I've been going to this office for years. Dr. Leibman, Wang, and Misch are really nice and knowledgeable. The front office has been ok and never had issues until recently. I had to deal with Tracy at the front desk and she was the most belittling and rude person I've ever encountered. She was talking to me like I was an idiot in the most passive aggressive tone. Even her co-workers noticed and stepped in to help me. I like the doctors but I will not tolerate getting talk to like that, specially around my child. I will be changing pediatricians. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR OR OFFICE. This has been one of the most frustrating and negligent medical experiences I have ever dealt with. We have been patients here for years, and while the care has never been great (my mistake for staying), this situation crossed a line. My son has a chronic, medically diagnosed condition through Primary Children's Hospital in Utah, it is not curable and requires ongoing management. Due to insurance requirements, we periodically need a referral from our primary doctor to continue care with his GI specialist, along with temporary medication support. I came in over 3 weeks ago for exactly that, a GI referral and nausea medication to bridge care. Three weeks later, nothing has been done. Instead, I've been given a revolving door of excuses: "We don't recall the medication needed" "There's no referral in the system" "The doctor is no longer comfortable prescribing it" This is after: Charging me for a visit Making us wait hours in the lobby Previously prescribing the SAME medication without issue! Meanwhile, my son has been without critical medication, resulting in him being vomiting, bedridden, and suffering daily! Every time I call, I get: A different person No accountability No answers No follow-up from a manager or doctor Just repeated: "I don't see anything in the system." As a patient, how am I supposed to know what's in your system? That is your responsibility, not mine. To make matters worse, I am receiving constant calls during my workday with zero resolution, just more confusion and lack of ownership. This isn't just poor customer service, this is a failure of basic patient care. When a child with a known chronic illness is left without medication for weeks due to office negligence, that is unacceptable. I chose this pediatric office due to its location. It's close to our house & in a nice area. However, to my two boys had an appointment and the person on the phone asked if my daughter also needed an appointment. I said no, but when I got to the icce. the boys appointments weren't showing. The lady made the appointment form my daughter and not my boys at all. That's a very inconvenient mistake that honestly I don't understand even happened. Plus this place always running late, sometimes by an hour. It's never easy in- easy out here. I don't recommend at all!! read more

