A wonderful eatery with a robust selection of healthy and insanely delicious vegan food. The bowls and tacos are my go-to. The pupusas and burgers are also incredible. Honestly it's hard to choose because the menu is so extensive, and they always have a bunch of additional specials For most dishes you can choose your protein: grilled tofu, seitan carnitas, pulled jackfruit, Just Egg or a veg burger. All the proteins are homemade, so even for someone like me who is not big on meat substitutes, the seitan carnitas and pulled jackfruit taste like real food. Thankfully, Oasis went 100% vegan in 2021 after serving eggs and dairy for many years. They now use all plant-based cheese and creams. The food here rivals the best of LA's plant-based foodie spots. I live 25 minutes away and I make a point of stopping here whenever I'm in the area. My experience with the burritos is that they're kinda small. The seating atmosphere is a very casual cafe style, nothing fancy. Bring layers, it can be cold and the indoor seating area is not well heated either. Oasis is attached to La Sierra Natural Foods but is a totally separate business. When I'm there I usually stop in to La Sierra which is great for bulk goods, plant-based meats, and lots of specialty vegan items that are hard to find elsewhere. We drive over 50 miles just to come here! THE BEST food you will ever have!! We have not ordered a single thing that hasn't completely blown us away. Burritos, bowls, breakfast, drinks...they all have incredible flavor, fresh ingredients and fun sauces and salsas. The kids go crazy over the corn dogs. We'll make the drive on Sunday just for the pozole. We would eat here every day if we could. Sweetest workers you will ever meet. Thank you for the most incredible food! Disappointed. I have come here since I was little and today wasn't a great representation of what I remember their quality was. The simple corn dog. They used the linkettes and not big franks, the breading was greasy and flavorless. And the tumeric aioli tasted like they needed to add more pickles. And the price is crazy. 4 corn dogs 25 dollars. All I have to say is DO BETTER. I wouldn't mind paying so much if it was good. But it overall left a cheap taste in my mouth. Don't cut corners and push the cost onto the customer. We were looking for a plant based lunch place today and found this amazing cafe! The food was delicious! You order at the counter outside and the service was so quick and they were very helpful in answering questions! My husband and I split an oasis burrito and it was more than enough for us both! The vegan burrito had carnitas, roasted vegetables, brown rice and black beans and was topped off with a delicious avocado ginger sauce! We ate in their indoor cafe which was very clean and nice! This place is such a gem!!! It's located right inside a health store. The order and pick up counter is outside, and there are seatings inside the health store. The food is awesome!!! This is one of my favorite vegan breakfast spots In Riverside. Upon walking up to the restaurant, we were walking greeted by an employee. The employee asked if we still needed time to review the menu and we replied no. I ordered the tofu scramble burrito with veggies and maple herb vinaigrette.Hubby informed the employee that he had a nut allergy and the employee informed him that only the red pepper sauce contains nuts (pecans.) After receiving the nut information, he ordered the potato breakfast burrito. The food was made quickly and I liked that the food was well wrapped and flavorful. I like that the restaurant is 100% vegetarian and 50% vegan. In addition, I liked that you can have real or vegan cheese added to your food as well as indoor and outdoor seating is available. I did my classic Potato Burrito and we ordered Pupusas and Tamales. They're all yummy and great taste. It's a little expensive for the price but anywhere you go it's up. They have dining inside and outside. This is not a catered server place. You order and pay. They do recommend some menu if you are confused or suspicious. Be daring and try them. I was not disappointed. It does get busy and crowded but overall quality food is commendable. I am not as wowed with my burrito but the rest are descent for the price. Honestly, I've been to a mom and pop shops like these and the food are superb and the price is justified. This is our 2nd time coming here, although it's been over a year since the last visit since it's not super cone venue they for us. I get the jackfruit bowl w/mushrooms and my boyfriend tried the carnitas with the slaw. The burrito seemed a little dry, but we did get our sauces on the side instead of mixed in so that could be why! The flavor on the jackfruit is better than the seitan carnitas in my opinion. Sauce wise, I think the turmeric aoli is my favorite but if you mix that with the avocado turmeric sauce- delicious! You definitely will leave here full and satisfied, and hopefully guilt free! Due to COVID, you basically walk up to the window and place your order. Since I was pressed for time and didn't want to wait, I called ahead to place my order: a Superfood Green smoothie. It's basically spinach, avocado, banana, mint, date, lemon and added hemp protein. They said it would be ready in 5 minutes! I probably didn't have to call in my order because they're so fast and efficient here! Super fast, friendly and professional service. When I arrived, there were a few people in line. My order was ready when I got to the cashier. If you're looking for a grab n go, healthy, delicious and vegan/vegetarian option in the Riverside area, look no further than Oasis. Even if you're not vegan/vegetarian (trust me, I love my meat), you'll love this place. It's a little pricey but it's because they only use fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients. I can't get enough of this place! Between their delicious food options, great customer service and focus on organic and sustainability practices, this is literally my absolute favorite place to eat! Plus, if you come here to eat you can go shopping for groceries while you wait for food. I love everything about their food here especially the fact that it's all vegan and it taste freaking delicious! I especially love their juices. I've been getting their green juice over and over again. So perfect combination of greens and sweetness. I highly recommend the jackfruit taquitos, Potato Wedges, plantains, and there tasty veggies. I have been coming here for about 14 years. It is a solid option for vegetarian food. We had stopped going for a while when they first changed their menu to be mainly build your own bowls. It seems they have gone back to their old menu. I go for the burritos. My recent favorite is the plantain burrito. It is so good. It is what I compare other burritos to. I absolutely love this place! Since transitioning to a more healthy way of eating, I have found this place and adore every bit of it.
