So I use to come here for a whole year to get fill in's, the last two times they would cut the edge of my nails the rub alcohol on it; it would burn so bad & the wouldn't even say sorry. After getting my nails done my finger tips started hurting (& it never have happen before). One to two weeks later my fingers were getting swollen. I didn't pay much attention cause like it said I've gotten my nails that for a whole year. Three weeks into it, I couldn't bend my fingers & I had yellow pus I went to the hospital & I had an infection & it hurt so bad. I was with uneven nails for about 5months. Until now that I finally went to a nails salon in hilltop & my nails are now thankfully normal. And my sister got the same affect but worse. I don't recommend this place. STORY SHORT! I would never recommend this place.. I came here for a gel mani & pedi.. 1st the employees was not even there yet only the receptionist & she doesn't do nails.. 2nd as I was getting my mani, the lady filed my nail so thin that even with the gel it's paper thin (didn't even last a day b/c my nail start to crack off. 3rd they will CUT you with the cuticles cutter instead of getting your cuticles.. Which all of my right fingers are swollen. Plus she didn't even paint my nails the right mood color, she stated that it will change to the color I want when it cold.. As for the pedi, the lady cut me but it was so bad as the mani lady.. Overall I would not recommend this place nor will I go back.. I only gave it star b/c I could not give no stars.. Came here with a friend to babysit while she got pampered. This is not my usual shop. I didn't get any services done. The place was super cracking. They take appointments and seem to keep there commitment to appointments first then walk ins. Which was refreshing to see. They treated my friend like a queen. I've been satisfied with every visit I've had, my favorite is Pat. I always go to her and she's quick but doesn't miss a single detail. My massage isnt rushedd fewand I've never had to wait on her. What keeps me coming back to this place is it's cleanliness! I only get pedicures here because I trust that they clean all their tools and use special solutions to clean the jets for pedicure chairs. Problem was the last time, the Shellac polish had gotten a little thick or sticky or hell, the bottle could hace been damn near empty the way CND packages the stuff so it did NOT spread evenly - and silly me, didn't speak up. Today I made an appt at 2:30 for my daughter and I to get Mani's and Pedi's. We didn't get to sit on a spa chair until 2:45 and they initially didn't start on us until after 3. As the time went by, customers kept building in the waiting area so I told them that I didn't need a Mani since I have to be somewhere and they had a lot of people waiting. My pedi was rushed as well as my daughters. They DID NOT give her a full manicure.... They just took off the nail polish she had on and put the new color on.... I was okay with all of this until they charged me for my daughters manicure (which was not a manicure it was more so a color change) and charged me for a little flower design when they never had and they've done flower designs on her before. To add insult, the manager wasn't even apologetic nor understanding to what I was trying to explain. I was not planning to do a review but it happens twice so we bought a gift card for mothers day so mom went there to do her nails and brow and the parawax treatment the service is fine but the employees are very rude so they talk shit about the hands or feet of a person they servicing and they talk in their language which for me is literally rude and unprofessional and literally one employee will brought the attention of the other employee right next to her and they gonna look at ur feet and they start talking on their own language and laugh. The service and quality of their work was terrible! I went to Oasis because I saw somewhat good reviews and being that I was going on vacation the next day, I desperately needed a manicure and pedicure. I called to make an appointment and still had to wait for about 20 minutes. The man who worked on my pedicure cut my nails down way too far to where my nail bed showed, and he also used the scraper on the top of my feet which left nasty scratches. When I told him that he had scratched me he just tapped the top of my foot and said "its okay"...uhhh, no its not okay! WTH! This same man did my shellac manicure and it was not good. My nails looked like I had a week and a half growth. He told me that with shellac it can't touch my cuticle. I told him that I was aware of that, but that I've been getting shellac for quite some time and never had this problem. Again he said "its okay"... 0_o. I didn't have time to get it redone, so I just dealt with it. Two days after while I was on vacation, the shellac polish began to chip because apparently it had air bubbles. He did a horrible job and when I called they told me that I could just go back when I got back from vacation to get it fixed, that sometimes that happens. For the record, that had never happened before at other salons. I went back and the woman, who seemed to be the manager, helped me, but she was only willing to do the 4 nails that had air bubbles, which made my nails looks ugly because some 4 nails were to the cuticle and 6 nails looked like they had two weeks growth even though it had only been 5 days since getting them originally done! I wanted to try this place out because my regular nail salon was booked and couldn't take me as a walk in that day. The salon looks very nice and clean on the inside. I was helped immediately by a nail technician which was a major plus. This is where it all goes downhill. I always get gel nails and I told the technician that......3X in fact but she still kept trying to remove my polish with regular nail polish remover instead of pure acetone and wrapping my nails with foil. That is what is normally done to take off the gel polish. During her 3rd attempt, she finally realizes that it's gel polish and asks me why I didn't tell her that. I did, 3X actually....She laughed it off and apologized. She did an okay job with my manicure, I walked with with poorly painted polish, mi-shaped/uneven length nails and jagged cuticles. I also had to tell her 3X what my nail polish color was because she kept forgetting. She came over several times with the wrong polish color and seemed annoyed when I had to point that out to her each time. I'm sorry, but I'm a paying customer and if I want pink nails, I should get my pink nails not a purple, black or red..... I'm glad I didn't get a pedicure that day. I've been going to this place for a few months and yeah, this place is clean, nice, reasonable fees with a tranquil-like setting but they use cheap, old products! I have gel nails and instead of using Intense Seal, they use a gel from a generic jar that simply reads "Gel" and is applied with a thin long brush and it's very stringy. They apply it before the polish and my nails usually dull in about a week. I asked for French polish and after about three days, the white polish chipped and dulled, and my nails were rough and ridge like feeling. I just had my nails done elsewhere, the salon used Intense Seal OVER the polish and I now regained the shine I never received from Oasis. But they do good pedicures! read more

