    Breakfast blt
    Janae L.

This is a great casual dining experience with high level Mexican food. We came for breakfast. The interior is small and basic but the food was amazing! The server was so sweet and personable and had a recommendation for us. We got the breakfast blt with fresh fruit, breakfast burrito sans chorizo and shared a tree leche pancake! Everything including the fresh cut fruit was bomb!

We had the best experience at Oaxaca Cuisine! We found this little gem on Yelp on a road trip and decided to give it a try. We were traveling with our chihuahua and Oaxaca Cuisine allows well behaved dogs outside only but be advised only two table are available out on the patio. Luckily for us we asked nicely and they brought us out a two-top table and chairs so we could order without waiting for an outdoor table to open. Excellent service! The interior features a bar and indoor tables with lively Mexican framed art. Very clean interior and kitchen (you must walk through the kitchen to use the restroom). I ordered the huevos rancheros with added avocado and my husband got the chilaquiles with added chorizo. Both come garnished with thin sliced red onion, fresh chopped cilantro and crisp sliced radish. The huevos rancheros is two eggs any style over crisp corn tortillas with refried black beans and ranchero sauce, with a side of salsa. Very delicious! It comes with a roasted serrano chili and sliced orange. The chilaquiles with chorizo were some of the best I've had. I also had the fresh squeezed orange juice which was frothy and freshly made, it was amazing and I see why it is so popular. To even it out we each had a Michelada. The micheladas were also great. Fatima helped us and she was very attentive, friendly, and had great menu recommendations. We can't wait to come back for the banana bread pudding and sweet potato cheese cake. We were lucky to find Oaxaca Cuisine today and highly recommend them! Thank you Fatima.

When I first moved to the area, I was looking for a good Mexican restaurant with flavorful food, and I found this little gem! It's small, but the staff are very attentive and welcoming. I've been coming almost every weekend for breakfast as my little treat to myself. I've tried the huevos rancheros, paleo scramble, avocado toast, and even lunch once. Everything has been delicious! The freshly squeezed orange juice is wonderful, and I love the café de olla--it has just the right amount of cinnamon. They also have mild green and hot red sauces if you want extra flavor. I highly recommend this place. It's become my weekend favorite!

Had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30 am and needed to find a place close by. Again using Yelp, this restaraunt was the closest to where my appointment was scheduled. Off of the 80, the restaurant was easy to find and found parking right away. As I entered the restaurant, which only had about 2 other tables with customers, I tot seated right away. I ordered the chilaquiles with chorizo and Jamaica agua fresca. I started eating before I remembered to take a picture. The chips stayed crunchy throughout my meal and the salsa was a bit too mild for my taste. I ordered my eggs over medium but the yolk ended up being over done. Overall, my food was great because I finished my plate and the agua fresca was great!

The staff here is very nice and the restaurant is very clean. You do have to walk thru the kitchen to go to the restroom but everything looked very clean. The dishes we had were good they had good flavors very title spice. The star was the coffee one of the best cafe de la olla that I have ever had. They have a good amount of seating and parking.

Went to Oaxaca Cuisine today, was greeted by a sweet young lady. Her name was Enet. Food was delicious. Music playing in the back. Very soft where you could still a conversation. Will be returning.

Pretty dang good spot. I always come weekdays in the morning, always seats available and staff is pretty attentive. But again, only me at times or maybe another party or 2. Always feels clean inside and cozy atmosphere. Food is always vibrant and tastes fresh. Huevos Rancheros is cheap and perfect filling. Add avocado for an extra 3 bucks. I just wish they would cut the cilantro down, they give me a knife that I could cut with it, but I'm a guy, I don't cut it. Overall, tasty food, fast in the mornings, weekdays. Will be back again for more

    Door Dash Breakfast Burrito
    Darlene M.

LOVE their Breakfast Burritos! I finally found a place with the BEST breakfast burritos. Good size burritos made with fresh ingredients and lots of cheese - no frozen potatoes. The tortilla is toasted to perfection on the griddle. You can choose between bacon, chicken sausage, chorizo to name a few. I always pick the bacon. Some may say $16 is a lot for a breakfast burrito. But it is so good and so worth every penny. We have eaten breakfast here several times on a Saturday morning, the food is very good. We've even Door Dashed from here. We have yet to try their dinner menu but I'm confident the food is just as good. We like coming here on Saturday mornings because the food is good and we never have to wait in a long line to be seated. There is indoor dining, and I believe a few tables outside. There is usually both Mexican music and the news in Spanish playing in the background. I would prefer maybe just the music for a nice, casual dining experience. Overall, I really like this place. This may be my top Mexican restaurant in Fairfield. Definitely coming back here.