Dr. Leibman has been a top tier provider ever since I had my daughter and brought her in for her very first visit last year. I ended up setting him as the provider for my oldest daughter as well. Every appointment has been fast and seamless. He pays exceptional attention to both of my girls and whatever questions and/or concerns I have, he doesn't put me off - he gets me an answer right then. My two kids have been going here since 2008 when Dr.Alazard was their Pediatrician. I have no complaints about the doctors every doctor we have dealt withhere has been great. The staff in person are nice as well. Over the phone though? Whoever is in charge of the nurse advice line and or contacting patients when blood work comes back. You need to be doing better and start holding someone accountable. January of 2025 I called the nurse advice line asking for a different antibiotic to be prescribed or advice on how to handle the rashes my son broke out in because he had an allergic reaction to the prescribed Bactrim antibiotic. Luckily it wasn't a deadly reaction and I don't blame anyone for that because you don't know until you know. But to have no one call me back about that?! Is ridiculous. I had to reach out to friends/relatives in the medical field for advice on something around this. Then this month I have called 3 times in a matter of 3 days. Today being one of those days. To ask for the results of my son's quest blood work. I have the quest app and was able to email them to myself last Thursday but I am not a doctor or nurse to know what any of it means. I understand you guys are busy especially this time of year but to have voicemails go for days not called back is not okay for any business. There should be a time blocked out in the day to check this voicemail and do call backs. Whether that's at the beginning of the day, before or after lunch or end of day. I like this place compared to our previous pediatric office. Although they are not perfect, they do the best with what they have. I needed a health statement for my seven-year-old son to attend summer camp. As a new patient, I called when they open at 7am and they were able to get me the first available appointment at 8:40am. When i walked in, there were two receptionists trying to juggle a whole lobby full. I expressed we were only there for 1 purpose, so the pediatrician was quick listened to what i asked for and delivered without judgement. I loved that and appreciated it. Scheduled a appointment here 1 month ago. The scheduling department took my insurance card information and said they accept our insurance. She even mentioned what our copayment would be. Tomorrow is or should I say "was" our sons appointment. I received a phone call from the back office staff, saying they do not accept our insurance. I said how so? Isn't that the first thing we verified when I called and scheduled the appointment? She said "we accept Cigna but not that Cigna and scheduling department does not verify insurance." Our appointment was for a referral for a speech therapist, for our 2.5 year old son. Imagine if the appointment was for a child that needed something even more important. Let me not forget to mention that I also made arrangements with my job, to take my son to his appointment. Really, the day before the appointment you call to say this? I have been here twice now, and each time I have had to wait 1.5hrs past our appointment time to be seen. Also, this office is disgusting - multiple of the nurses and front desk receptionist had terrible coughs (is the expectation that they come to work sick?) . Nothing is clean, the rooms are dirty, there aren't sinks in the room for the doctors and nurses to wash their hands. And they do a terrible job at managing the "sick" vs "well" sides. I believe that I am sick because of our first doctors appointment at this facility, and my daughter is NICU baby only 12 days old. Not really great to have a new born NICU baby in a dirty office, for a hour and a half, mixed in with sick kids (when RSV is at an all time high). I am finding a new pediatrician as soon as possible. I will say Dr. Mo and Dr. Winkler are great, and this is nothing against them. It's unfortunate that the manager of this facility puts their doctors in this situation. Vegas might have a fewer less kids if healthy kids weren't getting sick by going to their checkups, and you probably wouldn't have 3 doctors who called out sick this week if your office was up kept and managed properly. Below is a photo of the amount of time Dr. Tioch (sp) spent with my son for his 5yo well check. I mentioned concerns about him having a sore throat and having a rash on his body. She looked in his mouth and under his shirt on his belly, said "he's perfect" then sent us on our way. I was adamant about getting a refill on an RX for cream to help his rash, the tubes are less than 1ml and she did not give refills and only one tube, usually 4 are prescribed. I'm really dissatisfied with the way the care is going. I'm giving them 2 stars To be fair because usually we have Dr. Mo/ Dr. Gobel or NP Gail and never felt like they brushed any of my concerns off, always took an appropriate amount of time to assess my children. As of late it has been difficult to get an appointment with them that fits in with our schedule or we have been seen for a sick visit and get who we get. Billing has not been timely. Usually they see all of my kids in the time of one appointment and then charge for 3 visits (yes they are all being seen, however I fail To see how they can possibly always be running so late when they're spending less thank 120seconds with patients. ) read more

