Be advised that the stew contains bones from the meats. The stew has a Smokey flavor, the orange slices are traditional to cut the richness of the stew by contrast with citrus and the collards are shredded and sautéed with garlic. The store is very clean. There are lots of Brazilian food options, even cases of guarana antartica canned soda. There is also a refrigerated case for meats, dairy and treats in addition to the dry goods and the fresh bakery items. This is a fun store. The manager also said they do a daily lunch plate every weekday that is $14 per plate, pre-portioned out but reportedly a good sized serving. I will need to give this a try.

The server came to find me in line to ask why I've moved the bottle, then proceeded to tell me that the wine needs to breathe so he'll re-open the bottle. Personally didn't need a lecture on how wine needs to breathe, I'm well aware, nor do I find it appropriate to chase me down in line over it, but okay I let it go as well and thanked him for his help. Everything else was great, until the check came. I guess there was an issue with the card we used and different server very discretely brought it to our attention. The hot items were lukewarm to cold, and many of the cold items looked picked over and were not replenished during our visit. Service was also slower than expected. After returning to our table, we waited approximately 15 minutes before our server returned to take our drink order. When she did, I ordered a sweet tea and water. After some confusion regarding the order, we were informed that the only water option available was a 1-liter bottled water for $7. While we agreed to it, the price felt excessive, especially considering the retail cost of the same product. The sweet tea was particularly disappointing. It appeared as though it had been sitting in a pitcher of melting ice for hours. The tea was so diluted that it was nearly transparent, and I could literally see through it. It lacked both the color and flavor you would typically expect from freshly prepared sweet tea. The dining experience itself was inconsistent. Some meats were served hot while others arrived noticeably cooler. Several cuts appeared to have been sitting for an extended period before being served, and many lacked seasoning. The chimichurri sauce provided the majority of the flavor. To conclude the evening, we were surprised to find that our final bill exceeded what we typically pay at other Brazilian steakhouses that offer a larger selection, fresher food, and more attentive service. Paying a premium price would be understandable if the quality, service, and variety justified it, but that was not our experience. This review reflects only our personal experience during our visit. Unfortunately, based on the condition of the food bar, the quality and consistency of the meats, the slow service, the limited selection, and the overall value for the price, we would not choose to return.