    Fried quesadillas and burrito
    Soleil M.

I was excited to try this new restaurant in Fairfield as I've ordered from their other businesses in Napa. Presentation was really good, per usual, and the food was so good as well. My daughter ordered a burrito and I ordered the fried quesadillas. Both were so fresh and tasty. The fresh lemonade I ordered, however tasted like it was made with artificial lime juice? Like the little green lime shaped bottle. It just wasn't good at all. That's really my only complaint, which is minor. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes that caught my eye.

This place is a gem and my new fave! The service was impeccable the food absolutely delicious and tucked into a nice space for the perfect ambiance. Did I mention the food is amazing... the mole the blend of sweet acid and heat the plating ... everything! I highly recommend them...

This little spot is still banging out great Mexican food and is a pleasure to have in Fairfield. Thank you Oaxaca Cuisine!

Came here after my daughter suggested that we try it out. We came here when it was a bbq joint. Looking at menu, we weren't sure what to expect. We came for breakfast. My daughter ordered bistec con nopales. Her boyfriend and I both ordered chilaquiles. I added pastor & he added asada. My husband ordered the paleo breakfast. We also had their caffe del olla. There were 2 ladies taking orders. The place had good amount of people. It took a little time to get our coffees. They were piping hot! Our food came and we were amazed at how good it looked. Not only did it look good, but it was delicious. Their chilaquiles was soaked in the sauce and they did not skimp on providing sauce with it. The portions were generous and every bite was full of flavor. They cooked my egg scrambled as I requested. The table was quiet as we all devoured our individual dishes. This place delivered delicious plates of food. We will definitely be coming back here. I have eaten chilaquiles at other restaurants and I will say this is the best one I have had. Try them out-their food is delicious!

I've had food from this place three or four times already, and they have delivered every single time. The meat was so tender and juicy. Everything on my plate was cooked perfectly and tasted so fresh. The coffee was so good. Wish I could make it at home every day. I've also had the chilaquiles and they were good too. The lady was super friendly and attentive and the places is so cute and a lovely environment to have a great breakfast or lunch. Really have my fingers crossed that this place makes it.

The servers were nice and personable. Husband noticed they had ceviche on the menu, either camaron (shrimp) or pescado (fish) "made at time of order". When the ceviche came out, we were both blown away. Plenty of fresh fish pieces served with a darker sauce, not the usual clear lime juices. The flavors were so fresh and full of umami, it was a burst of goodness that you must try! I asked someone about this - turns out he was the chef! I forget his name but he was so gracious in explaining the salsas he creates and adds to the juice for that delicious burst of flavors! I had never seen this before. It elevated that dish so much. He spoke about how this is actually traditional in his hometown in MX. He then surprised us when he came out with 2 small bowls of the salsas, one brown and one deeper red. So delicious and fun to taste on their own and with chips too! I had a combo plate with the chili verde enchilada and chili relleno. The pork in the enchilada was super fresh, soft, flaky, incredibly yummy! We'll be going back for sure.

My husband had asked for his chimi to have red sauce and I had asked for mine with green, they both came mixed with both sauces on them. The red sauce wasn't very good and it was weird being mixed. My chimi wasn't very well cooked, kinda doughy in the middle. We didn't get a receipt so we couldn't reference the amount we were charged for each thing, but by menu prices it should have come out to about $55. The amount they charge was $80. $80 for 2 chimichangas,a beer and a ranch water and No chips??

Walking in, I was immediately greeted with smiling and welcoming vibes from the ladies at the front and told to take a seat wherever I'd like to sit. The hit for me is that MENUDO is available on a non-weekend! I've been craving it and when I ordered it (on a Tuesday), I hoped it would be fresh and it was! The broth was savory and flavorful as is but with the added oregano, dried peppers, onions, and cilantro to my liking- it just made it even better! The best part was that you can either order it with pata or no pata. Shoooot, you don't have to ask me twice! I said I want the pata hahahaha that with tender and not overcooked tripe was just what I was wanting! If you love menudo, this is a place I'd recommend and go to get it regularly.