I was referred to Dr. Groebel by a neighbor, and after reading about her, I thought it was worth giving her a shot despite how booked out she normally is. The soonest availability they had open for her was over a month out. I took it. I'm a fairly patient person and don't mind waiting for a good doctor. What really threw me off was the scheduling/office department. I hate to leave such a terrible review and make such a comment, but the associate Sam (I believe that's her name) needs to be let go. She is the first person that you will have to deal with when trying to go to this place. She is RUDE. Hands down the rudest medical office staff I've ever encountered. I used to work for a private medical facility as well. I get that it gets very stressful and sometimes you're even overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated, but boy, I have never had any colleagues act like her. Her tone alone speaks volume about her personality. I feel bad for the people around her. Mostly, I feel bad for all the parents that has to go through her just to get a schedule. She isn't the right person to be the front of this establishment. We have a PPO plan and we took our business elsewhere. It seems like most people I know who go there love it.  But not me.  So here is my experience for others looking to go there.  Who do you recommend and am I the only one with a bad experience? Our son's pediatrician is/was Dr. Leibman. My baby has developed a rash now 2x from eating eggs.  He told me to try eggs again but said the rash my son had in the photo I showed him did not look like an allergy. He did say we can test him for allergy though. Yet, that was it. So the other day when my husband took my baby to Quest Diagnostics for bloodwork (ordered by his new pediatrician, not affiliated with St. Rose pediatrics, there was indeed an order submitted to Quest for an allergy test. I do not remember Dr. Leibman telling me he was sending an order over. Nurse Gayle.  My son saw her at 7 months due to diarrhea.  She said he was just teething (took over a month for his next tooth to come out after she said that).  And she flat out told us to give him gatorade and not pedialyte because pedialyte does not taste good.  Never had a doc. say to not give pedialyte. And now my son just had his 9 month well baby check up.   We saw Dr. Martinez because we could not get in with Dr. Leibman last week, and I needed it to be last week since I started a new job and I wanted to be in the room with my baby.  Was told he was anemic.  Prescribed iron.  He also said he would get us a referral to an allergist because my son had another rash after eating scrambled eggs.  Finally got the iron drops and read the rx label AND the rx insert.  Called St, Rose to ask how to take it because of the warnings.  They called back a few hours later.  I was at work.  So I called back and gave them my husband's number if I could not answer.  Once again they called back when I was at work, but did not call my husband.  So I called Thursday and they called back on Friday after 4pm (I was off work).  But right before they called, I called the referral line to ask what was up with my son's referral to the allergist since it had been exactly one week and we heard NOTHING.  So this morning I was about to start my baby on his iron.  Dr. Martinez put down to give him 4ml.  The dropper is only 1ml, so I would have to fill it 4x.  I called Walgreens and they said it might be okay.  I then called CVS (where it was filled) and I was told the maximum an anemic 9month old can take is 50mg, and 4ml is equal to 60mg!  The pharmacist was nice and went above and beyond and will be calling them on Monday form to find out why the heck the doctor wanted to give my son so much iron. Later today I went to Walmart.  I had a question for the pharmacist about taking an oatmeal bath for my son's eczema and diaper rash.  Somehow it came up and I mentioned to her the amount of iron that my son was prescribed.  Right off the bat she said it was way too much and she was very glad that I looked at everything and refused to give it to my son otherwise I would have given him an iron overdose. Same thing when I called an urgent care today to see if I could bring him in for a second opinion.  So in essence if I blindly followed Dr. Martinez I would have poisoned my own child! So you can see, I really do NOT want to step foot in the office ever again.  And make sure you read EVERYTHING even if it is prescribed by your child's doctor, or even for yourself. I called today to cancel my son's followup. The lady who answered didn't even seem to care not acted concerned about my son almost being poisoned. Nor care when I said that Dr. Martinez will hear from the health board once I file a formal complaint against him. She had no emotions when I said he's going elsewhere. My son does have a second opinion appt. tomorrow at a different pediatric office. And yes, I called and kinda yelled in the voice email I left when I was transferred to medical records. And I let them know the same thing about potentially poisoning my son by one of their own providers. read more

I wanted to take a moment and give 5 shining stars to Dr Hodapp, We of course have intentions of setting up all future appointments but this man was too good to wait to write this review about. Dr Hodapp was my attending pediatrician after the birth of my son, and he came in and he KNEW my medical history and pregnancy history and this was by far the most important thing to me because it is so complex. He was empathetic, kept things light hearted and he was thorough. I brought any concerns to him and he met me with compassion and explanation. I.e. I was having difficulty with breastfeeding and latching He talked to me about alternatives and truly emphasized on "fed is best". So often, we as parents put the pressure on things, we get lost in forcing certain things to work, when they just don't. I'm grateful for Dr Hodapp, I look forward to all of my future experiences with him and his office as my son grows up! read more

