I researched a few places to get quotes on rescreening my screen door, but Discount Screen Warehouse was able do it at a lower price. They have a mobile repair service in which they can come to your house, which is easier especially if you don't have a large enough vehicle to transport a larger door or window screen, but it can be pricey. I stopped by over the weekend and it was busy on a Saturday. It took only a couple days to finish and pick up. They not only rescreened, but they also cleaned up the frame, and it looked much better and newer after they were done. They also provide multiple options for screens, higher end materials but also your basic screen, which comes out very reasonable compared to some. The drop off area is in the back of a warehouse, so it can be difficult to find, but if you want to save 20- 30% per screen, it's worth it if you're not too far away. Overall, quick turnaround, good service, and lower prices make it a good option for replacing or rescreening window and door screens. read more

Looking for screen replacement I discovered that the Mobile Screen and Discount Screen are the same firm, but different services. I took advantage of taking my 15 screen in along with two oversize screen slider doors that covered my patio entrance. With this quantity of screens I wasn't looking for same day turnaround. I was greeted and following a review of my screen frames (my existing screen were plastic and aluminum) I was presented with options for repair or complete replacement. No pressure and no hassle. I was even told I could save some funds by just having the better quality screen doors I had simply re-screened. I was quoted a good price and decided to replace all the screen minus the screen doors for just over $725. With the multiple sizes for frame and the quality of the all aluminum construction of the frames Discount provides Note these are edge to edge aluminum - no plastic here, have colored aluminum pull tabs, and the flex bands on the screen that allow them to set is built into a channel helping them last a longer time and making window install easier. The next day I received a call that the screen were ready for pickup. When installing them I found them significantly easier to put in and the tolerances left no gaps. The flex bands being in their own channel kept them from moving around and just doing their job. Screen look great and are much easier to maneuver for cleaning. EXCELLENT work. read more

These guys are the best! I emailed the company saying that I had 1 screen with a hole and bent frame. They emailed me back telling me that it will be a whole lot less expensive for me to bring the screen to them. They have a "walk-in" service! And, if I got there early, it might be done the same day.
