, I will not be back. There's still money left on my gift card -- and it's going in the trash. When I got to my car, I just sat there and cried. Not so relaxing after all. Just be careful. I wouldn't want anyone else to feel like this after what should be a calming experience. P.S. I don't write reviews under my real name, Oasis. I was so disappointed in this establishment. The masseuse was great but the rest of the experience was awful. This place needs to turn on the heat. The room I went into for my massage was cold and the bed was not warm. I had to ask if there was heat for the bed. Then she turned it on. The oils and creams were cold so that was uncomfortable in an already cold room. After my massage I spoke with the manager. When I mentioned that the room was cold she said, "did you tell the masseuse bc we have heaters for guests who need it" Really, I am suppose to ask for heat??!! How about staff asking the clients if they want the bed warmed and heat? I think to just appease me she gave me 10% off. I know no changes will be made. She didn't care. In regard to the sauna, I think there was more steam in the shower. I would never recommend this place unless you like it cold and don't care about a sauna. So we decided a few days prior to getting an appointment that we wanted to go. We were 3 people. They were very accommodating. We had a 6:15 pm. Took us promptly. Handed us our robes and sandals, and we were off to relaxation! The spa was very clean, well equipped. Looked like they had plenty of rooms. The staff was so nice to us. Welcoming us. After getting into our robes, we waited in the relaxation room. We chose not to use the sauna, due to the time of our appointment. In the relaxation room their water and nuts, fruit were well stocked. My massage therapist came in for me. His name was RAY. He was spectacular. I had 1 hour of Swedish deep. We all loved our services. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to us. We will be back. read more

We came in for a side by side Swedish massage ($290 total) to unwind during this love season. My partner is picky when it comes to massages and we used to drive an hour and half to another town because he couldn't find a quality spa. After I brought him to Oasis for his birthday massage 2 years ago, we both have not looked back. The ambience, cleanliness, customer service, staff etiquette and management of Oasis Spa is top notch. The prices might seem a bit high for some people but I personally think it is worth it. They always have some type of discount or offers so you can save on some services and use them later. I had an amazing facial with Selina. I also had a "waste of a massage" with Lily. Few reasons: 1) picked me up late and ended treatment early 2) didn't ask me of areas to focus or areas to avoid (I've had back surgery so this is pretty important) 3) four times I asked for more pressure. The last time I asked she didn't even respond. My massage was basically a rub with oil 4) I asked her to incorporate a scalp massage. She said ok. Then she never did it and when I asked about it, she said, "that's a separate treatment, and we're overbooked." Tho she said she would incorporate it. I've never had a full body massage without a 5 min scalp massage and this was the ONLY thing I asked her to focus on. 5) she massaged my feet with the sheet over them. Ummmm?? Is this standard?? My feet aren't gross. The receptionist offered 10% off a future treatment. I don't think I'll ever get another massage there. Got a wonderful sports massage from Catherine. I just moved, and my body was HURTING; I could hardly bend over and was moving like someone my parents' age. After an hour on her table, I was like new.
