I'm really happy with how We Screen helped me fix my unusual screen door problems. The first time, I needed the guide rail replaced, which isn't something the hardware stores carry, and other screen services didn't offer. Jason and his team helped me order the part in bronze (a special order, since it needed to be painted) and cut it down to size for me to pick up. The second time, the attachment to the wheel on top of my door needed replacing, and they were able to replace that whole corner and put on all new wheels. Now, the door runs so smoothly that it slides open with a light push. I was able to save some money by dropping off and picking up, since I live close by. They're also responsive and friendly. Excellent service from beginning to end. I called and spoke with someone who told me Kevin, who services Ontario was out of town and would reach out to me upon his return and he did. I was looking for just a simple screen door on the side of my garage exit door. Kevin came over, took measurements and told me he would be back to install in two weeks. Well, today was the day and I am very pleased with the final outcome. Now we can keep the hard door open and not worry about flies or mosquitos.
