Considering the number of great reviews this company receives I'm pretty sure they don't need mine added to the list. However I do like to acknowledge when people exceed your expectations. Rick and Ivan are responsive, transparent, and just nice people. We have an oversized 1964 screen door that periodically becomes a doggy door. The last time Ivan came to repair it he mentioned that they could replace the flimsy frame, which was getting hard to repair over the years, with a similar but sturdy version. 2 years later I called Rick to get pricing and he said Ivan remembered the door, even after all the jobs they've had in the meantime! I had originally requested repair or replacement of 4 windows but after looking at all of them in our house it ended up being 8 windows. So glad that Rick was able to accommodate the increase in more screens being fixed or replaced. He was clean, respectful, and friendly. I appreciated that he also showed me how to properly remove and reinstall my window screens if I need to clean them or the windows later. The quality of work was excellent and now I can comfortably use our windows without worrying about bugs or mosquitoes getting in.
