Came in-person on Tuesday with a broken window screen. Oscar was really helpful. He said I had the option to refurbish the existing one or build a completely new one. Decided to refurbish to save some money. Wednesday I came back to pick up the screen, but when by the time I brought it to my window to install, one of the plastic corners broke, guessing due to the tension. Came back Thursday and Oscar was there, and when I showed him the situation, he took the screen and fixed it on the spot. And when I brought it home, I was able to install it. I researched a few places to get quotes on rescreening my screen door, but Discount Screen Warehouse was able do it at a lower price. They have a mobile repair service in which they can come to your house, which is easier especially if you don't have a large enough vehicle to transport a larger door or window screen, but it can be pricey. I stopped by over the weekend and it was busy on a Saturday. It took only a couple days to finish and pick up. They not only rescreened, but they also cleaned up the frame, and it looked much better and newer after they were done. They also provide multiple options for screens, higher end materials but also your basic screen, which comes out very reasonable compared to some. The drop off area is in the back of a warehouse, so it can be difficult to find, but if you want to save 20- 30% per screen, it's worth it if you're not too far away. Overall, quick turnaround, good service, and lower prices make it a good option for replacing or rescreening window and door screens. read more