Not only is he a highly knowledgeable doctor, but he has the best manners, humor, and jokes. My baby girl reacted to her entire body. Right away, he knew something was wrong and prescribed her everything she needed, and 24 hours later, I got my sweet girl back to herself. Not to mention Dr. Leibman himself called to make sure everything was ok. I mean, wow. This dr is the best, and he comes through the door he "hello guys," which makes you feel welcome. After my second son was born, my husband and I made the decision to completely switch to this office with Dr. Mo, and it is easily one of the best decisions ever. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful, the wait time is very minimal, and the pediatricians we have seen thus far have all been excellent. With Dr. Mo specifically, I really love that she has excellent bedside manner. She starts off our appointments with asking us if we had any questions or concerns, and she addresses that first before beginning the usual appointment things. We also had to get COVID testing for our newborn back in January, and I liked that they had a completely separate entrance for that. And they even saw their COVID patients in a side of the office that was separate from everyone else as well. We've seen Dr. Alazard twice, and he was really great as well. He did the circumcision for our son, and we saw him once again when Dr. Mo wasn't in the office. Overall, I would highly recommend this office if anyone is in need of a new pediatrician. read more

We actually go to the Cheyenne location but have been to this location too. Dr Goebel is THE best. She is knowledgeable, she takes her time, doesn't rush, explains things clearly. We have see Dr. Hodapp, Alazard and Liebmann for sick visits if Dr. Goebel is unavailable and they are great as well. The nurses, front desk staff, call takers, billing staff and 24 hr nurse line are all phenomenal. Highly recommend this practice for your little one. read more

Doctor and wrong billing issues to be aware of! Can I start by saying how much we miss DR. Alazard! it is with great sadness that I have to write this review. My kids have been patients here for more than 10 years! I used to love the Doctors and all the staff. However, it has been changing for the worst. Last month I took my teen for a wellness check. Dr. Laura Teisch seemed rushed and annoyed that I was present, she made a face when I asked if she could request blood work for him as I have some concerns, yes I know he is athletic and looks healthy, but I know he doesn't make the best food choices, I had to explain to her that last year he was deficient in vitamin D and I want to see if it improved. After taking a very long time to return with the dismissal paperwork and telling me they would fax the order to LabCorp, we left. We went to the lab on two different occasions, and both times they said they did not have the order. I called, I left voice messages until someone finally answered; they said they would send it, and again was not able to get the blood work because they did not have the order. I had to drive to the office and ask for the blood order from the doctor and take it to the lab myself after 3 weeks of seen Dr. Teisch. It took a whole week after they received the results for me to actually be able to talk to the doctor about his results because every time they would call my phone, it would not even sound, and they would leave a voice mail saying to call the office, once again I will call back and leave voice messages, sometimes they will just plain hang up on me (I'm assuming they are too busy to answer the phone), and was not able to get ahold of anyone that would be able to discuss the results. After a frustrating week back and forth, I was able to talk to the doctor about my son's results. The billing staff is also an issue. I was billed for Behavioral Counseling that the insurance denied, when I called to discuss my bill the lady on the phone immediately was like mmm.. that is wrong please disregard. And today I received a letter from Labcorp saying my insurance denied the blood work and they will charge $848 to my credit card. When I called the insurance they told me the provider (in this case ST Rose Pediatrics) wrote the wrong codes for the blood work, and that is why it was denied; now they will reach out to them to have them fix it so the insurance can process it, in the mid-time LabCorp will have to put a hold on the charge. Unfortunately, it is not the first time I had issues with billing, and I have to spend time of my busy day to be on the phone to fix the issues. That is why I decided to take the time to write this review. I always try to be fair and give the benefit of the doubt. However, it is hard to continue giving opportunities when every time we visit, there is something wrong either in the office or with billing. read more

We have been taking our 3 kids to St. Rose Pediatrics for the last 7 years. Our primary pediatrician is Dr. Goebel, and we absolutely adore her... she is the best! On occasion, when we need to get our kids in quickly due to illness, we're not always able to get an urgent apt with Dr. Goebel because of her packed schedule. Today we had the opportunity to see Dr. Wang and she was so wonderful! I would highly recommend her... she was so sweet, patient, and attentive to all 3 of our kids that were there for just one of them having an appointment. read more

