I have been coming to Oasis for a couple years on and off now and I would not tan anywhere else! Teri's prices are super reasonable and everyone who works at the salon is so nice, friendly, and helpful. My favorite bed is actually the stand up because I feel like I get the most even tan from it, but the lay down beds are super awesome as well. I have used the mystic spray tan booth and loved the way my tan looked afterwards, but the airbrushing is by far the best for a spray tan. I really wish I could put 0 stars. For some insight. I'm a disabled veteran who has a Service Dog. I came to get a tan because even as a dog trainer I don't spend alot of time in the sun due to my disabilities. My Service Dog and I were greeted by the owners offleash growling dog. I can be thankful for the barrier that blocks the front door way making it extremely difficult for disabled people to navigate because that was the only thing that protected us. The owner had to pick her dog up after she failed to call it away from us. I informed the owner my dog was a service dog to which she responded her was as well. Service Dogs are not and cannot be aggressive. I left and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes having a medical episode. This business is not accessible to the disabled community. Reply: The safety concern of the UV lights was never even brought into question as I couldn't make it past your front door. Since it is a safety concern as a business owner you should put a disclaimer for future handlers when booking. I don't have anyone to be with me to hold my dog. She's the whole reason I have independence with my disabilities. As for your dogs behavior it is inexcusable for a Service Dog or a Service Dog in Training to exhibit barrier frustration/aggression and reactivity. read more

First time I went, the young woman at the counter couldn't be bothered. I was the only one in there. I've been tanning since before she was born however she should give people the run down. She didn't know how to explain the lotions - I only got "this smells like chocolate" or "this smells like coconut." She put me in the stand up and I left when it was over. 2nd time I went, same girl- I was causally making conversation that I didn't get burned last time and that was a plus! Okay...I don't have any problem with there beds. But I got a spray tan there using one of there machines. My mistake first of all. Never use a machine wherever you go, pay for it custom (it's worth it) anyway... the next day I saw what was developed since I opted out for the bronzer. And I was really uneven in my arms and legs. Not splotchy, but uneven and a bit on the orange side. So I called to ask if it could be fixed. I didn't need the whole thing redone, just the areas that lacked color.... idk who I spoke with on the phone, and it doesn't matter, but they said I could come and use the machine again ( which wouldn't solve the problem only make those darker areas darker. But if I wanted to have someone fix it custom I would have to pay full price... and that I probably did the moves wrong, which is possible but I don't know why you would jump to that conclusion right away without looking at me. Anyway I hung up on them.... the manager did call me back and leave a message which I appreciated but at that point I was done. I had my friend custom spray me and she did a great job. First I want to say that the owner and staff are very friendly and the facility is always clean. I started going to Oasis Tanning Salon to get the Red Light Treatment. My husband read that it was good for fibromyalgia and thyroid problems along with other benefits. I was skeptical at first but I'm so very glad I went. Within 3 days I could feel less pain from my fibromyalgia. One of the effects of my thyroid problem is that I'm fatigued. I now feel more energized. After I had a few treatments I saw on the internet that professional athletes use the treatment to recover quicker. My quality of life has improved. read more

It was around late May and I had been training for an upcoming marathon. When I began noticing I was developing a severe farmers tan. I don't care for sunscreen so I decided to try tanning at a salon to see if I could even out my tan. I knew that Oasis Tanning salon was close by so I decided to give it a shot. Now, in my opinion there are really two main factors that go into evaluating an experience with a business, service and quality of the product being offered. The moment you walk into Oasis Tanning you are greeted in a warm friendly manner by the staff at the desk and your needs are attended to promptly. I walked into Oasis Tanning with absolutely no prior knowledge on the subject of tanning. The intelligent/Eloquently friendly/Attractive staff at Oasis was able to answer any questions I had. From the chemical composition of the tanning lotions they sold to the mechanics of the tanning beds. They all know what they are talking about at Oasis. They aren't just saying whatever to make a sale. They listen to their customers needs and match them with the best type of service to meet those needs. When it came time for me to choose a tanning package. I wasn't bombarded with any type of sales hustle or upselling. They simply provided me with the facts that allowed me to make an informed decision. Therefore, in my opinion, the level of customer service at Oasis Tanning is exceptional. There aren't to many places like this around. The actual tanning experience at Oasis is relaxing, clean and affordable. I have used several of the tanning machines over the past 40 days. I have always found them to be meticulously clean and ready for use. When you enter the tanning bed station there is always a clean towel provided along with a note stating the bed has been cleaned. The rooms themselves are swept and waste baskets emptied. There are a wide variety of machines to choose from, so a beginner like myself to an advanced client can find a bed that suits their needs. The whole tanning experience is relaxing and stress free at Oasis. In my opinion this is squarely due to the high attention paid to customer service along with the quality of the tanning beds. I researched Red Light Therapy and found out it is good for aches and pains, inflammation and sleep. I have issues with all those symptoms. I found out that Teri, at Oasis Tanning offered Red Light Therapy. I talked to Teri and she advised me the best way to approach this therapy. After 3 weeks of Red Light Therapy, I can tell you that my aches and pains are nearly gone. And my sleep has improved to where I'm sleeping throughout the whole night. I feel great! I have even noticed that when I do Red Light Therapy before I go to the gym, my workouts are intense and at a higher level. They have a Mystic Tan, cert. spray tanning employees and 3 levels of beds and a leg bronzer. They have a wide varity of lotions which yes are expensive but you can buy lotions at sallys or something and as long as it doesnt have mineral oil they'll let you use it.