My friend and I had an appointment at 5:00 for two pedicures. We showed up on time and weren't seated until 5:17. The lady started my friends feet about 10 minutes later. Mine didn't get started until 5:45. The water was cold and my feet were soggy. The lady then tells me that the color I picked wasn't available... I mean you could have told me while I waited and wasted 45 minutes but ok! So my friend for a pedicure with gel polish for $23 and yet all I got was a pedicure with NO POLISH WHAT SO EVER. They charged me $28!!!! And claimed it was because they charge $5 for a cut down? OK well I still didn't get a full pedicure so why are you charging me the same as my friend who got the works? I even told them I still have to go home and do my own gel! I didn't get clear or anything for $28! We will not be going back at all. read more

I will never go here again. First the paint job on my pedicure. The top coat was too thick so it made the finish bubbly. Second when I came home I noticed she dug into the side of the nails and I'm still bleeding 3 days later. OUCH! I have pretty easy feet. Trim nail, cut back cuticle and polish. My toe nails will grow back uneven and I'm afraid to change the polish because the remover will hurt on my open skin. I went to Oasis for the first time today and was a little hesitant, but that's just how I am with nail salons in general. I went in for my 3p appointment and waited for about 10 minutes to get my pedicure started which I didn't mind at all since they were busy. I got my pedicure done by Kim and she was very good. I got a french tip for the first time and it came out very well although I did learn that I don't want to have my big toe nail cut anymore, but that's just a mental note for myself. Next I got a full acrylic set done again by Kim. I got a powder tip and I was very impressed with that Kim gave her advice on nail color when I asked. Other times i've asked other nail techs at other salons to do that and they either haven't understood me or just never gave me one way or another. I must say that I am in LOVE with my manicure!! This is the first time where I didn't see stray sparkles or bubbles in the base of my nail! Altogether with my french tip toes and my full acrylic set was $65 which I didn't think was unreasonable at all. I would definitely go back to have my nails done again by Kim! read more

I just moved to the area, and a friend had introduced me to this salon. My first two experiences were fine. I just went in last Sunday in the hopes of just getting a quick nail color change, and was told that the wait wouldn't be too bad about 10 min. I waited 20 min. with my color in hand.
