Came in for a pedicure, I called earlier in the day and they were able to schedule me in. When I got to the location it was quiet and not busy at all. The lady that did my pedicure was not the friendliest but wasn't rude either. All I wanted was a regular white polish ped. Honestly she didn't do a great job. Didn't paint the whole nail, didn't take any of the side excess skin off, didn't shape the nails straight like I asked, and on top of that the white nail polish had blue in it! I so wanted to like this salon, it's in my neighborhood, easy to get to. No not to be. Dirty, dirty. Dirty. I didn't find the staff very friendly. Maybe if you're a regular. I was a walk in on a Sunday, they were able to take me for a pedi, which was encouraging. The technician began cutting my nails, ok, and then reached into a dirty, dusty tray for the cuticle nippers, and began digging at my big toe. Ow!! Cut the skin and claimed "ingrown nail. " Not true, I do not have ingrown nails. I let her finish, came home and disinfected my toe, which is still tender 2 days later. Once polished I was directed to a chair in dirty corner of the salon to put my feet under the - gross dirty- fan. Technician never came back. Ki put my sandals on, walked downstairs where she's waiting at the counter. $37 later... I'd pay that if I'd gotten a nice pedi, my nails are cut crooked, and there was no filing. I realized there was no pricing or mini offered. A rather perfunctory pedi. I see lots of good reviews for this salon, wish I'd had that experience. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

Best nail salon in town! They always do a great job and the workers a lovely. One thing to keep in mind -- they tend to fill up their day pretty quickly and they won't yes yes to an appointment if it would mean that you'd be kept waiting with foil on your fingers (which I really appreciate). So I recommend making an appointment at least a day before if not sooner. read more

My friend is in town from Florida and we decided to get our nails done together. Oasis was one of the closest to us and after checking the website for photos we decided to make appointment there and head over. Now, my phone was dying at the time so normally I would have taken more time to check out the website, but I didn't. Which is definitely my fault, but now that I am home and am able to take another look, all of the pictures on their website are stolen from Google or other websites. I did a reverse Google search on the first image on their website and it showed up on a bunch of other website. And after the service I received I am not surprised why they did that. I have a huge pet leave for people who don't say no when you ask if they can do something when they know they can't. And so when I showed my reference picture I am not sure why the artist didn't ask me to get something simpler or even an "I'm not sure, but I'll try!" I am honestly not mad at how they turned out. I don't think they look awful, but I don't think they look anywhere near as clean as the reference, and was shocked because I had seen the photos on the website and they were gorgeous. Moral of the story, their entire website is false advertising. I don't think the service I received was awful, but I just wish they had been honest. read more

Making an appointment and coming in it wasn't bad. The location is in a nice neighborhood. Really like the aesthetic of the salon it's nice, a little small. Before I say what I didn't enjoy, I have been to so many nail salons and this is in my top three of worst manicures. First and for most, the woman only soaked one of my hands. I had some shellac from a previous set and she was so aggressive taking it off it chipped some of the top off. I explained to her I wanted a square shape that I already have, I just needed a file down. She proceeded to cut them down with the cuticle cleaner. I think the worst part of this whole appointment was the cleaning. She put no pressure when cleaning my nail bed or cuticles. It felt like it was a joke honestly. Then she was filing so aggressively that it broke my nail corners and when I pointed it out, she had an attitude about it. Also she got the white nail polish on my hands and didn't even clean it. I am one week into having this set and it has lifted after 6 days, literally just peeling off. My nails usually last me 2 weeks at least!!! If I were to give this salon another chance I would go to the most recommend nail tech. But as of right now, I will not be returning. Highly don't recommend this place unless you get someone you know is good. read more

Booked a 6pm appt. Came 5 mins early to get situated. Apparently the 5:30 appts rolled in late so I didn't get seated until the people who were almost 30 mins late, got seated. The lady who serviced me that day was Phan. Throughout my spa pedicure service, she kept getting up to service other guests. She was the only one doing this - all the other nail people sat with their customer and focused on pedicures. Her massage pressure was weak and I mentioned that I can take more pressure - but due to language barriers, she didn't understand and just kind of oiled me up. When it came time to apply polish - I noticed she started applying the polish without a base coat. So I asked her if there was going to be a base coat? She said "yes", but kept applying the black nail polish clearly WITHOUT a base coat. She was chatting with another nail lady who DID apply the base coat to the customer she was servicing. When her colleague pointed out that she did forget the base coat, Phan giggled and shrugged it off. After she was done applying a top coat, she hurried upstairs to service another customer. She probably skipped the base coat to save time but come on - when asked point blank if she is going to use a base coat, she said she will? But then proceeded not to and laugh it off with her coworker? If I do decide to go back, I will definitely make sure to get another lady because Phan's nail services and general attitude did not make sense to me. read more

I absolutely hated my experience here. Terrible service, no attention to detail, poor quality. I came here for a gel mani and gel pedi with gel X removal. The lady started removing my gel X with a drill and didn't notice that she buffed my skin even when it was red and I winced. She then wrapped my fingers in foil to soak in acetone while she did my pedicure. My fingers were raisins by the time she was done. :( For my pedicure, the lady didn't bother to cut and file my toenails or ensure the nail shapes were even. It wasn't until I pointed it out that she tended (poorly) to my cuticles. And it wasn't until painting the first layer of gel that she went back and cut my toenails (very badly). I had to point out multiple times she didn't cut the sides or it wasn't even. The same pattern goes for my manicure. She removed my soaked gel X with attitude not bothering to cut my fingernails evenly and continued to buff my nails until they were extremely weak and thin. I told her my nails weren't even and she continued filing them haphazardly. Eventually I wanted to just do it myself since she obviously didn't care enough to do it well. She told me to wash my hands and said we were done, forgetting that I had asked for a gel mani. When I told her I had ordered a manicure, she looked really displeased, and hurriedly worked to get it done. I ended up with extremely weak fingernails and bubble filled, cuticle overlapping gel polish but was just too exhausted to say anything to correct her. At this point I had to pay over $100 for a terrible time and I just wanted to go home. Really wanted to support a local business but even when telling the owner what a bad time and manicure I had, she have much to say at all. :/ read more
