I checked in and asked the host if we could sit at the bar, but I was told the bar was already at full capacity for the evening. We decided to play some slots while waiting, expecting to be seated shortly, but we didn't receive a text until around 7:45 PM saying our table was ready. The experience left me feeling brushed aside and unwelcome. I was looking forward to enjoying a nice steak dinner, but instead I left feeling like my business didn't matter. It was frustrating to see an almost empty bar while being told there was no availability. As a loyal customer, that was disappointing. A little more hospitality and flexibility could have turned the evening around. Instead, it made me question whether certain guests are treated differently than others.