The one star is for Dr. Goebel who has seen both our boys since birth. In our opinion, she is the best pediatrician, period. Our 3 year old son has been sick with fever, runny nose, cough, and was also complaining about his ear. We were able to get in next day which was nice but weren't able to see Dr. Goebel and ended up with Dr. Grusman. She spent more time talking about us, the parents, getting vaccinated and how many cases there are in Texas, blah blah blah, if we hung out with other people ect, than actually caring for our son who has an ear infection. We weren't there to get a lecture about OUR health(we're perfectly health btw), we were there to get help for our son. My children have gone to st rose pediatrics for 9 years and we loved Dr Huyn (now retired) and Dr Alazard (retiring this year). Several of the other doctors have been good as well. It is really unfortunate that you can't have a sick appointment in a timely manner anymore. I have called several times this year when my kids have needed a quick strep test, or an exam to see if they have an ear infection from a virus, etc, but every time they are several days out for sick appointments. I called today (it's Tuesday morning) to ask for a sick appointment and they said they have nothing until next week. This is unacceptable. Their answer is always to go to urgent care. So they're leaving their patients in the hands of whatever random doctor we get at the urgent care. I'm done. Courteous staff on the phones and in-person make for a successful business, especially when it comes to healthcare and families. We've had years of positive experience at both the Henderson and Southwest locations. While they have several peds and nurses available, it is hard to see the same pedestrian consistently when unplanned issues arise. But, the upside is everyone gets to know your kid and they in turn learn to adapt to seeing and trusting other people. Love our pediatric Dr Hyun she is the best and we have been seeing her for six years. She was referred to us by my doctor who took her kids to her. We have been to both locations and I have no complaints. Staff has always been friendly, helpful and both locations are clean. Both locations moved to bigger offices and I am really happy about that. Henderson office is closer to us but Dr Hyun does not see patients in Henderson so we go wherever she is. We have great conversations, I love that she practices her Spanish with us. Her voice is just so soothing and calm she puts my kids and myself at ease. I know we are in good hands with her and I trust her. We don't vaccinate our kids and main reason I come to St Rose Pediatrics is that I can sign a waiver and skip the vaccines and the lectures. They explained the reasons why you should vaccinate as all doctors inform you. After that its your decision as long as you sign the waiver. read more

We have been driving across town to this location when the Henderson one is down the street from home because we wanted to follow dr habibi. The staff at the Cimarron location are very friendly and take care of their patients. Dr Habibi is very personable and treats his patients with high priority. I love the practitioners here. The nurses, front staff and providers are all very professional and courteous. We have seen Nurse Gail, Dr Hyun, Dr Alazard, Dr Jordiana was amazing. Sometimes the wait times can be a bit strenuous, especially if you have restless sick children. Other than the occasional wait time, the staff here is always very prompt and organized. I have never had an issue with blling or accepting my insurances. They are also really good about prescriptions and individualized care for your children. The kids love coming because they know they will get a sticker and a lolipop at the end of the video. If you get to see Alazard, expect a nice, cold popsicle at the end of your visit. If you see Dr Hyun, expect a lot of stickers, high fives and hugs. This staff is so great, I am so glad we made the switch. read more

Just went for a check up for my toddler. Saw the nurse practitioner instead of a doctor because we wanted it to be early in the morning and she was the only one available. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I expected a pediatrician's office to take more precautions than other establishments. Imagine my surprise and discomfort when the NP comes in wearing one of those masks with an exhaust valve. What that tells me is that either she doesn't understand the simple science of using a mask to keep her germs to herself or she only cares enough to protect herself and not the kids or other staff she might come into contact with. It also gives me the impression that this office as a whole does not take covid seriously enough. read more

The office staff can be a little frustrating and sometimes you have to wait a long time, but the doctors are amazing. We take both our kids there to see Dr. Laura Teisch regularly and she really listens to all our concerns about our kids and offers up suggestions and advice. One of our kids has an ongoing issue that Dr. Teisch helped us get to the bottom of through several appointments and special testing. Before seeing Dr. Teisch, we worked with Dr. Hodapp and Dr. Misch. Years ago, Dr. Misch took one look at our kid and recognized that some of his skin issues could be allergy related which helped us determine that he has food allergies. We've been very pleased with the doctors here and the level of care. read more
